Holiday Inn Nashville - Vanderbilt - Dwtn - ناشفيل

Room was comfortable and clean and met our needs. I did have to call for a shower bench but it was promptly delivered by housekeeping. There does need to be more handicapped parking. Hotel location was good for visiting my father in Baptist Hospital.

Rooms are outdated and the mattresses and pillows are worn out. When the door to the stairs closes, it can be heard in EVERY room in the hall. A pretty awesome way to be awakened at 5:30 am! The lobby was pleasant, but the coffee bar was lame. After the first day of overpriced, cold coffee I walked one block to Starbucks. The only two things this hotel has going for it are its location and free parking. I honestly don't think I'll ever return.

Nice place to stay if you want to be close to Vandy.

I thought it was Downtown but they had a shuttle for free so it didn't matter, but it was a very nice hotel and the service was great... I would have no problem staying here again and really enjoyed my stay..

This is a nice hotel and perfect for visiting Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park/the Parthenon. Nice breakfast buffet is extra. Friendly staff.

Great location and great stay. We were not able to watch TV. It came on but said" accessing/retrieving data, please wait." I told the clerk upon checkout and he didn't look like he cared. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great location to restaurants. Enjoyed a run in the park across the street. Friendly employees at the front desk. Seems to attract friendly clientel

Enjoyed the stay nice and clean. Free shuttle to downtown. Will absolutely stay again.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Impressive beds, pillows and bathrooms! Great room service! Plan to stay here a lot more!

The room was kinda pricy but well worth it. The granite shower took me by surprise, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. I disliked the breakfast hours, it would be nice to have a restaurant that was open 6am - 11pm. They serve breakfast 6am - 11am, which does not work well if you are enjoying Nashville and get back in the early am hours.

We enjoyed our stay athe Holiday Inn Vanderbilt It was a busy New Years weekend and a bowl game in Nashville. The hotel & staff were very polite and efficient. Shuttle busses were prompt and you had to have patience as there were a lot of people wanting to get a ride to the game. That said they did a great job getting us to events a short ride away. If you couldn't wait a cab was $10 with a tip, I liked the area, there were plenty of options for dining, if you wanted to walk a couple blocks there was a great park and museum across the street from the hotel. All things said we had a nice stay and were pleased.

Right by the Vanderbilt campus and a short cab ride to Broadway to see all of the entertainment. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very professional. I would definitely recommend staying here.

If you are doing anything at Vanderbilt, the location is second to none! Also, the service was excellent. I left my phone charger in my room and didn't realize it for two days. I came back to see if they had it - and they did!

A fine but older motel. Obviouly a football weekend hub; the typical abuse was evident. The door in my room was out of square and didnt seal so all hallway noise was pronounced. The TV system was being converted over so only a few channels were available. Great location for area business.

We wanted to stay in the Vanderbilt area. By far the Holiday Inn had the best rates as well as free parking and internet. The location was great. Walking distance to restaraunts, coffee, shops and the university. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The hotel is in need of a bit of TLC. It's your choice, bargain prices and cleanliness or upgrades and a pricier stay.

Outside of the shower I had where the water seemed to fluctuate between warm and really cold, I have no complaints about my stay. I was in town to attend a basketball game at Memorial Gym, which is in easy walking distance of the hotel. The Vandy football stadium was even closer. Had no issues parking in the lot out front, which was free, and there appeared to be more parking in the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a shuttle driven by a very nice dude named Ray. All in all it was a positive experience, especially since my team won.

Great area. A strait shot into downtown.

If you are OK with dirty carpet and shower stall and cramped quarters this hotel may work for you. Too much furniture in the room.

The Holiday Inn at Vandy is a good value and a great location. It's a short cab ride to either downtown or midtown. Simply put, it's aces. Only down side was checkout via remote wasn't working, but the staff did a good job picking up the slack.

Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, and good view of Centennial Park!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, however too many maintenance problems. The bathroom light burned out twice, the toilet backed up, my keycard got deactivated after maintenance had been in the room. Location is good.

Great location, right next to all 3 of Vandy's major sporting venues, football, baseball, & basketball. Also, across from Centennial Park & the Parthenon. Plenty of good restaurants in the area as well.

Clean room and very nice staff, every morning there was a van to take you to the downtown or other destination for free. We will stay again in this hotel.

The lock on my balcony door was broken, but I called the front desk and someone from maintenance was up within about 10 minutes and had it fixed in another 10 minutes. Then the drain in my shower was slow. Again, maintenance came up almost right away and had the drain snaked and flowing again in about 30 minutes. Otherwise, the stay was great. Courteous staff. Comfortable, quiet room. This is my second time staying in this hotel.

The hotel location was close to everything.All the staff were friendly and very helpful to make our stay comfortable.I needed a ride to the Bridgestone Arena and the shutlle service was there to take me and bring me back that was a plus.

The bus shuttle within 3 mile radius was wonderful! Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms. The only thing this hotel misses is a continental breakfast! but there's a Panera Bread, & 2 fast foods within walking distance!

Hotel is ok, service is average. Some simple requests to front desk took over 1 hour to get a response back. It may be hard for families.

This is a crazy hotel if you're a smoker. I was charged $250 for smoking outdoors on the balcony. No call for that. AirConditioner is lousy with no thermostat. The rest is okay. Not great, but pretty good value.
