Clean room, breakfast with many options, wireless high speed and good service staff very courteous. I will return in the future!

Nice Hotel clean, breakfast fine, I would stay there again,

The breakfasts got boring after 5 days. The exercise room was very warm and there was no TV in there and it should have a stationary bike. It was nice to have a patio but I wish there had been some way to lock that door from the outside so we could park our car there. When we first arrived there we were offered a room on the second floor where there was no elevator. Did they really expect us to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs? The staff was very friendly.

This is an OLD hotel - motel style! West Boca built up around it, and now it sits in the middle of a parking lot. View from our balcony? Marshalls and HomeGoods. Very old, very humid with a wall-in AC unit that never got the room to temperature. There seemed to be a new part of the hotel, with an elevator, but we didn't get to stay there... and for $$ per night... should have stayed at the Hilton down the street!

The location is very good, but i really don't understand why you didn't change thecarpets that are very dusty, and the curtains, and the inconvenients of the stairs to get to the room, also the front door doesn't open automatically. I realky can't beleive that in this ages thre was less confort , specially in USA.

I made and paid for th reservation about 1 month in advance, when we get there for the check in they gave me two rooms on the second floor with NO ELEVATOR, what I think it's very desapointed when four seniors with a lot of lugage, with reservation month ahed and get this kind of service.

after reading a few customer comments, I was leary of stayig there but I found the hotel in very good condition and was very close to places we wanted to visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and eating area was clean.

The room was clean and very close to our meeting and the turnpike.

I love this hotel I admit it! Location is perfect for me. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Bed top rate the shower a dream come true. Room clean and well equipped. Great continental breakfast in the morning. prices reasonable for Boca Raton. I recommend this place without reservation to anyone

This was horrible. I almost checked out before I ever checked in but thought it would be more of a hassle to get credit. People were actually living in the hotel for long term. I have seen these types of places before and they usually have shady people in them. Searched halls for elevator till finally front desk person say me and advised there wasn't a elevator. I had to drag my luggage up the stairs. Hotel is under some renovations ( not soon enough ). Hopefully is will be they type of Holiday Express I am used to once they are done.

The location was great for shopping. For a few dollars more, the Hilton nearby would be my choice if I didn't want the shopping in walking distance.

After a long day travelling, it was great to have a good nights sleep and then in the morning we both had a hearty breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a stop over travelling to and from your holiday destination.

Our condo was first available Sunday but we wanted to have the weekend near our son who lives 5 miles from the hotel. Your hotel was ideal; comfortable bed, very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The sign was not easily seen coming up the busy street. But once we knew how to get to it, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We've stayed here before, and there were no surprises. The accommodations are perfectly adequate, but by no means luxurious. At an Express you get chafing dish omelets and a self-service pancake maker for breakfast, not a menu with Eggs Benedict . It's a fine place to sleep, not a destination.

Part of this hotel is older and does not have an elevator. We could not get the king room we reserved unless we took one that required using the stairs. But we had too much luggage so we took a smaller double on the first floor. It was a handicapped equipped room but I don't see how anyone with a handicap could be comfortable in the tight space that remained since the two double beds took up much of the floor space. There was hardly space to sit in a chair let alone to move a wheelchair. No waste bin in the room either... Maybe no room for one! And the doors to the lobby were not automatic which also made it harder to enter and leave with luggage.

It seems as if they converted a Motel 6 into a sorry Holiday Inn Express, it was built in the 80's and the walls and water damage shows it. The free breakfast was a joke, the eggs were runny, the biscuits and "gravy" was out of a can and the bacon was burnt and cold. The entire hotel had a "grandma's house" like smell with a hint of cigarette smell. The beds were bottom line, cheap and HARD! I will never stay here again. Beware!!

we have stayed here many times and it has always been very reliable in terms of comfort, cleanliness and service. The included buffet breakfast is a great value for what is served.

old building. should have aoutomatic doors at entrance. walls were paper thin could hear showers, water running and toilet being flushed next door.

Good location near enterance to Florida Turnpike. Nice lobby but rooms need updating but satisfactory.

when the noise level on 2nd floor reached an intolerable level, one call to front desk and it was handled with calm but firm expertise, very satisfied with this main feature ----the security people were excellent as was the general manager of the hotel

After staying at this hotel for the past three years I feel that they should have automatic front doors put in. There is also the need for an elevator to the second floor, rather than taking a flight of steps with your heavy bags. The staff is very friendly and the services, especially the breakfast is very nice. I will be staying there again.

Well located comfortable & clean hotel. Perfect for our one night stay. Great location for all areas of Boca and very close to Florida's turnpike for Miami or Orlando and beyond. We arrived early but the reception staff were very welcoming and quickly found us a room.The complementary hot breakfast that included toast, English muffins, bagels, cereals and fresh fruit was a very welcome surprise. This is in complete contrast to the usual cup of stewed coffee we have received when staying elsewhere. All in all, perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again.

The Hotel staff was very friendly. The holiday decorations were really nice. The breakfast was very convenient, and the location was near everything!.

I have stayed here 5 times and it's always been great. Ask for the tower.

Place is totally clean,staff is friendly and helpful,room is top of the line and the breakfast buffet is fully stocked and everything is fresh. Ive stayed here 3 times before and it only gets better. The front desk are always smiling and seeking to help & the breakfast buffet girl "jessica" makes you feel like your at home and shes cleaning & refilling everything every second,that girl works hard to make sure everythings perfect. Good job Holiday Inn Exp.

The hotel is old and moldy. The property is in poor condition, the staff was ok. If you need one night with no expectations this is it. Not woth more than a days inn or super 8 though.

This is a wonderful hotel but I had two tiny quibbles, one the bed felt a bit weird like i was sleeping uphill and it kept me up most of the night and second there seemed to have been no warm water in the shower but I survived both problems
