Excellent hotel! The room was beautiful, big, and comfortable. It was just an overnight stay because we're flying home the next day, so we didn't really checked the neighborhood. We asked if there was a good restaurant nearby and the staff said that we'd have to go downtown for dinner. It's a very good hotel for business or if someone needs to be 5 minutes from Lisbon airport, but not for long stays if vacationing.

The hotel was quite nice and the staff was excellent, kind, friendly, and helpful. Hotel is not located in city center HOWEVER is located meters from the Campo Grande metro which provides excellent and affordable access to the airport and the downtown area, and other locations.

Very comfortable and lovely hotel. Convenient for overnight stay for airport early departure as hotel provides a shuttle service.

We stayed here between flights. This was a very comfortable hotel and only 5-7 euro taxi ride from airport.

I would like to offer the following feedback: 1. The pillows were very old and hard. 2. I would be nice to have an airport pickup. We took a taxi and he charged us 24 Euros for a 2 mile ride. The normal rate is about 8-10 Euros. We felt robbed. The immediate surroundings of the hotel were less than desirable as there was nothing to see or places to eat outside of the hotel within walking distance. All in all this hotel was ok for an overnight stay for the price.

I stay in this hotel regularly and I think it's great,although a constant annoyance is the fact that for an Airport Hotel the shuttle will only deliver you to the airport,and not pick you up.My stay this time was a little diferent,I normally stay here immediatly before and early flight the next morning. This time I arrived mid afternoon after a 16 hour flight and asked specifically for a 'quiet' room.I asked if the room next to me was occupied,and the receptionist wouldn't tell me.It transpired that it was and I was disturbed throughout the night.This was unnecessary and could have been avoided !!

This hotel is located close to the airport and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel shuttle service only runs until about 11:00 am which isn't ideal but a taxi is relatively inexpensive. Check in was slow, but otherwise no complaints. I would stay here again.

Hotel location is excellent if catching an early morning flight. Our room was a good rate versus their posted rates however it was very tight space wise so wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night. Service was okay but not outstanding. There was also a charge to park per day in the underground garage which was extremely tricky to maneuver in.

I have stayed here once before. It a comfortable hotel. Good ameneties and friendly staff. Not much in immediate surroundings but its a short taxi ride to the centre of town or there is a metro stop nearby which I have used and its very easy to get into town. Very close to airport which was fine for me as I arrived late.

We stayed for one night before departing from Lisbon airport - something we have done on several occasions. The hotel is very conveniently situated and at a good rate. Shuttle service is also available although we didn't use it. There is a good connection to downtown Lisbon via Metro. The station, Campo Grande, is ca. 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

We stayed here in between being in Madeira and returning to Boston. Its an easy convenient location if you want to be near the airport, train station and bus stops. However, if you want to be near the tourist area I'd chose a different hotel.

thestaff and hotel were great. not much to do in the immediate area but conveniently located near the airport. took advantage of the free airport shuttle which was convenient. the chinese restaurant next door was a great treat.

We booked this hotel to be near the airport for our return journey the next day. Our only regret is that we did not stay there a few more nights - it was absolutely fabulous - excellent value for money- the staff were efficient polite and helpful - the room was out of this world with a sitting room and well equipped bathroom. We also for the first time this holiday had complementary tea and coffee in the room. There was also the bonus of a free shuttle running at convenient times for the airport- we had saved the best to last!

Hotel was a short taxi ride from the airport. Staff was very nice and check in was quick and easy. Room was a good size for my husband and I. Luckily, we didn't have large suitcases with us, otherwise we would have been tripping over our things all the time. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu on our way home, on the night before our flight from Lisbon. We arrived in Lisbon by bus. The hotel is very close to both the bus terminal and the airport. It was quite comfortable. The hotel staff were wonderful and spoke excellent English. The srrounding neighborhood is not good for touriosm, however, we did not have time and our purpose was to be close to the airport and to get a good night's rest before flying home.

Lovely hotel. Extremely close to the airport if you're flying out but not to attractions and amenities if you're looking for shopping, restaurants or any social activity, although there is a metro within easy walking distance to take you downtown. Bedrooms and public areas are well kept, clean and very comfortable. No wifi access without paying 10 euros per day.

The hotel is located near the Lisbon airport making it very convenient for a stay between overnight connecting flights. I have found that all the Radisson Blu hotels I've tried were consistently clean and comfortable. So, I feel confident in making reservations there. This hotel was also clean and comfortable. The room had the ammenities one would expect. The only reason I did not give it an overall 5 is that I reserve that for rooms that have some special element or something not expected. The only surprise I had was that the shuttle noted was not available. I thought I would be able to take it from the airport to the hotel. It only takes customers from the hotel to the airport and was not available for my return. The taxi ride back is a nominal cost so, that was not a big issue.

Everything about this hotel is very nice, but our a/c couldn't keep up and it was hot all night long. It is very close to the airport, well appointed and if you don't feel like eating in the hotel there is a good Chinese restaurant next door that is open until 11.

Despite a normal Summer temperature, the AC could not keep the room comfortably cool, even after the staff had adjusted it for us. A remote location with a choice of only two local restaurants within walking distance. OK for a one-night transit stop.

