Days Inn Seguin - سجين

Mud in hallways, dirty bathrooms , mold under soap holder in showrer.woke up with a bug bite on my nose. On top of that payed a primium price for my room. With no compinsation.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. WeI live in San Antonio so the location was perfect for the two events we had to attend in Seguin and made our trip to Austin for a family gathering very easy the next morning.

Our stay was acceptable (but not great) except in one way. Some group of construction workers were operating out of the hotel, having (apparently) booked two adjacent rooms as headquarters. 10 or 15 of the workers began to gather outside their rooms (and therefore outside mine) to smoke and talk beginning at 6AM. Not cool at all.

Old, run down, and dirty. Showed up and my room was filthy. Tried to cancel my reservation and got moved to a different room - which was still gross, but at least the floor had been vacuumed. Next time I will gladly pay double the price to stay across the street at the Holiday Inn Express.

Had a little glitch when I didn't get the King Size bed I had paid for. I was given a regular size bed. The phone in that room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and was told that there were no more rooms available. I told them that the room next door had a King in it (the door was open) and looked like it was empty. I was told that when we booked with Hotels.com we didn't always get what we thought. We had booked our reservations three weeks prior. I was pretty upset and told him I wanted my money back or the difference in price because of the beds. After reluctantly trying to deny my request, he agreed and gave me the room next door. Once in the room it was clean and everything worked. It was a quiet and nice size room.

The hotel is in poor shape. The room wasn't really clean considering we found a phone in between the couch. Their was hair on the bathroom and adjoining bathroom floor. The wake up call didn't even work. The beds were hard and had lumps in them. The location is good but the hotel needs alot of improvement. They did have a nice choice of breakfast.

the beds that they have are very horrible there to hard and uncomerable and the pillows are to soft for some people that have neck problems . I had a hard time sleeping and hurt when I got up and it was not just me my 3 girls hurt when they got up to. other then that the rest was good just our beds please do something for comfort I have stay at different hotels and never had this problem thanks

I reserved 2 rooms, one for my girls and I and another for my friend. Hotel management would not accommodate us with rooms close to each other. My girls and I stayed at one end of the hotel and my friend at the other. Should be able to do this, Comfort Inn in New Braunfels did. There also was a group of people that partied by the pool til way past midnight and kept me from getting a good nights sleep..

The hotel has an 80's look. It is clean but the surrounding seem to be rough. There was a mix of people but over all just a one night, emergency stay. Continental breakfast was OK, beds clean and restroom also. e would look for something else next time.. it was an emergency reservation.

The room was very small causing the furniture to be jammed into the room. We booked a non-smoking room, but our room reeked from cigarette smoke! The lights outside were very bright and left on all night which would've been fine except the curtain in our room let in a lot of light. The pillows were half the size of a standard pillow, and the blankets were not comfortable. Overall, not a good place to stay.

walls are solid so we never heard anyone or another dog. as we were packing, I saw a cockroach go across the chest of drawers... they had been in our room for 3 days!!!! yuck!

Just one simple line says it all. This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel and calling it that is a major misrepresentation.

Put in a single room when a double was requested. Also it was publised at check in that a complimentary hot breakfast was served from 6-9am. The waffle irons were not working, and the attendent announce at 8:15 that the trays would not be filled again. Some families with children came to eat after 8:30 to find empty trays with no food.

El hotel esta algo viejo, pero la habitacion es grande y es comoda, solo que reserve para 4 personas y me dieron una habitacion con una cama, despues me la cambiaron, pero seria bueno que despues de reservar pregunten antes de ir.... la habitacion de 2 camas tiene un sofa-cama aparte... en general esta bien si la intencion es ir y dormir ahi, esta cerca de los outlets (15 min) y el staff es amable.
