Great location, close to everything in Estes Park.

Went down for the stanley film festival. . stayed one night .was very close to resturants and the stanley hotel.. staff was very nice, comfortable beds and very clean ..would stay again. great location..

This hotel is not fancy and it is not a dump. It's a place to stay. We stayed in the off season early May, so less people is equal to less noise. I don't know if I would stay during peak times because the walls are thin, but I do know that the hotel is near downtown and the RMSP! Clean beds and towels, yes you can smell the bleach. Not bad and not great... Just a place to stay!

My family had a wonderful time. We will stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely clean well appointed room with great free wifi connection. After staying in several different hotels/motels during my road trip this one definitely the best especially for the low price deal I got.

Nice sized rooms, clean, updated, good view. Pool/hottub/recreation area very nice. Pool tables, foosball, good sound system around pool area. Only negatives were a strong chlorine odor in hallways (on 2nd floor anyway) from the indoor pool and hot tub. Wasn't noticeable in rooms. Room keys stopped working a day before checkout. Minor inconvenience to have re-keyed at front desk.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is getting on in years but once in the room, it was fairly modern. Elevator was slow, slow, slow.

Went to this hotel for a weekend getaway with my daughter and husband. The weather was snowy and cold, so we spent most of our time in the awesome pool! Our room was clean and comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The hotel was close to town, shopping and restaurants. The check in was quick, and when we requested a late check out, it was granted easily. We felt this was a GREAT value for a lovely weekend.

I was visiting my Dad and his wife at Prospect Park Living Center and it was very convenient to them. My room needed more light in it and the phones disconnected calls if you moved the base of the phone. I would have much preferred a breakfast menu to the buffet which was not very good. Other than that it was fine for what I needed.

There were a few stains in the carpet of my room, but was otherwise was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We visit Estes Park a several times a year, this hotel allows dogs and we bring our kids and our little dog. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, and we can sit outside the room and watch the kids swim. It is clean, (a bit dated) the location is great and it is quiet and staff is friendly!

Had everything we needed for a 48 hour vacation.

Th eoverall experience was great. Our room was clean an very comfortable. The staff was very professional. The restaurant has good food. The only reason I give 2 stars for comfort of the room was the one downfall of our 2 night stay- parents letting their kids run up and down the long hallway screaming at the top of their lungs up until midnight... both nights. Not the hotels fault, so overall I give the hotel 5 stars.

This hotel had great service, and the food was awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel in Estes Park.

Had a great vacation with my husband and 1 boys! The pool was awesome!!

Second time we have stayed here. We really like the hotel. The room had a good view of the mountains. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We love the fact it is all enclosed and the pool temp was comfortable. The work out room is nice. We will be staying here time and time again. We have stayed at several different hotels in Estes and we really like this one, it has a lot of amentities to offer the others don't especially when staying in the winter time.

It was an OK place. Needs a remodel.

The wall heater in the first room we had was old and made a racket. We requested a new room and was given one where the wall heater was newer and a lot quieter. Altho older, the rooms are large and attractive. We liked it and enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again. Plus the rate was excellent.

It was good, had adjoining rooms, which was great as we had several girls staying and did not want to be in separate areas. The only problem was the front doors were locked when we got back later in the evening and needed to get another key. I have not ever been at a hotel where there is not a front desk avail. 24/7. We were able to get in as the side door was unlocked, which was great for us, but maybe not the safest beings everyone else can as well.

They REALLY need to sign up for Anthony from the Hotel Impossible show to come help. I am aware I wasn't booking the Four Seasons, and I think I have pretty reasonable expectations, but the customer service here (or lack thereof) would've been comical if it wasn't so infuriating. Here's a sampling, "Your room is on the 4th floor, oh and by the way the elevator is out, Enjoy your stay." (Handed us the key, turned her back, no offer made to relocate as we stood there a little stunned.) Once we trudged up to our 4th floor room, luggage in tow, it reeked of cigarette smoke, but the windows do open thankfully, to let in fresh air. We had no tv remote for our room and never had one delivered, as promised. I am glad we trekked to the 4th floor because I think it would've been really loud with all the kids running around anyhow. (Not very sound proof construction.) On the plus side the beds were comfortable, although everything else in the hotel is kind of rundown & janky. (No refrigerators, the hair dryer kept dying, no elevators, no remote, one bar of soap for hand washing AND showering, dirty shower, cracked walls & tiles etc, which I might have excused if they had better/friendlier customer service.) Basically, this is an overpriced Motel 6...with an indoor pool & softer beds. I honestly was expecting more along the lines of a Best Western/ Quality Inn, which isn't all that much to expect, and was quite disappointed.

The hotel was great! The only flaw was that the cleaning ladies didn't restock our shampoo/conditioner the next day. Everything else was wonderful, ill definitely stay again :)

This was our first trip away alone since our son was born. It was much needed and everything about our stay was amazing. Great room, great view, excellent location, wonderful lounge, large hot tub and pool. In addition to all this, the staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely NO complaints. We WILL be coming back soon!!!

I did not enjoy this hotel. The chlorine in the pool was very strong and consumed our room. The room was not very clean (trash under the beds). I barely got any sleep because I was very uncomfortable. We will not stay there again!

Overall the hotel seemed very nice and friendly. Our main problem was that the pool heating system had broken prior to our stay and it was too cold to swim. My wife was very disappointed as she mainly wanted to swim with our 2 year old while we were there. They would not even put their feet in. Thankfully the hot tub was still working and we could relax in there, but it was too hot for my son. The timing was unfortunate for us and even though it was fixed during our stay, it did not warm up enough over the 24hrs we were there. The rest of the hotel and room were very nice including the onsite grill buffet breakfast for about $6 per person.

Very nice, and accommodating.

The pillows was like cotton balls stuffed into a case. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel is just like all others except a few things. It has a great rec area. Pool tables, pool, and hot tub all in one area and indoors. Bad thing, pool was cold and hot tub not hot enough. But overall not bad.

We stay at RMPI everytime we spend time in Estes. I wont even try staying anywhere else because I just love this hotel. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant wasnt open.

Great service, good location. However the air conditioner could use little maintenance. It was noisy. The water in the swimming pool could be little warmer.

It was comfortable, but noisy kids running through the hall ways. Not very sound proof. Pricey for the accomodations.

The check in process was painless, and the staff was pleasant. Our room was clean and inviting. I really like the type of bedding used, as the bedspread appeared to be very fresh and clean (not the case with many hotels). I also like the fact that the hotel is doing its part to be ecofriendly, by posting friendly reminders for customers regarding water conservation, etc., using the low flow shower heads, and providing a recycling bin. We received a quick check out statement under our door the next morning, allowing us to get on with our site seeing early in the morning. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or visit the lounge, but it is great that that is available. We’ll probably get a chance to do that on our next visit. Oh, can’t forget the pool and hot tub. Wonderful!!!

Good stay.

Going in the off season don't expect a lot of extras. Housekeeping came around once in 3 days, and I think I saw 4 actual hotel employees in those three days. However, don't let the dorm style look detract you. The room was clean and reasonably nice, the indoor pool heated to 86 degrees was a plus, and I especially liked the pool tables. Tim the Maintenance guy was super nice and accommodating, more so than the front desk even (he brought us plastic cups for our glass beers so we could drink them in the pool area). Overall, although I think I'll find a cabin next time to try something different, this hotel isn't that bad and I'd probably stay there again.

Over all very very good.
