I would stay there again if they checked my room first made sure the air conditioner was working, the shower was working, the room had the number of beds I wanted, and that it was non smoking and that it was on the first floor since there is no elevator. I wish they had blackout curtins. They do not have breakfast but I was told this before I went I was ok with that.But they did not tell me that they did not have shampoo. I was real mad I had to find a store for shampoo. The best thing was the staff was nice and tried their best. My son loved the indoor pool.

Booked 1 night for early Flt. Room disgusting! carpet smelled mildewed! terrible mattress. Shower/tub area mildewed. Coffee terrible. Overal. disgust & did not sleep well. No breakfast offerred. Undergoing chain name change, I believe.

Hotel had just changed mang. restaurant not open, being redone, Did have dinner at the bar. very good meal, Personal overly helpfull. Did not have coffee at the bar but hotel mang. made a fresh pot in the lobby and brought it to us. will be back

Toilet rocked, the seat slid, had to stand nearly on top of the toilet to use the vanity and sink. No shampoo bar soap marginal at best, and no advertised breakfast being one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Map quest directions were not accurate and we drove around trying to find the place. Hotels .com reservation had not arrived there and I had to go to the general use computer room and pull up the info from my email account. No printer to print out the information. Rather than assist me directly and work with my issues the clerk took others in before me who had arrived well after me. Finally, left basic info with the clerk and let her know I would be back in a couple of hours and things needed to be ironed out by then. Oh did I mention that when I arrived the clerk was on the phone with a family member and her "troubles" and made me wait. If I were to give the experience a rating between a-f a d- would be a kind grade to give.

Hotel was pretty run down, ceiling was cracked all along outside wall of our room. Bed was lumpy & sheets were scratchy. Room was clean, which surprised me after seeing the outside & halls. There were weeds growing through the cracks in the sidewalk. The room was also quiet. The websites said they served breakfast, but they don't. We had plenty of towels, but my brother also rented a room and they didn't & when they requested more they were out.

Feels grimy. Stinks. Sketchy area. Run down. Hard bed. Flat pillows. Towels like Brillo pads. The only plus was that the front desk guy, Sam, was really nice.

The motel does not look like the pictures, it is not the Tulsa Airport East Hotel & Conf. Center it is a motel 6. I found this out after I was there and I also found out that they have just changed owners and at the time I booked my room the bank had the motel. Before I knew all of this I called the motel to make sure the restaurant would be open because there was alot of road work going on and we did not want to get back out to go eat dinner. I was told yes it will be open at 5pm. When we got there at 3:30pm we were told the same thing and we were told at 5pm that they were not going to open due to some one calling in. We went through the so call restaurant to get to the so call motel bar and it was horrable there was dust a inch thick on the tables and the food cart. We also had no remote in the room and had to wait four hours to get the remote, I know a remote is not a big deal it is just the principal of the thing. We were told four different thingsw and lied to which made me very mad on top of every thing else I will never never go to this motel again even after the new owner gets it in shape just because the employees are not honest! I feel cheated and and mislead on the hotel I thought I was going to. Bottom line this was a bad motel all the way around!!!!!

If you really don't have for a better hotel then is ok...but it's like a ghost hotel the sheets are like 20 years old,the bugs obviously ate them, the toilette stained, all the hotel is dusty, there's not enough light all shadowy...anyone can enter the premises, the pool area looks creepy, our room was not close to the bar an we can hear the music it was excesive loud..until 2am...I would not come back..I this hotel has potential to be a 3 star but now is more like a half star.I asked and they offered a 2 queen beds but instead they give me full

I thought the website portrayed a very different hotel then the one we experienced. The website stated there was a continental breakfast, but there was not, the hotel was not clean, it had a very old and musty smell, and the whole surrounding area was very rundown. When my family began to settle in (it was around 9:30) we heard very loud music coming from across our room, in the dining room area. All we could hear was base and all we could see were strobe lights. This went on for about an hour and we called the front desk. We tried calling them from the room line about 4-5 times but didn't get an answer. My husband called from his cell and they picked up. They indicated that the dining area can be rented out and music could play until 2:00 in the morning! Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep that night. The music was terribly loud and of course it went until 2:00 a.m. My advise to anyone would be to spend $30 more dollars and stay somewhere nicer! Although we saved some money with this hotel, it was the worst use of it!!

As a college student, I didn't have much money to spare - so I decided on this hotel. The service was very friendly and nice. The front desk lady was sweet. However, our room's air conditioner did not function correctly and consequently we were warm all night. The air conditioner also squeaked and clicked all night long, at times very loud. It was extremely uncomfortable. At the time of booking, we were promised a continental breakfast and the hotel did not serve it. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, we had to buy our own. All in all, if you have the extra money to spare, go to a better hotel. This was simply not worth it.

