Crowne Plaza Hotel Chicago O'Hare - شيكاغو

My usual hotel for Anime Central was booked and this was as close as I could get to the Stephens Convention Center. It was not as far as I thought and provided a nice place to rest and eat while not at the convention.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Food was great!

Great Price for a great hotel! The staff and room service were prompt and courteous!

Pretty good. Service not so great. Facilities ok and good restaurants walking distance.

The rooms were way tooooo small considering the pictures of big spacious rooms on the web site. The Club Lounge experience was a big disappointment for the so-called breakfast and the late afternoon snack. I had to call everyday for additional towels for our room - 4 guests usually require more than 2 towel sets - right?!! Huge disappointment and a waste of money. But its over now. Should have stayed at the E.Suites for a better value.

The hotel is clean and in very good shape. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They didn't hesitate to accept our offer to stay few hours when my flight out of O'hare was delayed for 3hrs. Shuttle bus from and to O'hare every half hour!

This hotel is 3 miles from O'hare and has a free shuttle so you can't beat the location. The hotel is looking a little tired -- could use a facelift. The staff I interacted with was both friendly and helpful so overall -- this was a great choice.

You need to pay for parking.so total price you pay for hotel room is high.

Family of five in town for an irish dance event across the street - aside from it's perfect, convenient location, the service we got at this location was superb. Every encounter we had with hotel staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Parking guys stood in the rain helping guests work the ticket thing and did it with a smile the whole time. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza O'Hare.

Very nice place, great pizza and very close to airport with free shuttle.. Great value for the money

We will be back in Feb. for another concert. Very convenient for our girls to walk across for their concerts. Loved the warm color scheme, the beds & linens were very comfortable & a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good also. It was nice to have the frig. for our leftover Chicago pizza!! Hope to use the pool & exercise room next time. See you in Feb.! Thanks!!

Great location, very well maintained, rooms were super clean and super comfortable. Upon checking in there was a welcome gift bag on the bed with lavender linen spray, ear plugs, and a eye mask! The bathrooms were very nice with granite and raised sinks. Although you could tell the hotel was a remodel from an older hotel, they have done a very, very nice job. In room refrigerator, Wolfe Gang Pucks Coffee and tea service in room, in room safe within the credenza, all very well thought out. I forgot to check out the pillows, but my bed was so comfortable it was crazy. I didn't want to get up for my conference! I usually stay at 5 star hotels, and was not looking forward to my night at this hotel, but it was a very nice surprise. Very well managed. It is obvious that a great deal of thought went into the guests comfort. One more nice amenitiy, was that there is a clip on the curtains, so the room could be COMPLETELY DARKENED, which I loved. I would feel very comfortable recommending this hotel for a function or if you want to stay in the Rosemont Area. Close to the great restaurants and entertainment venues as well as the airport.

Easy check in, very comfortable bed, only thing that was distracting was the close proximity to the Airport noise. The overall stay was enjoyable.

I had to book a stay last minute for meetings in the loop in Chicago and the entire town was sold out. i was so frustrated when I realized the only option I had was to stay at a hotel at the airport and take the train in. The truth is, the hotel was newly renovated and the decor was very nice. The hotel was in walking distance to the Blue line. it was super easy riding in the morning because no one was on the train. The quality of room service was great and it ws quick and hot. They even helped with a special request when I realized my iphone was dead and I would need it traveling the next day, they found an employee that had a matching charger and charged my phone for me. i was very pleased with this hotel.

We waited over an hour for shuttle to go from airport to hotel. Although we reserved seats on shuttle to go from motel to airport the driver did not make sure those with chips got the seats. Also we charged our meal to our room and you would think it was the first time they ever did that. All this after spending 18 days in Europe where everything went as smooth as silk.

Very convenient to the Rosemont Convention Center if the hotels with a direct walkway are all booked. Rooms have been refurbed. Unfortunately they put the flat screen TV where a mirror would normally be, so one person can't use the dresser mirror while the other is in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are nice. Hallway noise carries into the room, so hope you don't get a big noisy group on your floor. Hallway noise is louder than the planes landing at O'Hare. No where reasonable to dine that is within walking distance, near are high end steak houses and over-priced hotel dining room. Anywhere else you would have to take a taxi. Walked to the casino about 1.5 miles down the road and walked to the blue line stop about .5 mile. Easy to get into Chicago on the train. Walking is no problem in nice weather wouldn't want to do it in the winter. Crossing street to the convention center is dangerous, hope the police are on duty when you have to cross.

I stay here every year for a convention I attend at the Convention Center. Nice rooms, clean overall. Restaurant has great food, and it's convenient. Close to the airport too. Will stay here again next year!

