Wouldn't recommend...the hotel is very neglected in maintenance and not updated at all, very old and many things broke. The hot water handle did not work in the shower, that was not a nice surprise when trying to shower. The coffee machine in the room was also not working. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The room was not clean, the floor was tile and you could see it had not been washed. Many places where the walls were flaking off, some very large areas. Definetely will not be returning!!

The hotel looks a little bit old and could use a makeover which I think they are working on but the room was comfortable and clean, it even had a full size fridge. You can't beat the location, it's really close to Disney and the price is good too. I went to one of the pools and it was great and breakfast was awesome. I will be coming back.

the whole place was a dump. room was on second floor with no elevator.the outside area was very dirty.

We went for Price and location and got every penny worth of the $30 price we paid. Run down; not the cleanest but Great service,price and location

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room we were given was terrible! Multiple stains on different areas of the carpet, the floor lamp in room was rusty and had thick dust on the bottom of it, the kleenex box was empty and the soap dish in the shower had a left over cap from shampoo bottle sitting on it.This was all noticed just as we checked into the room. The next morning after we woke up went to go get breakfast from their "complimentary breakfast" area. The area the food was set up in was so small everyone was bumping into each other. The so called breakfast attendent was rude to us, out of everyone in there getting breakfast seemed like we were the only people she came right up to and asked what are room number was like we walked in off the street and were trying to get free food or something. I felt that was rude of her. Later when we returned to the hotel around 4:30pm we called front desk to receive more clean towels and the lady who answered was VERY rude and would not even let us finish our sentence without cutting us off and saying "well i have to call housekeeping and see if someone can bring you towels, ok? Im calling housekeeping". As a person who works in the hotel industry i felt the service and overall experience of this hotel was horrible. Would not recommend ANYONE stay here at all unless just passing through for the night.

Good location, restaurant not far when you drive.

Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel is phenomenal! I don't know how they find such helpful and friendly people. Our breakfast attendant Tim, was the must personable person that I've ever met. He was a professional person and did a professional job, keeping the food fresh and tables clean while chatting with guests. He really should have been the general manager. Another helpful staff member was Darius, who works at the front desk. There was a problem with my reservation, and he worked with a variety of resources to resolve it. I appreciated his help after a long day. The location is fantastic if you're going to Disney. You're literally there in five minutes. There's a 711 across the street that does not have inflated prices. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit dirty. Our room was smoky and very dirty. Since we were only there for sleeping and were so pleased with the staff, we did not feel the need to complain. The sheets and towels were clean. I would stay here again.

This place was terrible...the rooms were nasty and smelled bad. I was embarrassed that I took my family to a place this bad. The only redeeming quality was the staff. They were great!

We were mortified. I have never stayed at such a horrible hotel, did not even know they existed. The floors were tiled, the beds were old and disgusting, the tv did not work and there was no clock. The place smelled old. If it was not 1 in the morning we would have drove the entire way home.

The hotel is old but the service is ok, the wifi is weak, the front door of the hotel is difficult to find, but the price is very cheap, we have nothing to compain.

Front desk, cleaning and breakfast are good. Guest services are NOT. They're part of some Whyham company so the guest services try to lure you into a timeshare using discounted theme park tickets! They also advertise shuttle to theme parks but first day I waited for one THREE TIMES, in the morning then afternoon then I personally called the bus shuttle who promised to send a van down, but none came all!!! Wasted half a day and in the end I had to look for a rental car. Pretty clean rooms for the cheap price, but they had one little cockroach though.

The staff was very grumpy . The room was functional, clean,... but old :-( overall, for the money..... we couldn't complain.

I visited solo to catch a few Braves' spring games. Location great, friendly service and staff. Under the same circumstances, I'd sure stay again!

Did not have enough of towels & bath cloths for the rooms. Did not leave any clean bath clothes for the 2nd day & only 2 clean towels, left the dirty ones also. Please leave more regular coffee in rooms. Older Hotel but rooms were clean & comfortable. Everyone was very friendly but could ask if there was anything needed for your stay. Rates were very good, ease of parking and entrance to all rooms. One thing I would suggest is to assure as much as possible is to try to book rooms on the 1st level for seniors as the stairs are hard for them to use with luggage & etc.

