Your Desk Clerk made our stay outstanding. She was very helpful, courteous and very professional. I will definitely recommend your facility to anyone looking for lodging in the DC area. My MC club comes to DC for Memorial Day every year and we plan to stay in your hotel every time.

Your desk clerk was top rate. She was kind, courteous and helpful. She was an example of professionalism. I will recommend your facility to all my friends just because of her. I will be back next year and I hope that she is still there.

Overall, the stay was very nice. The hotel met our needs. the rooms were a little small for my son and I. With the couch pulled out, there was very little floor space left in the room. Rooms were clean and well maintained, just a little small - apparently none had two beds, which we would have preferred.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Very convenient to the underground shopping area, which would be great to use in inclement weather. Easy (short .2 mile) walk to metro. Ate at bar restaurant which had good food. Also had coffee @ Starbucks (yum). Only two negatives: 1) they are doing construction so it's a bit messy, and 2) I did not care for front desk staff; they were not accommodating or pleasantly welcoming - both something I expect from CP.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to live in a hotel. But Crown Plaza in Crystal City has offered me the best service ever that I really have no complaint at all! First, when you walk in the elevator, you can only go to upper floors by swiping your room card or the elevator won't move. This means people who don't live here won't bother us! This shows a high sense of security for our guests. Then, when I enter the room, I surprisingly find that there is something on the bed. I open it and immediately smiled because it's a relaxing balm&oil combination especially for guests like me who just finish a tiring day of journey. The room is very spacious and the there are high-quality oil-nutrition shampoos, conditioners, lotions. Everything you need is all in the room. I'm very pleased of the hotel's chariness and consideration. Additionally, they have starbuck, bar and cafe inside the hotel. If you don't want to eat in Crown Plaza, the hotel will send shuttle to send you to nearby restaurant for free! So it's just a perfect place. Metro Station is 5 min away. You can take blue line to central DC in couple minutes. I have a great time there!

Hotel was great. The only drawbacks were that it was not easy to find (even with GPS) and there was hidden parking fee of $25 that I didn't know about until I got there. The room and customer service was great and I would stay there again...

The hotel and room themselves were great. It was the hotel staff that was not pleasent or friendly at all.

Nice hotel, the lobby was newer and looked nice, as did the rooms, but the hallways are dated. The room was comfortable but there were a few stray hairs from past guests on my sheets and in the bathroom. Arrived on foot which isn't the best idea for this hotel. I walked around the whole place until I found the front door oddly located facing an interior courtyard which is designed for cars not people. Curious given that's its just a block from the Crystal City Metro station.

Slightly dated, but very confortable and convenient to Metro and many restaurants. Super clean with helpful staff.

Clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff, and a free shuttle to Reagan National Airport. Short walk to Crystal City Metro station via the underground mall beneath the office building across 15th St., and plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops above ground, including the Starbucks on the mezzanine level.

The staff at the Crowne Plaza was superior in every way. Every staff person we encountered was helpful, personable, and professional. They met every question with a smile and a quick, accurate response. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel overall. Very clean, good restaurant for breakfast, friendly bar, and exceptionally helpful staff. We were in Washington for the Cherry Festival and when I checked hotels, the one I originally checked on was full. The Crowne Plaza was 2nd choice. I am glad that happened, as we were totally satisfied. Lots of good restaurants close by. Nice area to walk around and a courtesy van to where we wanted to go. It will be even nicer when the construction is complete.

I was in town to run the Cherry Blossom 10 mile race. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly ad helpful. The only downside was the construction. We had a very hard time finding the hotel and then were sent on a detour. Once we actually found the hotel we had no trouble getting around. There were a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby.

This is the very first time I've left a review for ANYTHING online. The experience at the hotel was great. Room were clean, and the location was convenient as it's close to a subway line. However, the reason I decided to leave this review is because I found the front desk staff to be very courteous and helpful. I should also note that I'm biased because I got the room for a great rate due to a sale. If I had paid normal prices, I wouldn't expect the service to be any less than what I received. But, because I got the room for a great rate, it made everything seem so much better.

Great hotel away from the hustle of Washington. I much prefer to stay in Arlington when I visit DC. Metro is close and can be acessed from inside mall if weather is bad. Downtown is a 7-10 minute ride on the Yellow line.

Everything so nice and neat, excellent service, I would love to stay again! And shuttle service very good and on-time.

Service was top-notch. Room was clean. Everything we needed, and at a very good price.

We would stay at this hotel again. The construction outside was a little confusing when we arrived but once we learning where to to in, it wasn't a problem anymore. Very close to Arlington Cemetery. Good price also.

If you just have to stay in the dreary cement pile known as Crystal City, then this is not a bad choice, but it's way overpriced.

Excellent, provides great value for the money.

The hotel room was fine, after we found it. There is construction right next to the hotel, so it was very hard to find the turn in to be able to check in. Upon checking in we realized the restaurant does not open till 4, which is fine, but there was nothing in walking distance to eat. We had to drive to pentagon row just to find somewhere to grab food. That is why there is such a low rating on the convenience of the location, without having anything to eat or see within walking distance and having to go through the maze of construction was difficult.

The room was all I needed it to be, comfortable in every way. The TV worked well, the shower was strong, the room temperature was perfect, the bed was heaven. But the most impressive thing, the one thing that sets it apart from others . . .room service. The food was fantastic and they came so quickly! That was my favorite thing.

Didn't do anything but sleep - the first room I was assigned was right by the elevator, went for a re-book, and they put me on the 'quiet floor' which was exactly as described - quiet! Slept well, up in time for an early flight out. The hotel itself is under construction, and doesn't have a very nice lobby. It's also really hard to find the entrance. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

I needed a place near Arlington Cemetary

My younger son and I spent Thanksgiving holiday here at this hotel. We wanted to spend time with my son who is stationed at Fort Myer, Arlington VA. The staff was amazing and kind and pleasant and very informative of the area. We were completely comfortable and happy!
