Ramada Reno Hotel and Casino - رينو

Enjoyed this hotel.

we booked this hotel because our normal casinos were asking $200/night and this hotel was less than half that. It was close enough to downtown to be functional for our purposes (see a concert downtown). It looks a little shabby but it was a clean room and worked for us. The shuttle service to downtown was very convenient. The shuttle driver advised us not to walk back since the neighborhood is a little sketchy. We would stay here again under similar circumstances.

Dingy hotel, and we upgraded to a Suite! Staff was mostly unattentive. Meth heads walking around like zombies in casino.(If you can call it a casino) Near a bad neighborhood but thats not the hotels fault. All employees had no personality or service oriented training. Clueless. Pool was closed...in MAY!? They gave me NO reason top ever come back. Oh and the food is terrible too.

Nothing fancy in the room we stayed in. The wireless signal was almost non-existant but that was probably because we were in the far corner room. The toilet was running all the time when we first arrived, but they did send a maintenance man to correct shortly after I reported it. Overall not bad for the price but definitely not what I was expecting from a Ramada Inn.

Nice hotel stayed 3 nights housekeeping did a great job on the room casino was alright. jt Ashley's restaurant had good food not bad at all for the price of room.

The vent in the bathroom was hanging by 1 screw, revealing mold behind it. there was crusty dried film all over the floor under the sink in the bathroom, like the pipes broke and the mess was never properly cleaned. The bed had dark stains streaked across the sheets. The staff was fine, its an older hotel, they just need to take care of it, and clean it better. I wouldn't stay here again.

The stay was enjoyable. The location was close to the area we needed to be in. I would stay in this hotel again. I very much enjoyed the connecting room to my other family members. Many times this is a problem when we inquire about joining room; but not at this hotel! Thank you! The only negative comment was regarding the beds. I would have much perfered a queen rather than a double bed. Yes, I requested a room with two beds, but two queen beds would have been MUCH more comfortable. Other than small beds, everything else was fine.

It was a nice place to stay, downtown close by I'm coming back to stay again.

Hotel room was dusty and dirty only stayed 1 out of the 2 days because the room and service was horrible

Toilet seat very nasty, television didn't have good reception so I didn't watch it threw my whole 2 day say ..

No refrigerator, old TV,Old bathrroom.

It's a good stay and go for the night. Location was about six blocks from the main strip.

And it's exactly that you want to be cheap and stay near the casino well get ready to stay at a motel 6 that has a hotel look on the outside. The pictures describe somewhere else because this is motel 6 undercover.

The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed in the world, and the tiny over stuffed pillows were far from creating a good nights sleep. Was looking forward to the breakfast buffet, which in the morning we found was nonexistent. Three of us had the omelet which was nearly inedible. Main reason we stayed was because of the reptile convention and the fact that pets were allowed. Homeless in the parking lot made walking a dog at night an uneasy experience. However, the doggy treat bag and attention my dog got were good points. Rooms need carpet cleaning and decent beds. Breakfast needs to have the buffet regularly, not just when the hotel feels its a good idea. Also heard some other issues by others who stayed at the hotel.

Its better than Motel 6 but not the Taj Mahal

It was my worst night ever and I will never stay there again. People came in at all hours of the early morning (1-5:00 a.m.) without any consideration to those that were trying to sleep.

We were looking for a hotel we could stay with our 2 dogs. This place was perfect for us and the pets. Verry pet friendly. We had a room on a floor for pets so you can't expect it to be quiet or 5 star clean. If you have pets you know what i mean! I'd stay here again!

My family will more than happy to come back and stay again. They have a very nice buffet and friendly reservation and dining staff.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GARBAGE ROOMs HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER AGAIN STUCK IN THE 60s

The first thing when you walk in, you notice the cigaratte smoke pretty strong. Great front service. Rooms are okay. Our view from the room was awful. In other words you pay for what you get.

The room was extremely cold despite having the heater on for two hours. The windows leaked vold air into the room. A strong food smell from the restaurant exhaust located below despite the fact that I was in the sixth floor. The bedding had a brown spot stein and hair on the towels. When I went to the front desk to tell them I had priblems with my room they made me wait 15 minutes in line despite the fact that I tild them I had issues with my room. They finnaly changed me to a different room where I experienced the exact same problems as the room before. As far as loction is concerned it is located in a part of town infeststed with drugs, thugs and prostitution.

It was a great room, everything was clean and didn't smell of smoke on our floor which was refreshing in Reno. The bar/casino area downstairs could use a facelift and some of the bar staff were not prepared for the crowds but other than that everything was good

This was a rundown (old) hotel with lousy service. The room appeared to be clean but was uncomfortable with an old bed.

The room definetly needed some maintenance. Shower head coming off of the wall, bathtub faucet ran all night, and there was some water damage on the bottom of one of the walls. But it was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. And we were in a pinch for a room not realizing we were there the same weekend as Street Vibrations. So we paid too much for the poor quality that is for sure. Hotel is pet friendly, but it is not dirty like I expected it might be. The main restaurant is very basic, slow service and limited menu. If you are going to eat there, go to the diner in the casino, they make fantastic hamburgers!

The flush got spoilt, the hotel staff came and fixed it but other friends also complained about the same thing. They did extend our checkout to 2:00pm from 12:00pm though coz of the balloon race and offered free drinks while leaving

Do not stay at this awful hotel! The maid did NOT clean our rooms at all AND the front desk never answers the phone. No customer service what -so -ever.