Thinking this was a good price is what led me to booking this hotel. It turns out there were many nicer hotels that were charging less in the area. The room was adequate in size but very run down. Air conditioning good but the air in the room was stale. Continental breakfast was good. parking good. Great location to all the attractions and restaurants.

The bath tube was in rough shape and would not drain. Otherwise a very solid value

The hotel room was clean but way to old, carpet was all broken and stained, bed are not comfortable. I Definetly never will stay here again. the lobby area looks old and abandoned, very dark. the "little store" has items all full of dust! any way they need to remodel the whole place!!

Top of bed sheets had a used Q-tip and trash. The other bed had a long hair under the sheets. Very dirty feeling.

Dirty rooms, and had a problem with my reservation where I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into my room. Do not expect anything special at all.

I liked the location, the extra large refrigerator, and the great TV selection. I didn't care for the smell of the room (smokey in a non-smoking room), the noise from the street (some rooms are farther from the main road), and one of the staff members was a bit grumpy. I would have liked to have tried out the swimming pools, they looked great and the breakfast was sufficient.

Very close to walt disney world and surprisingly clean although outdated, i will be staying here again.

So bad I cancled the reservation once I got there.

The room was very clean. the quality of service was great and the hotel amenities was also good and the location was nearby to everything.

Loved that it was so close to Disney world. Staff was very polite and helpful. Building and rooms are clean but need work/remodeling. But for the price very well worth it!!

No heat and TV not working the first night, contacted front desk in th morning and they fixed both while we were out for the day. Pleased with friendliness of people at the front desk.

If you like a firm bed they have them. I missed having that second thin blanket. The room was very clean and didn't smell funky. The water got hot fast and pressure was good. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was very good for being free. My only complaint was that the bed was so hard and they would not budge on letting us check in any earlier than 4. We arrived at 3. We waited and let the children play on the playground while we waited. I did walk by the front desk a few times to make sure they knew we were waiting. Asked them a couple questions too. But it was 4 sharp before they officially let us in.

The location was great and the price was spot on. The rooms need to be upgraded. In addition, a hot breakfast would be nice to consider for future guests. Overall it was ok.

The location is great but the hotel and room was dirty. Hair on bed sheet, dirty mirror in bathroom, noisy a/c, mold on bathroom floor corners. Atleast it was cheap. Lesson learned.

This is the closet I have ever stayed by Disney without staying on property. The check in staff was nice and friendly. The check in process was really quick. It's a great hotel to stay at if you just need a place to take a shower and sleep after the parks. It's not the prettiest. There are some cosmetic problems but if your looking for a place to stay that's cheep this is the one. Check out was quick and easy. I will defiantly stay there again. There are a lot of bad reviews of this place but you get what you pay for. If your expecting it to be a Disney type hotel it's not. It's just a cheep place to lay your head before going to the Disney theme parks.

I WAS SICK THE WHOLE VISIT .

this hotel really was a steal for the price. great location. lots of stores and restaurants near by. our queen bed, was actually a double bed though. we switched to a room with 2 beds. the place is dirty looking but not bad inside the room. the toilets dont work well and the showers suck, but the staff is very attentive.

The hotel is in dyer need of renovation. The rooms need a lot of work. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I understand that the hotel was recently taken over by Travelodge and they plan to renovate.

The location is close to the parks. Breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative thing is that check in it's at 4 pm, I tried to check in at 2 pm and they wouldn't have any room ready yet.

This place was so disgusting that I booked another hotel room in the area after one night! The floor, bathroom, fridge, sink...everything was dirty. There was hair on the floor and weird stains. Also, we didn't feel safe here. A room a couple doors down had a broken window and there is only one security guard who doesn't seem very qualified. Stay away!!

Horrible!

The motel was undergoing renovations so some rooms were not available but this was not a big problem. But they had no ice machines (in Florida much less) and there was no soap in the room. The front desk were very nice and delivered ice and soap later. The motel is very convenient because it is at a traffic light, making it easier to get onto and off on a busy Rt 192. The Wi-Fi worked fine. This area has everything and is close to I-4 & Rt. 429. I would probably give this place another try.

location can't be beat. workers were nice. rooms were clean. exterior needs remodeling, but the inside of the room was most important to me.
