Four Points by Sheraton Manassas Battlefield - ماناساس

I would have been much happier if the front desk was friendlier. She didn't tell us where our rooms were located in the hotel. When we asked where it was best to park, she told us the wrong door and did not tell us there was a elevator at the rear of the hotel. The first key did not work, nor did the second one. She then moved us to a different room. We were traveling with others and she made no attempt to put us in rooms near each other. While I was waiting for my husband to return with the third set of keys, two other guests had room problems on our floor. One had a room that was not made up and the other a room that was still occupied. This would have been a great stay if you had someone competent working the front desk.

Overall expirence was great. Very clean and staff was very friendly, right close into Manassas which is nice. Although when it came to cleaning the next day somehow our room got missed... But I will defiantly stay there again in the future :)

Very high quality on the rooms, and a marvelous breakfast in a very nice dining-room.

I reserved a king bed for my leisure stay and they gave me a room with double beds; i think they were full size. Really?? I paid for a king size bed. I deserve a call back or a portion of my money refunded back to me.

We stayed here for one night because we had to be at a nearby event early the next morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the price for the room was well worth what we round. It was very easily accessible from I-66. My only complaint would be the in-house restaurant. The menu was very limited and service was very slow. If I had it to do over again I would have left the hotel for dinner. The breakfast service the next morning was much better though. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely stay again.

Clean spacious room and good location. Breakfast was mediocre but better than the usual 'continental' fare...could have used some fresh fruit though. Would definitely stay there again.

very nice clean hotel, good service. We came back from a family visit one early afternoon just as they were starting to clean our room, we told them we didn't need any maidservice just some clean towels. They came back twice to check on us to be sure we didn't want the room cleaned. GOOD service.

Just last month I stayed at The Fairmont Newport Beach CA, and it was a total waste of money. The Sheraton had everything we needed, for half the price! Complimentary parking, free wi-fi, and an amazing breakfast buffett. I highly recommend this hotel, we had such a brief but pleasant stay. Lots of families and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was right off the highway but very quiet. There was a group of 90 students staying in the hotel which made us worry about the noise level. This turned out to not be a problem. The hotel serves a hot breakfast, buffet style which was adequate. Would stay there again if ever in the area.

Great location but hotel bar not open till 6, Internet not working and they were unable to help and the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. Rooms clean and staff friendly. Good breakfast.

perfect location and $ rates for business travel in this area

CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN , IT WAS SMELLING IN THE ROOM.AND ONLY TWO ELEVATOR IN THE HOTEL AND ONE WAS BREAK DOWN WE HAD TO USE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL.FIRST DAY WHEN WE ARRIVED WE ASKED THE INFORMATION TO RESEPTION ABOUT THE DINNER AND BREAKFAST.SHE KIND OF BORED TO GIVE INFORMATION SO WE GOT TO KNOW WHERE BREAKFAST WAS BUT FOR DINNER SHE SAID ''WE CAN HAVE DINNER OUTSIDE AFTER THE BRIDE THERE IS A RESTAURANTS ON THE STREET VERY NICE''.SO WE GOT DINNER EVERY NIGHT OUTSIDE.BUT ONE NIGHT BEFORE WE LIVE WE SAW DINNER WAS SERVING IN THE SAME RESTAURANT WHERE WE WERE HAVING BREAKFAST.PERSONELLY I AM IN HOTEL BUSINESS BUT I NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF SERVICE TO LOOSE CUSTOMER AND MONEY TO HAVE DINNER OUT SIDE NOT IN THE HOTEL. THAT'S BIG TIME LOOSE FOR HOTEL AND CUSTOMER.BECAUSE WE SPEND GAS AND TIME TO LOOK FOR RESTAURANT TO HAVE DINNER INSTEAD OF OUR HOTEL WHICH IS JUST ONE MINUTE FROM OUR ROOM TO HAVE DINNER.ONE MORNING WE ASK FOR JUST HOT WATER THEY SAID BREAFAST IS OVER JUST FOR GLASS OF HOT WATER.WHAT A BIG EXCUSE FOR HOT WATER.WELL OTHER THAN THAT WASHINGTON WAS BEAUTIFULL VERY NICE WE LIKED IT TO VISIT BUT NOW I KNOW WEHRE IS THE GOOD HOTEL IS BEACUSE I CHECKED THE HOTELS IN WASHINGTON .WE ARE GOING TO STAY THE HOTEL WHERE WE LIKED NEXT TIME.

