La Quinta Inn & Suites Wichita Airport - ويتشيتا

Great location. Hotel wasn't well maintained. Carpets too old. Furniture wasn't dusted (never), but bathrooms were clean. Entrances smelled like smoke. Swimming pool water was too cold, but hot tub was good. Breakfast was very good, as well as the dining area.

The hotel and room were clean, though the hotel decor seems a bit outdated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but for the money, I would stay there again.

hotel staff was very helpful and professional, room was nice and clean. Pillows were a little hard for my personal liking. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Was very surprised how well the breakfast was prepared. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the free continental breakfast buffet was very acceptable. My only complaints are that the bed is firm and the room was on the small side, but most hotels have that problem.

Very nice hotel staff, clean, easy on easy off.

Very, very hard to get to, unless know area. Got room through Hotels.com & said was smoking room. When got to La Quinta, was No Smoking hotel!! Had run off info. from internet, & staff put us on ground floor, so would be easier for us to go outside. TV control didn't work, but didn't bother to get it fixed. Staff were helpful & good when we checked in. Overall, nice hotel.

they got an indoor pool, that's why i picked them

Hotel has nice up to date rooms. Only downfall was that the breakfast was not great and the area where the food is, is too small. There was always someone in the way.

Although we requested a room with disability access, we were given one without. Once the front desk was made aware of the problem, they immediately moved us to a room we would be comfortable in, as well as made extra accomodations so we would be comfortable. The staff was wonderful, and all our inquiries were met with competence and fulfilled as requested. I would definately recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Everything was good about this hotel except for the drain in the sink & shower. Water barely moved.

The motel was relatively quiet. The rooms have inside entries and it isn't far from the airport, which is why we chose the motel. We did not utilize the work-out room or other features of the motel but they were available. The staff was efficient but not as friendly as some La Quinta staff members in other locations. The beds were "hard as a rock" and we are not opposed to a firmer support. If they don't have anything different we would choose to stay at a different motel so we would sleep more comfortably. The windows unit had gaps between the sections which would most likely be quite cool with winter weather even with the drapes pulled. The location isn't as efficient from Kellogg/HWY 54 exits because of the 235 interchange being the closest exit and the motel isn't assessible from that exit, but there are ways to backtrack or use the frontage road for access if you exit correctly.

I've stayed in a lot of La Quintas; some better than others. This one was very neat, clean and comfortable. I was a afraid pulling up to the location since it's in a minimally-lit area off the the highway. But once I walked it and saw my room, I was at ease. The back doors we used from the parking lot were secure; you had to use your key card. Some places say the doors are locked but never are. I would definitately stay here again.

Great room for the price. Although i stayed just one night, it was very comfortable stay & i would stay again if the same price range is available.

I have a toy poodle and chiwawa and they are my children. We are "all" treated like family. I have traveled alot and have stayed in many hotels in the past, but I will no longer stay anywhere but La Quinta. They are the best!

hot tub was not hot and maintenance was off for the evening. pool floor area was covered in water-must have drainage problem. Also we could hear noise all night long. I expected our room to be more quiet than this. The fire alarm went off at 3 am and again at 7am. They did have good waffles but the rest of the breakfast was not replenished as it should have been. we will not return

Nice clean hotel, but the pool was closed for the weekend and that was why I booked our 2 rooms there. I had 7 teenagers and young adults that were disappointed.

Very nice room! I am a non-smoker and going down the hall I smelled a little smoke but once in the room I was very pleased!

The only prblem was the last night people in non smoking room across hall smoked all night and smoke was very disruptive.

I have stayed at many hotels and am hard to please. I found this hotel on special and decided to reserve it because the price was good. When arriving at hotel, I found out that I was booked into a smoking room. I asked to be moved to a non smoking room and the overly friendly desk attenant quickly appologized for the error and promptly changed my room. The room itself was spacious and well furnished. A large extremely comfortable bed was one of the best I have slept on. Room also had a large desk, comfortable chair, and Wifi Access. Also had leather recliner in room, microwave and refrigerator. Hotel had small workout room, but I found that it was hardly used, so the small space was not a problem. Hotel had nice indoor pool. Most pools are connected to front lobby and you feel like you are being watched, but this was a separate pool out back of building. It is fully enclosed and has a hot tub. There is an enclosed walkway out to pool building so you are never outside. Towels are conveniently provided in pool area. I traveled during cold weather, but there was a nice patio outside area that could have been used in nice weather which included gas grills. Breakfast included usual cereal and muffins, but also had hot iron for waffles and included a large hot breakfast. We had eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage. I was over satisfied with hotel and will stay there again when going to Wichita.

Poor quality staff. Printer in Business room without adequate ink. Wake up call didn't passed to the next shift so it didn't get set. Evening front desk favorite line was we can't do anything but they should be able tom help you on day shift (we'll make a note). Hotel rooms not updated, feels more like a motel 6 with an indoor swimming pool and exercise room

We had a great stay and enjoyed the room. The pool and hottub were very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is they add exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Everything else was perfect!!

We just needed a place for the night and wanted a "name brand" hotel. Nothing fancy, but was a clean, comfortable room. Very nice staff when checking in and felt welcomed. Not the hotel's fault, but the city's, in that a little difficult to get to it off of the highway considering it is RIGHT off the highway, but that's what GPS is for!

We stayed here one night during a trip to visit family. The rate was very reasonable and the room was nice...as good as other hotels would have been in a higher price range. They had an indoor pool that looked nice (which we didn't have time to visit). Overall pros: A number of restaurants nearby. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good-sized mini fridge in the room. Workout center and pool, plus a restaurant on-site (we didn't eat here so can't comment on the food). Overall cons: Some plane noise due to proximity to airport, which we expected so it was fine with us. Old model T.V. (no flat screen). Over-bleached sheets gave me a rash (this happens to me often so not a surprise). Heater in our room was turned all the way up so it was like a sauna when we arrived. Overall nice room for the cost and it fit our needs of traveling with our young child.

Comfortable room, good quality, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. The enclosed pool was clean and a welcome retreat.

Hotel is close to shopping and eating establishments. Front desk staff were helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed--but a flat screen TV would have been good. If I was trying to find a fault with the hotel it would be the bathroom--it is really small for a hotel this nice. But, all in all, a great hotel for the money.

I had a nice stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The Internet service was fast and easy to connect to. Overall good experience. I will stay there again.

The front desk staff were very helpful to me as North-worst Airline had lost my luggage AGAIN. Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet enough. Yes, I'd stay there again for trips to Wichita.

The La Quinta Inn is a wonderful hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It had very quiet rooms that made our stay there very relaxing.

The hotel was clean and was recently remodel in 2007. The housekeeping did a good job and the staff was friendly. However, the swimming pool was freezing and that is not an exadgeration. The breakfast was good on Mon and Tue of the stay but the Sat and Sun was lacking. Overall it is a nice place to stay for a night or two if you need to but not for a lengthy stay!

The room was clean and neat. The pool wasn't working when we checked in, but maintanance was contacted and fixed the pool shortly. (Our kids would have cried if the pool hadn't been fixed!) Breakfast was excellent with a wide-range of choices. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