Even though I called the night before and made arrangements for a very late arrival I was dismayed to learn my reservation had been cancelled! The staff needs to do a better job at communication! The room was nice, but very damp. One could feel the moisture in the carpet. I think this could be a very nice property if someone puts some time and effort into it.

Hotel was a little run-down on the outside, but room was clean... Beds comfortable, indoor pool was very cold, "workout room" had several treadmills and one stair stepper. Staff were friendly, but check-in was slow due to only one front line staff member.

This hotel's continental breakfast consisted of 5 donuts, a pot of coffee, ceral, one pitcher of milk, & one pitcher of orange juice. There was a private party in the lounge, which they closed the lounge for the evening or you paid 50.00 to enter the party. We requested an extra pillow, we were told we could go to one of our friends room and borrow one they had no extras. The pool water was very cloudy, therefore we did not get to use the pool. There was mold in the shower, the ceiling above the bed was falling down, the door jam was broken. House keeping entered the room without knocking or identifying themselves as they entered the room. Management had no control over the unruly guest that had become intoxicated at this party. When management was advised of these issues, very rudely I was advised that none of my complaints were valid because management was on site until 4:00 a.m.. I would not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone I know, because of the unprofessionalism of management, even the discount rate was to high to pay for being disrespected.

The hotel was short-staffed so the manager was a little stressed when we checked in but he handled everything great. The first room we got was way at the end in a dark corner of a little hallway and was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of stale cigarette smoke, had cigarette burns on the sheet and bedspread, and the ottoman was stained beyond belief. My 9 year old daughter started to cry! I went to the manager and he found us a room more central in the hotel and had me look at it first. There was no cigarette smell, burns, or stains and we were very pleased after that. The pool was freezing and the lighting in there was minimal but my kids still had fun. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to sleep in. I did appreciate the noon check out time so we didn't have to rush around. Overall, it wasn't great, but it was inexpensive and the second room was fine and comfortable.

I like staying at this hotel, mainly because it is very affordable. The staff are extremely nice and accomidating, the pool is great(but not warm enough), and the grounds are very nice. The owner is new, the restraurant isn't quite really a restraurant yet, and the "HOT" breakfast advertised on the marque of the hotel is non exsistent.(Bad continental is all.) Cable channels are great as well as wifi signals. Overall a nice place to stay, especialy if you want to go swimming.:) Oh, and my bed was very comfortable.

The front desk staff was SUPERB. The room was clean and comfortable (except for the sheets that didn't quite fit the bed). The heated pool was COLD. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a reasonably priced room with a great staff.

We go to Tulsa and stay in a hotel twice/year. We will try to ALWAYS stay here. Malinda at the front desk was VERY helpful. She even printed coupons for us to use at Chuck E. Cheese. We above and beyond to make us comfortable. GREAT stay!! Can't wait to go back when the pool heater is working.

The images shown for this hotel make it look like it's been renovated, but it hasn't. It used to be a Holiday Inn, then Ramada and now The Tulsa Airport East, still sporting the Ramada signage to mislead you when you are trying find it, not to mention an expected level of quality. If you want a cheap, dilapidated hotel, then you'll love this place. Otherwise, look somewhere else. Also note, they request to make a copy of your driver's license when you check in. Deny the request. They have no business doing that, especially if the room is already paid for on Hotels.com.

i am so disappointed in this hotel, it is in a great location and it is my understanding that it is being renovatated but that is no excuse for wat we found in our room, we couldn't adjust the heater because the knob was broken off, so it got really hot in there and then there was the linens.... let me just say in all my life and the hundreds of hotels we have stayed in i have never seen anything like it, holes in the sheets and in one of the pillows i couldn't figure out why it had these hard spots in it so i opened it up and looked in it and could not believe what i was seeing, it was old pillow stuffing and old pillow cases waded up and stuff into a zipped up pillow cover. these things were so old they were yellowed. disgusting!!! not to mention that they didn't tell anyone that the club and resturant were not open.

We had a great stay in Tulsa and everyone was kind and made the stay great. It was right by the highway and made it easy to to get to every destination in Tulsa we needed. I would recommend this hotel -- the service was great and everyone was very courteous!

Closest reservation we could get to Hard Rock Casino on a 3 day weekend. This motel is now a Ramada. Lovely lobby, pool area very nice. Our room was poolside. At first, there was a strong chlorine smell, but it went away. The restaurant was closed temporarily for renovations, a minor inconvenience because other eating places are closeby. The only real downer was finding that the doors to hallways outside didn't have working security locks.

We stayed here twice -- once on the road to Branson and once on the way back. The first time, we had requested 2 queens and street level and got king and downstairs in a very noisy area. No breakfast supplied. Second time, we got got 2 queens and street level. Again no breakfast and bus. office had no printer. For the price the room was comfortable. This is a Ramada and nothing indicates the new name of the hotel. Very difficult to find unless you knew that. I stopped there and asked. Just lucky.
