Sheraton Greensboro - جرينسبورو

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Not just the spotless upkeep, which I might add is beyond wonder. I never saw a spot, a piece of lint, of a scrap of paper out of place, even on the dark carpet. Our room was like walking into a new room where no one had ever slept. The restaurants were wonderful and the fitness center was astounding! However it goes beyond this..with all the hustle and bustle going on during our visit there was still a caring, not just a smile but a caring about our stay from the one that reserved our room for an early check in, to the person that stored our bag while we walked until it was ready. We also came close to a bit of a disaster. Our visit was short, coming for a concert with amazing seats. During check in I LEFT the Fed Ex envelope with these amazing tickets on the counter..paid for. A person checking in did notice and the young man that checked us in took the envelope. He could have made quite a bit of money from reselling these tickets...but he did not. He immediately started looking for the owner. Not LATER..immediately. He personally kept them secured. Went to 2 other's who checked in after we did to see if they had lost anything..all without giving any hint of what he had. By the time he got to the 14th floor I was beside myself. What an honest young man, caring, and the best image for this company. I WILL recommend this chain and this location to everyone, and I WILL give them all of our business in the future. Thank You would never be enough. It is the small things that matter most, but The Sheraton is raising the bar for what service and a businss should be. Just visit overnight, you will not want to leave.

Bed was not a queen and was very uncomfortable

"Accommodations all include separate sitting areas and desks." Also as part of the amenities--"Separate sitting area" which is not true. I was in a small room with a desk and a chair and two other chairs to sit in. Talk about small and not at all what I expected especially after reading the details about what I was SUPPOSE to have. Also when I talked to the front desk clerk I was told that they did have what I wanted however it wasn't available because of renovations--SERIOUSLY???

Beautiful clean hoitel , good sized rooms , friendly staff. Hotel was slow as we were there Christmas eve and Christmas day. I was very impressed with how clean and weel kept the entire facility was. A+

The hotel is conveniently located off I-40. Also easy to get to the coliseum, which where we were going. Great restaurants close to hotel. The bathrooms are very dated, needs remodeling. However, the beds were very plush and comfortable.

I loved the service, the clean room and everything else! The room on the 26th floor was wonderful, affording a view of the surrounding area that was very romantic and surreal at the same time. As if time stood still and 20 years was nothing.

I asked to check out at 2 instead of 12 because I had a late afternoon meeting. I was told I could purchase a delayed check-out through 6pm for a half-day rate (6 hrs is only a quarter of a day!) but that was my only option. Otherwise it was a good trip!

the key entry on my room did not work after I already had checked in. no in room refrigerator. confusing on what main entrance to enter.

Great Hotel for a Great Price! Located just outside of downtown Greensboro, has access to the best of what the city has to offer. Only minutes away from golf, restaurants, shopping, whatever. Hotel staff were great and the place looked like a palace when I got to my room...great view from the 26th floor. Well worth your time and money to check this place out if you plan on staying in the Greensboro area.

Stayed for a night while we moved our son into college. Nice workout facility. Enjoyed in room coffee and newspaper. Could walk to shopping and restaurants. Close to college

bed was more comfortable than my own...time for an upgrade!!

The only real complaint I'd have would be the apparent lack of double rooms with queen size beds as opposed to full size beds. Otherwise, the room was quite adequate.

The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by everything. After we registered for the class reunion downtown, we came backs and spent five hours in the mall adjacent the hotels. We decided to go to a movie, which was behind the hotel in the opposite direction, and then walked a few more blocks to have dinner. I have one negative comment, the person that is suppose to assist guest that arrives late night early morning was extremely nasty. The hotel is very big and know where to go to check in is not clear until you find the right section.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel staff was very helpful. I did have one problem with the cable TV in my room and they sent someone up and the problem was quickly resolved. I would suggest they put a flyer in the room to show the TV channels. It would have made it easier to find the channels I was interested in. Overall, a very nice hotel and I will stay there again when I am in town on business.

The Hotel provided a restful enviroment. Very clean and safe only issue experienced was trying to explain needs to 2 male housekeeping staff who could not understand a WORD of english... very fustrating. Had several problems with keys not working and only working once but security staff was so helpful and lighthearted which made it kinda of humours, could not get mad. Club/bars closes at 1a. So in bed by 1:15a....bummer! Otherwise everything was very nice. Pricey but would do it again. This was my second stay.

I stayed at the Greensboro Sheraton for my son's wrestling state championship competition. The hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was very helpful. The things I liked the best were: hotel was quiet at night,the bed linens were very high level-reminded me of some of the finest hotels in Europe, the breakfast was fantastic (both food and service), the sunny courtyard by the pool, extremely convenient to the coliseum (5 min drive) and the mall is right next door. My complaints are very few. The hotel may want to update their decor, ie room wall paper and carpeting. The carpet in my room was clean but showing some wear. Other than that, my stay was just about perfect!

Worst visit ever. I was dropped from the hotel's registration list after checking in. No one seemed to know I was there and even got locked out of my room even after I had the do not distrube sign on outside door knob. Sign had been placed on inside floor. Wife is disabled and had to stand in hallway until I could get a new key.I asked for a refrigerator but never received one. We visit this hotel two or more times a year and never thought this could happen. Thanks, A disabled veteran

This hotel is very nice. Customer service and the amenities are wonderful. Guest service was excellent and this was an all around great experience. My only downside was the surrounding area of this hotel. This side of Greensboro has gone downhill over the past few years.

Everything you could need is inside this hotel. Swimming, dining, clubbing. If you need to shop, the mall is in the parking lot! It's a huge hotel though, so get ready to walk! Great place! Will stay here again!

I paid more than it was worth. My room was clean but once we turned in for the night that's when our problems started. Something in our beds caused us to itch all night long. Finally we fell asleep. When we woke up our bodies were full of welts. Switching rooms was not an option due to the multiple conventions going on. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. At one point, I was very tired and hungry. The restaurant staff was awesome and had a great sense of humor. They took my order and had it sent to my room in less than 20 minutes! Great service. This was our first stay at this Sheraton. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was outstanding. Our room was large and we had a great view from the 25th floor. All the facilities were well kept. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Good hotel. Nice, very big, lots of bars, good food. I would recomend it.

The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. Front desk friendly and courteous. Convienent location, close to coliseum and you can walk to the mall!

always a great place to stay. conveinent to local malls and food. Elegant at a reasonable price!

Great Hotel, mall within walking distance, safe and friendly environment.

Make sure you get a room in the new side of the hotel...I asked to be moved from the old side to new side and they did. Some rooms have very thin walls..I heard the other rooms phone and TV.

Hotel is a little old and could use some updates.
