Great hotel and service, will stay again, actually did stay a week later before going to Rome.

A poor location for seeing the sights of London. The service was hit and miss and I was surprised that in an english speaking country so few of the staff could understand me?? The facilities were average but with a very redeeming buffet breakfast.

We had booked a room for four adults. The two queen-beds were not large enough and the room and bathroom were small. The hotel informed us that this was the biggest room of the hotel. Moreover, we were told that access to the breakfast and the executive lounge was allowed only for two persons, although this was not mentioned in the voucher. we had to negotiate to get access for all of us.

excellent hotel bit too much scaffolding out front but pool great and spa amazing.

We stayed at the Marriott Marble Arch for my Dad's 70th birthday weekend. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but functional nonetheless. Breakfast was fresh and the waiting staff the best and most efficient I have come across in the UK. Front desk and concierge staff were helpful and Richard the doorman deserves a special mention as he is particulary friendly and very good at his job! Top notch.

The location is great to connect to various parts of the city. the food is terrible. buffet breakfast is really bad. in room options are very limited and doesnt match to marriot standards.

My only reflection was that on the confirmation from Hotels.com ther was breakfast included in the price, but when checking in at the hotel, the information was that breakfast was not included in the price. We solved this ang I got breakfast included in the agreed price.

This hotel was quite comfortable and well positioned albeit in between tube stations and strangely enough there is another Marriott adjacent to Marble Arch, making this's name slightly confusing. hops and I read that it was in a multicultural neighbourhood however it appeared to consist mainly of one group. It is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the shops in Oxford Street and closest tube stations, with buses running down Edgeware Road to the centre of the city. For the rate I was able to get I found this hotel to be good value for London although perhaps not everyone would be ecstatic with the neighbourhood.

when I made the reservation with you you promised a deluxe room. when we arrived the room was small. i complained and was told this is a deluxe standard not what i requested. they moved me the 2nd night to a bigger room. the hotel is under renovations on the outside. i asked for extension cord and it took 30 minutes to arrive and it was 10pm . when they moved our room i asked if the extension cord was in the room and when i got there it was not. very disappointed with Marriott. the girl gave us a comp breakfast but the first lady wanted to up charge for a bigger room but i refused

even better service. One of the best hotels in London by far!

Good location for the sites but situated in an area dominated by Lebanese restaurants and so on. Great if you want that. We did not although not phased at all by it. Otherwise excellent comfortable hotel with polite and attentive staff.

Excellent Location to shops & resturants Clean & Comfortable rooms but small resturant for serving Breakfast when very busy you had to wait long time in the Q

the hotel is located very close to Hydepark, Oxford st and Edjward Rd. the executive lounge is offers light breakfast in the morining. they have good afternoon snack and wine

Hotel facade covered by scaffold, overlooking the backdoor entrance to the local Halal butcher shop. Marble Arch is a stretch of a name for this hotel; little Arabia would have been more precise. We arrived late, and service was at best slow, but we got our room after a quick backoffice trip by the front desk personnel. Rooms are kept tidy and clean; housekeeping are up to standards. Annoying that a warning that we had not been checked in properly appeared at the TV screen every time it was in use. Bar personnel are slow, forgetful and appear unprofessional, as if untrained. Low service degree. Breakfast restaurant manager is attentive and does a good job. Her staff (pancake chef) appears untidy, and has poor hygiene standards. An exeption was the eggs/omelette chef; she knew her business and gave a positive impression and smiley service. Breakfast personnel (waiters and cleaners attentive. Pool and changing rooms kept clean and tidy. All in all; a nice try, but we will not return.

Beautiful hotel in a good location (5 minute walk to Oxford St or Edgeware Rd). Impressive front lobby with polite, eager to please staff. My only complaint would be the overbearing perfume / air freshner smell in the lobby. This really does need to be toned down! The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained and tidy. Our room was a standard double - a good size with desk, tv, chair, king bed (very comfortable!), wardrobe with good facilities. I would have liked the opportunity to put on an extra blanket on the bed but nothing was available. The ensuite bathroom was clean and I loved the shower gels/soaps that were provided. All in all it was a comfortable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Good location for the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the Marble Arch and Oxford blvd where all the shopping is and good place to take a tour bus from. Good breakfast and a helpful customer service.