We (three adults) stayed two times, a week apart. Overall the hotel is very nice, and impeccably clean. It is close to the airport and bus station. It is, however, far from shopping areas or tourists attractions, so it is probably not the place to stay for a week in Lisbon. There is not much to see or do within walking distance, so you would need a car or take taxis. We stayed as we were coming and going to Figueira da Foz, so for us it was perfect. The staff was very nice and spoke English extremely well. The restaurant was excellent. Internet access was good and free. On our second stay, they forgot to set the room up for 3 people. They charge more than 50% extra for the 3rd person, it is not clear why. The minibar has sensors and is stuffed full of items you do not need for ridiculous prices. If you move something to make room for your own items, the front desk gets a signal that you consumed something even if you did not. If they are not going to trust their guests, then don't put all that stuff in the refrigerator. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport, but will not pick you up at the airport when you arrive or take you anyplace else, such as the bus station. I would stay there again if I returned to Portugal via Lisbon airport.

We were only there for one night because we had an early flight. Hotel and location were very good but, I was told by Hotels.com that they had a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, THIS IS WRONG. When we tried to schedule the shuttle they told us that it only started a 6:00am and we needed to be at the airport by 4:30am.

Wonderful stay,staff goes out of their way to help you.They remember you when you return to them for another stay.When I was leaving at 6 am to the airport,the staff asked me 3 times if I would like a coffee.Great service.

The hotel smelled of smoke. We asked for and reserved a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The service was neither friendly nor helpful...indifferent. The worst part was the shuttle to the airport. They have a 5-seat minivan which you must reserve your space the night before. At check-in the night before, my wife and I asked to be on the 6:30 shuttle. However, the manager wrote down 1 person and I was asked to get off the shuttle to make room for someone who had a reservation. They offered to take just my wife and come back for me. We did not want to get seperated in a foreign country, at an airport we did not know, without cell service. So, we took a cab.

It was close to the airport which is why I booked this hotel. I would have liked to have breakfast there but at 18 euros I felt it was too expensive. I can't really comment on the neighbourhood because I didn't have time to explore. It's a very posh up-market type of hotel.

We spent one night here before flying back. Hotel staff very nice but very formal. The actual room worked so much better for us than the 5 star we stayed in by "Old Town." In retrospect, we would have rather stayed here and ride the metro to the old town instead of staying high up a hill and walking that incline many times every day.

Very nice helpful staff, free wi-fi, very good room but plan to stay in or have a car as there is nothing in the neighborhood that bears investigation

Shuttle service is only available outbound!! Food and restaurant service very mediocre.

Great room, wonderful food and service in the hotels restaurant and only an 8-10 euro cab ride from the airport. I for one wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for what I needed,a good hotel,fairly priced near to the airport with an airport shuttle and free wifi

We needed to be at the airport for an early flight so chose this Hotel for proximity. We were pleased to discover it also is a very nice Hotel, with a very good breakfast and great rooms. Our room was once of the nicest in our Portugal stay, large, clean and comfy. Lovely new bathroom too. Highly recommended.

We stayed here on our way back through Lisbon after a week in Morocco so anything would be nice in comparison :). However we both agreed that the Radisson was quite pleasant. A queen bed and not two twins which we've seen a lot, and it was pretty comfortable. A little harder than I like but softer than most European beds. The window opens (yay!) but there is a lot of freeway noise. Quite a few tv stations, a hot water kettle in the room with coffee, tea and hot chocolate in room, and a fully stocked mini bar. There's a pant presser built into wall, and the bathroom was quite large and well appointed. We both liked the towels! As with all Portugese hotels in my experience there were no washcloths. I quite like the toiletries provided, they had a nice lemony scent. And it had the best tub!! Super deep, longer and wider than any standard tub. I took a lovely bath. There is free wifi with a code from the front desk. It was spotty in our room and in the bar. We had a glass of wine in the bar and there was a decent amount of business travelers there. Good price for the wine, €3,80 a glass. We decided to have dinner at the Chinese restaurant next door as I had seen a previous review saying it was good. They don't open til 7pm for dinner, nor does the in hotel restaurant. The Chinese food was great!! Totally packed house at 8:30 when we left. Good prices, fresh and tasty. The free shuttle to the airport doesn't start til 6:30am so that was unfortunate. We were able to have the front desk call for a taxi and it arrived right on schedule. We had excellent service from the staff, and I saw them deal quite well with a very surly and unpleasant lady! Oh, we also were able to walk about 5 min to a pharmacy and passed several cafes, a little tiny food shop, hairdresser and I think a newsstand.

This hotel was clean and had everything I needed, the restaurant was also good. Would stay here again

We live in Madrid and wanted a romantic escape to Lisbon. This was the perfect hotel matched with a close Metro stop and an amazing place to eat. Besides the fact that the places in the hotel are overpriced, there is a Chinese place right next store! The WiFi in the lobby is free (get a code from the desk). Don't doubt.

Reasonable value for money. Not what you expect from a Radisson, but this is portugal. Watch out for taxi drivers from the airport. They don't like the short ride and will overcharge if you are not careful. 9 Euros is the normal charge from the airport. All in all, we liked the hotel and the staff were very professional and helpful.

Positive side, very comfortable bed and courtesy bus to airport worked well. Negative side wi-fi only available in public spaces.