Convenient to O'Hare as well as train.

I was looking for something reasonble for a 1 night stay and boy was I glad I picked the Crowne Plaza O'hare. It's location was perfect, not too far from downtown and minutes away from the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here, room felt so cozy like we were at home. The decor was very chic! Hotel staff was very nice. I will look for deals to stay here again and again.

The food was delicious. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent; very nice, helpful and friendly! The only complaint I have is that the cable TV went out now and then on some channels but I did not tell anyone, so that was my fault.

My wife and I spent 2 nites in this hotel and we found it marvellous. The service was good and cleanlineess beyond reproach. The shuttle bus to the airport was on schedule and the driver very helpful. Thank you.We definitely recommend it to all and sundry.Keep the excellent quality!! Mr & Mrs Jayos, Malaysia.

The MOD did a great job of accommodating us.

the restaurant staff (waitress in the kercheif hat was excelent , the manager and others) in the early AM were very great - friendly , professional. they do a great job 2 front desk ladies in the AM. one very nice . The other could have been a little more pleasant when asked a question

Staff was great....had a privacy sign on the door because I always hate having any hotel staff come into my room. They respected this and slid notes under our door to communicate with us. The room also had a safe and fridge which was a nice added bonus. Only downside was having to pay $23 for parking because we stayed for a convention that was in town for the weekend. I thought staying at the hotel would have waived the fee. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. I recommend taking ear plugs thought because the low flying planes may keep you awake (not the hotel's fault though).

My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff and employees were kind, considerate and evry professional. The room was beautifully furnished and had every amenity I required. I would definitely stay here again. It is a good value for the rate.

Located in Rosemont, convenient to the airport and CTA. GREAT BREAKFAST. Pet friendly, they let us keep our two cats in the room, and were very helpful regarding parking our van and trailer. Lots going on at the hotel, but they still took time to deal with the small guys.

Since they did their update a few years ago this hotel is beautiful. We were lucky enough on this trip to get a corner room. Rosemont is not a pretty suburb, but Park Ridge is goregous and only a few min. away. I have no complaints about the hotel just wish the construction on the road was done.

Hotel was great. Staff greeted me by last name. Very professional. A couple things however are outrageous and made me not so thrilled to stay there. Luckily I only stayed here one evening, because paying for parking is the dumbest thing I have ever heard (not to mention it was a very outradgeous rate). Also, the hotel places a $150 hold on your credit card for insidentals which is completely unheard of. I have stayed in multiple 5 star hotels which did not do that. Otherwise this hotel would be excellent for romantic evenings, or business trips as long as you were not paying for it.

1. Was not told that parking was $23.00 extra per day. 2. No hot water the 1st night stalying there. 3. Convention at hotel and very busy and hard to get around. 4. Shuttle instructions to Airport and back were not clear and no map or pickup area provided. Had to take a cab back to hotel from airport. 5. Elevators were not working the 2nd day.

The hotel room was clean and sufficient for our use. The rate was great, but then to find that the parking was over $20 and located in a construction zone was very annoying. I think that the hotel area on the main level is confusing as far as getting to the elevators, etc.... The room was very nice, however, I would think twice about a return trip due to the expensive parking situation.

I think the shuttle service could be improved by taking reservations. We asked about reservations and were told they do not take them. I then asked if the shuttles ever were full and needed to leave people behind. I was told they did. We got there early so we got on but a number of guests were told to wait. I'm glad I planned for it but it would have been a problem had we not.

The room and bed were very comfortable. Problem: Happened that a big storm blew out televisions on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, so we had to wait a couple of for maintenance. Front Desk said they had only one man to get around to a long list of TVs needing him. Compliment #1: I liked that the bathroom had 9granite) ledges for putting all of our toiletries and stuff -- not cramped, like at other places I've stayed Compliment #2: Staff handling our luggage was very professional and helpful and nice!

I recently went up for a convention at the Stephens Convention Center, and booked my stay at Crowne Plaza, based on the availability of rooms with 2 queen beds - the other nearby hotels were booked up on rooms of that nature. Once I got to the hotel, they told me to park in their lot and bring the parking slip to be validated. I did so, and was then told that we still had to pay the same for parking as any non-hotel-staying person. Umm, what? The room that we were in was TINY, to say the least. Most hotel rooms today will have a desk and small sitting area; this one had neither. It did have a small safe, though, and no microwave, and very limited drawer space for clothing or other items that you didn't want on the floor. One other disappointment was the charge to use the wireless internet at this location. Even this was not a one-time charge - they charged per 24 hour period. Since there are so many other hotels within a one-block radius of the convention center, you can bet that I will book further in advance, and not be staying at this hotel again!