I got a smoking room after asking for one without. they had no free other room

The hotel is nice enough inside, but nowhere near worth the price paid. The Executive Lounge space is too small for the usage. We liked the day that the lounge was closed, though we had to wait 45 minutes to learn of it, and we were able to eat in the restaurant. The staff is capable and professional, but overall, given the location and Marriott Hotels generally, the price is way too much.

Hotel is a modern marriott hotel with good room size , good facilities. it is not at Marble arch but 3 block away . Area is very international with large selection of restaurants. Good value for money

Vi hadde bestilt rom til tre og fikk oppgradert til et stort rom med sovesofa og king size bed, rommet var stort for london standar og pent vedlikeholdt reint og fint deilige dyne og puter. sengen var god men sovesofaen var veldig tynn madrass men man kan ikke forvente noe annet fra en sovesofa. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig. gang avstand til det meste og resten slik som teater, london eye, harrods ect ligger max en ti pund drosje tur unna. 3 min gange til marble arch undergrusnns bane. flott hotell for pengene og vil definitivt bruke det igjen.

Meget godt fornøyd. Vi reiste også med en liten baby (7 mndr) og et barn på 4 år og betjeningen var veldig serviceminded også i forhold til dem. Et ekstra pluss var svømmebasseng og Executive Lounge. Beliggenheten er også veldig senttal med det meste innen gå avstand

L'hôtel nous a beaucoup plu, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter Londres, faire du shopping et la station de métro la plus proche est à moins de cinq minutes à pieds.Par contre, nous avions pris une chambre exécutive pour quatre et seules deux personnes pouvaient bénéficier de l'exécutive ; ce n'était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation de la chambre et nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer un supplément non négligeable lors de notre arrivée.

Svært trivelig tross noe stivt. Meget hyggelig betjening. Store og gode rom med meget gode senger. Rent og trivelig. God frokost. God beligenhet i forhold til shopping og opplevelser, Oxford Street og Hyde Park 5 -10 minutters gange. God forbindelse med buss og Metro.

Personnel très prévenant, agréable, souriant...parfait. Par contre nous avions réservé une family room pour 4 adultes avec un lit double king size et deux lits simples. On nous a donné une chambre normale avec deux lits doubles simples. Environnement très bruyant malgré notre chambre au 9è étage nous avons dû acheter des boules Quiès. Toute la nuit, sirènes d'ambulances, police et en prime le muezzin d'une mosquée proche. Bref, si vous voulez de la tranquilité après des journées à 100 à l'heure, nous vous conseillons un autre hôtel.

Hôtel confortable, bien situé,à 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro,dans un quartier chic de Londres.Les enfants sont bien admis, par un personnel sympathique

I bestillingen min sto det at jeg hadde bestilt rom inkl. frokost for 2 personer. Når jeg kom til hotellet påsto de at jeg ikke hadde betalt for frokost, selv om jeg hadde med utskrift av bestillingen. Måtte selv ringe hotels.com og få de til å kontakte hotellet. Håpløst å ikke bare gi det til meg når jeg har bevis på at det skulle være inkl. Fikk frokosten etter at hotels.com hadde tatt kontakt med de. Resepsjonen klarte selvsagt ikke gi beskjed til restauranten, så jeg måtte krangle med de også.

Situation idéale, centrale et proche du metro. Proche des zones de shopping. Excellente qualité de service par du personnel aimable. Buffet de petit-déjeuner avec large choix, bar sympa. Concierge efficace, competent et aimable. Chambre confortable, excellente literie, calme. Un seul bémol, bruit de la ventillation. A stopper la nuit.

Suveren service, god beliggenhet ved Oxford Street. Topp frokostbuffet. Anbefales!