The staff at the hotel were courtious and friendly. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. We had a few problems. We were given a list of pizza places to call as we requested. Next morning when we went out there was a famous pizza place ( numero uno) that is delicious, across the street, that was not on the list. Imagine right across the street and you don't tell me. I went to the lounge to wait for our pizza to arrive. I asked for several common mix drinks{barcardi, stone sour) no one knew how to make them, I ended up paying $9 for a small can of pineapple juice with a splash of cranberry and some liquor. In the morning at breakfast I have a bowl of mandarin oranges and I swear there was a worm in it. I called it to the attention of the staff who took it into the back. The pool and pool room the first night we were there was too cold even for the kids but the hotel corrected it by the second night. The elevator broke/ good thing they had another down the hall.

I have stayed in some cheaper rooms and had better stays...this hotel was very noisy with doors slamming...someones clothes tossing in a dryer at all hours of the nite. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were very nice people..the desk help was not so nice, felt like they thought they were better than the people checking in. The rooms were okay not really impressed with size of room versus others I have stayed in, they are trying to be high class with a older hotel...pool was cold and room was cold, no hot tub no sauna...not high class for a sheraton.

Excellent hotel that was convenient and included a free buffet hot breakfast. About 25 minutes from DC attractions but well worth the drive to get the price they offered.

Conveniently located near Route 66 for easy access to Washington D.C. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast lacked anything remotely healthy.

This is a wonderful motel. We stayed four nights & from there took in the sights at DC. It's about a 20 min. drive to the Metro. This motel was very clean with a great staff and a continental breakfast second to none. Our only complaint was we needed a room with 2 beds and they had no queen beds only doubles. We highly recommend this motel.

THIS LOCATION HAS IT ALL --- PRICE - LOCATION - ACCESS TO ALL RESTAURANTS -- I WISH ALL MY BUSINESS TRAVEL COULD BE LIKE THIS !!!

Based on the fee, I was not expecting such a nice, clean, and well managed hotel.

comfy beds

This hotel is unbelievably clean and homey. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and have had many continental breakfasts. This was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a large hotel close to DC that is clean and friendly, but very average and showing its age. If you get a good price, its worth it, otherwise there are better options in the area.

The room was very clean and the bed was nicely made with huge backrest pillows and extra soft pillows. Also, the buffet breckfast was good.

Very close to resturants and movies, and very quiet

The hotel was fine - my key did not work the first time and clerk seemed confused. I was given a TLC voucher and had a whopping 6 minutes to use it. Breakfast was included, but lacking....not bad overall but not great either. Fine for a one night stay.

Good Good Good Very Good, I strongly recommend this hotel!

We were a group of 8 and had booked 2 double rooms just for 1 night - to crash in the bed and leave soon in the morning to visit DC. 1] good amenities, well maintained and clean 2] breakfast spread was actually nice ... basically everything we could need for a price that was pretty low.

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting DC and absolutely loved this place. Great location, everything you need in the neighborhood and the hotel was very clean, orderly and comfortable. A little bit of highway noise in the room, but I'm from the country so I'm a little sensitive to that. For the money? Unbelievable.

Extremely clean and well maintained. While near the highway and convenient it was very quiet inside the room. A gem.

We stayed during the week, our overall experience was great. Clean room, comfy beds, breakfasts was good. However, the location of our room... Directly next to the elevator caused for a lot of noise in general. The room itself was not super quiet, we could hear the neighboring room use the restroom and the television. Overall experience was great and would definately stay again.

At my arrived to my room realized they gave me the wrong room. double bed on san valentine days me and my wife were so fustraded after paying for a king bed. when to registration they said that hotels. com always do the same " they sell rooms without contacting us. " I told the lady at registration that whish to cancel my reservation that they still will charge me despite I am not geting what I payed for.
