Crowne Plaza Tysons Corner - McLean - ماكلين

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 5 nights while on business in Washington. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Tysons Galleria is just over the road so a morning trip for coffee was very easy, all round very good.

hotel has contractors working at night in the surrouding rooms, called desk did nothingh about it. no hot water in room - terrible!

I arrived at this hotel at around 12:30am to check-in. I had my 3-month-old son with me. Due to some confusion, I showed up (laden with bags and baby) at a side entrance (not the main entrance). I called the front desk to ask if they could kindly let me and my baby in at the side door. I was told that I would have to get myself to the main entrance, and that no one could let me in. Cold and exhausted, I piled all my stuff back into my car and proceeded to try locate the main entrance. Upon getting to the front desk, the attendant checked me in without so much as an apology, or expression of concern. The whole experience was terribly disappointing and the furthest thing from the luxury treatment that the hotel promises.

Very clean room, very friendly staff. Great location. Great Irish Pub attached (though expensive).

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. The staff was friendly & helpful. Check in/out was efficient since we booked online. The breakfast was wonderful but make sure you choose the option to pay a little extra when booking for it otherwise for us a breakfast for 2 was about $30!! The beds were severely uncomfortable... We had a hard time sleeping. The proximity of the hotel to the mall was the main upside but I think next time I visit I'll consider staying at another hotel or just making the drive home. Very hectic city!!!

I stay here a lot and always always ALWAYS get room service - and the food has never disappointed me.

The heater made so much noise it was impossible to sleep.

Great room breakfast and employees were wonderful. We loved the place.

I stay in this hotel on average 3 times per year and I have always been completely satisified. The front desk personelle are always friendly and accomdating, my room is always as I expect it, and there is rarely any noise level to contend with. I especially love the 1pm checkout time! I will continue to stay here when I am in town!

We attended a company Christmas party at this hotel and decided to stay the night as well. The staff at the check in desk were very friendly and professional. The staff at the party were awesome and the food was delicious. The room was larger than we expected, was very clean and updated. We felt we were at a resort. I would stay here again. The only negative thing was finding the hotel as we are not familar to the area. It is near great shopping and eating!

The room was not as clean as it should be. The light fixtures above the bathroom sink I originally thought were amber in color, but after a closer look it was dirt and grime. The light from the hallway shined right into my room from 3 sides of the door, and the light on the alarm clock was so bright I had to cover it with a t-shirt. The room service food was not very good either. It was bland and I was told they were out of salt and pepper, but I should go down to O'Mally's, the onsite bar, and ask them if they had any. The uncomfortable bed and all of the above listed isses equal an uncomfortable stay, which equals I will never stay there again.

Spent two nights here. Rooms are quiet, with ample bedding accessories. Staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was only fair, but got a good deal on it.

In general the hotel is very nice in appearance. I had some minor problems in that the first room I was assigned was not a bedroom at all, just a sitting room. The second room that I was assigned had not been cleaned, but the cleaning staff was quick to prepare it. Parking is open, but limited.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza after dropping our daughter off in Chevy Chase, MD for a youth conference. Room was very nice, plenty of room, bathroom adequate. The only complaint was that parking was hard and limited and the coffee pot in the room did not work. We love having a coffee pot in the room, so we don't have to get fully dressed to go to lobby to get coffee, but ended up doing it anyways.

Room most certainly does not have a 'Jetted tub" nor free internet as promised in the amenities description section. The room (King Premium) was generally fine, except for some ants in the bathroom. Room was adjoined on both sides, so noise of romance from one direction, and what sounded like a party room until some obscene hour of the morning, made for difficult sleep. Housekeeping knocked obnoxiously at 9am or so-- so much for that 1pm checkout time. Overall, not bad for the price, but I don't like the false advertising. Checking in and out with this reservation was a breeze.

I enjoyed my stay and plan to return there on my next visit to McLean.

The location was great, accessible from the capital beltway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking is a plus. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was okay, the bed was very soft...caused back ache! Room service was ultra expensive. We were on the top (9th) floor and every time the people in other rooms closed their doors it felt like someone had entered our room and that was scary and not comforting. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My only grips are that there was no continental breakfast, that breakfast buffet was not included with the room, and the choices on the buffet were rather basic. However, I would deffinitely stay there again.

Hotel was great. great location, very clean and friendly staff. Not worth spending the money for the breakfast, you can do better outside or ordering from the menu not the buffet. Other than that great stay and most importantly, enjoyed free internet and free parking.

Everything very nice. Except The double beds pictures show on line are 1 large bed 1 small bed when select double bed. but when we arrived there are only 2 small bed.

The main problem with hotel was staffing or managment, maybe both. Too many dirty dishes in hall, for too long. First room wasn't clean, not sure what happen. Rooms were small. It customer rating seems, maybe I caught after a large conference.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Great location if you are there to shop.

Nice hotel. Pool was good. Deeper than most hotel pools and life guard on duty. Room service was good. Very close drive to everything, but not a safe area to walk anywhere. Too much traffic.

It's clean and comfort, great for what we paid for. It's about 12 miles from National Mall and very easy to find and access to. I'll definitely choose it again whenever I go to D.C. again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I was given a free upgrade to a king size bed. They have a restaurant right at the hotel with a bar. Outside seating was enjoyable! Good food. The price was very good!

Had to be in DC for the hottest weekend of the summer. 9th floor of hotel was a little stuffy and our air conditioner struggled to maintain anything below about 80 degrees. Room was nice and clean enough. I'm sure if the temps had not been above 100 we would have had no worries with the room. As it was it was pleasant enough.

I was very pleased with the hotel! The only problem was my room was next to the ice machine and the metro station was 2 hours away by bus! Loved its location to the mall though!

When I arrived during a terrific rain deluge, I was wet, tired and had endured an hour going a few miles on the toll way. But the hotel staff were efficient, welcoming and professional. Everything about my stay was good. I came for a funeral and the hotel provided just \the right kind of non-intrusive service and convenience to make it a plus in my trip. Thanks! See you again.

Very helpful staff. They meet all of my needs in a tmely manner. The hotel was very clean too.
