Very pleasant stay in a great location. Ample restaurants in and around the hotel. Would stay there again!

The free breakfast was good. The hotel itself was nice, but nothing special. Parking seemed very expensive.

Excellent hotel. Within walking distance of the AGO and other attractions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Room was great they upgraded me from queen to king bed. Room was clean nice smelling and love the big flat screen on the wall. Right in the middle of the entertainment distict. Hotels.com had a special cheap rate i couldnt refuse and tried it out. I would stay there again for sure.

This is down town Toronto where stores, resteraunts and theatres are open. Unlike other areas where all is 9-5 business monday - fridays.

Hotel rooms, halls starting to show it's age

It was disappointing to find no valet parking serve in a downtown hotel. The room had only one small easy chair (in a king size room) The bathroom had no towl rails and the counter space for toiletries was almost non-existant. There was no minii-bar/fridge. We checked out early in disappoiniment.

Had a very pleasant stay. Was so nice to be right in the heart of the city. Thanks

What good. Only one comment bathroom floor was not clean.

Only complaint $4 for a 500 ml bottle of water with a note "Enjoy and rehydrate your body"- is unfair. Next time in an emergency I'll take my chances with tap water!!

very nice hotel

Great service and very friendly, helpful staff. They do not allow anyone who is not a registered guest into the rooms after 10pm which makes it nice for people who want a relaxing, romantic getaway. Location is great...right in the thick of the entertainment district.

This hotel was okay. It wasn`t a disaster but also not a palace. Much of the interior of the room seems outdated.The first room was unacceptable to me. It just seemed too run down compared to the deceiving website photos. I found the bed terribly uncomfortable and the only thing I enjoyed was the T.V. The hallways to the rooms shows its age. Dirty wallpaper by the elevator and worn carpet. The staff were helpful and pleasantly nice. The food was decent. I ordered room service and it was pretty good. The bar area was inviting and suffient for a couple of drinks. Overall, I wouldn`t stay at this hotel again or recommend it. I never slept my whole two nights because of the stupid layout of the bed. This hotel is showing age. Intercontinental Centre on front street is a much wiser and modern decision if choosing to come to Toronto.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable property with great selection of interesting restaurants within 2 blocks. Recommended

My husband and I stayed for our first time at the Hyatt Regency. Very attentive staff at front desk, restaurant maintenance and conceige. Slight signs of rooms being tired (stain on carpet and bathroom mirror surround plus, consistently failed bed light) all minor otherwise enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return!

The Hyatt is a nice hotel, but could really use an uplift. The decor is dated and a little worn. Overall, the location is terrific, the rooms are comfortable and the price is right!

The room was not made when I arrived, sheets were all over and there were stains all over one of the beds.

Our overnight, family stay was wonderful in every way - until we ate in the downstairs restaurant for breakfast. The staff was lovely, but the food was deficient - specifically the buffet. Ex. The scrambled eggs had a bizarre flavour, the maple syrup wasn't maple or syrup. (What WAS that anyway?) . We paid $100 for 2 fruit parfaits and 3 buffets. We left the table still hungary.

We arrived as a group of 4 girls to stay for 4 nights, I had requested joined rooms with a king and 2 queens plus had confirmed a few days before our arrival as the travel agent recommended, it did not seem like the hotel made any effort at all to make that happen, plus no apology. One morning we asked an employee for directions to a good restaurant for breakfast and I think he directed us to his friends restaurant or something, it was super small and kind of dirty so we left. The fan in our bathroom was not working. Otherwise the rooms were nice and the staff was polite enough. It is in a perfect location.

Very comfy bed which I loved. Had to pay $14 a day for internet which I did not love. Overall, convenient location and a good stay. Stephanie at the front desk was a huge assistance with any concierge-type needs we had.

While the location was superb the maintenance and condition of the hotel leave something to be desired. They room was not very clean (there was a potato chip on the night stand), the door was open when we arrived and the bathroom door would not stay shut. The staff was not very friendly although they seemed to be preoccupied with the rap video rejects hanging out in the lobby. I would barely classify this hotel as a 3 star.

The outside of the hotel looks kind of run down and crappy but inside the rooms are really nice and the staff was very nice as well. It is in a great area of town right near the theatres and a bunch of restaurants and clubs. I would reccomend it to anyone...Dont let the exterior of the building fool you.

Costomer service was ok at the hotel counter, but the room was not clean, the toilet was dirty, the set up was ugly not what I expected from a hotel of that stature! And to top it off u had to pay almost 20$ dollars for 1 day of wifi in ur room that is insane!!!!! Horrible experience I do not recommend this place to anybody else,,,

Enjoyed my stay very much. Cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous. Always a friendly greeting in the morning. Very close to anything you might need.

Great location fast friendly staff

Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy room, everything was as we expected. However we would have appreciated free wi-fi.

This Hyatt is perfectly situated. The streetcar line stops right at the corner of the block, its in the theater district, an easy walk and close to the subway underground and in a great neighborhood. The staff was very helpful with getting me to where I needed to go and the skyline view from my hotel window was beautiful. I'll definitely be staying here again when my travels take me to Toronto!

Extremely comfortable bed.

I stopped in Toronto for a night on the way to Seattle and stayed at the Hyatt Regency. Overall this is a very nice hotel, the staff are excellent. The only slight letdown was a few details, it was a shame they charged for bottles of water, the "manual" didnt explain the fitness facilities or wifi, but these were only small things. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Okay, so upon booking AND paying for my hotel 2 months in advance, I walk in and they tell me that the booking wasn't definite, that my $XXX.XX didn't get me a room... So after a half hour of looking they find me one. And then he tells me an additional one hundred dollars will put on my credit card for security deposit... Okay whatever, so we finally made it there, an additional $100, who cares. I made it that's all i cared about. Upon trying to get to the room, three different people stopped us and made sure we aware there was a 10 o'clock noise curfew... Lastly, I paid 25 bucks for an additional roll away bed before arriving to the hotel. So when we got there, The manager told us it was a fire hazard to have said roll away bed. What gives? Next time, Holiday Inn.

Got a 25% off deal with Hyatt so the hotel was competitively priced against lesser rated hotels in Toronto. The room was relatively simple but elegant and stylish, it was very clean and the bed gave my wife and I a great sleep. A nice touch was the ipod dock, not an expensive item but useful. In terms of what I'd change, we were surprised to have no fridge, and the bathroom had a translucent window to the bedroom which meant it would light up the room if one of us used the bathroom at night, that was annoying. Nonetheless I would recommend this hotel. The location in Toronto was superb. The check in staff were helpful and were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good stay. We didn't check out the restaurants as we were in the city anyway.

Hello I was very impress with the hotel that night but the only thing that i would like to address is that i was not happy with was the water in room. The tap from the sink and shower had a very bad smell. I very upset with that because the room so nice. Thank you Antonietta I
