the elevator stinks of mold. It was very noisy at 1:00 am.

First room was wrong. Moved to different room was a suite. Which we order in the beginning. Breakfast was in the room purchase had to have hotel. Com call and issue tickets. Food was terrible. Don't eat in hotel.

This place is scary. I stayed here for the Labor day weekend for 3 nights. Worst hotel experience ever. The first thing you notice when you enter is the layout is all wrong. Be prepared for a marathon with the luggage cart from the front entrance to the elevator, Once you get to the elevator, your overwhelmed with the smell of the cigarette smoke. No matter what floor your on...there is no escape from the smell. Our first room was smaller than a studio apartment. It was a cave, carpet was wet. Smoke detector went off when we showered. Blow dryer didn't work. Next morning, we got another room. Blow dryer still didn't work. Carpet still wet. No outlets to plug in devices. I called Room Service but never got an answer. Some employees seemed on something. STAY AWAY.

We will be avoiding this hotel at all cost. It must be one of the older Holiday Inn properties.

Entering the old clinking elevator the smell of old ash trays stuck in my nose. Then entering our room had the same smelly ash tray smell. OK this was a smokers floor but I have stayed in smoking floors before and never had the nasty smell. We opened the window to let it air out. The beds were old and hard luckily the bedding was very clean. Pillows were lumpy like chunks of foam. The TV was still glass tube style. I was disappointed to say the least. Glad it was a short stay over. Never seen a Holiday inn be so grungy, the rest of the hotel looked fine.

The hotel is ok but the room was overpriced.

Are you kidding?? my reservation was cancelled and I was re-booked 100 miles away from there. Don't get me wrong, I understand due to the circumstances. It was simply an inconvenience.

Overall, it was a good room for the price, and the complimentary free drinks was a nice addition. The only complaint that I had (and taking into consideration, we stayed during super bowl weekend) was the noise. We had a semi truck parked pretty close to our room that left the engine running all night, and the noise from the other guests talking loud and slamming doors until two in the morning kept us from getting a good nights sleep. These are things that don't warrant giving the hotel a bad review. We were in town for business and really needed to sleep for the next morning. I would recommend the hotel and probably stay there again.

The Hotel in Jopin Mo. was located in a very busy location. It was very close to Bob Evans and Cheddar resturants. There was a grocery store, gas stations, Wal-mart and a covnention center all within a mile. The water fountion and fish was very pretty when you first walk into the hotel.

NEVER STAY HERE . Horrible they don't honor reservations and then they don't fix problems when they arise. I reseved a King bed. they gave me a double bed. Not helpful at all, horrible service, and horrible staff.

This place was VERY disappointing in regard to facilities and staff. This place was just plain dirty and the staff was just uncooperative - blocking the halls and returning blank stares when an 'Excuse me" was offered... Only Decaf coffee in the room, no fresh coffee in the lobby. This place needs to be closed and hosed down!

My present to my husband for Fathers Day was a surprise overnight at the hotel we spent our wedding night at. (Our last overnight away from the kids was probably 5 years ago.) He was weary of the kids and dogs keeping us awake at night and so this was to be a relaxing "all you can sleep" event. Unfortunately, housekeeping woke us up at 8am and again at almost 9 and again 10:15 to see if we had "checked out" yet. Really? Check out time was noon... why did we have to go through that? I told the front desk when I checked out and they were like "yeah...". :( Also, no soap at all in our room. Thank goodness I brought some body wash. Besides these 2 issues it was a very nice hotel.
