Holiday Inn Burbank-Media Center - بروبانك

As always the Holiday Inn gave me the best service possible. I have never had a bad stay at one. I know this area well. I used to live down the street years ago. Close to many fine places to eat, great shopping and only minutes from the airport. Staff was absolutely wonderful! My daughter in Law wanted to take the bed home with her it was so comfy!

Booked a view room - desk clerk gave me a room on the 3rd floor - when I mentioned view I was told that hotels.com had preferred a lower floor room -when I complained via email to hotels.com they put the blame on me -saying to read room description carefully- my 3rd floor room had a lovely view of the parking garage- try the "leisure room" maybe you'll get a view. Very disappointed with that booking.

We came in a day early for the Rose Bowl and were impressed with how accomodating they were on very short notice. The service was excellent, the room nice and it was a perfect location to experience old town Burbank by day and night. Connected very well to Pasadena also.

I requested a room with a view but got a room overlooking the heating/ac units. Additionally, I was adjacent to the hotel dumpsters so I heard every time the trash was collected (which started around 6 a.m. The two gentlemen at the front desk were rude. When I inquired about taxi's he looked at me as if I had lost my mind and said taxi's were always out front. That, of course, was not the case. In fairness to the hotel it is centrally located, the bars are great and the food in the restaurant was good. By and large the wait staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was in good condition and the location is fantastic as far as Burbank goes. I wish that Holiday Inn used bigger pillow though.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Close to downtown Burbank--walking distance to many restaurants & shopping.

Your direct phone number was not provided on the website - I ended up booking through hotels.com and the people behind the service desk treated me like I had the plague. I was in town to work with the Verdugo Hills Hospital and found your Hotel people to be quite inpolite and unhelpful. I will use another hotel chain next time I come into your town. It's too bad.

My son and I needed to find a hotel close to an athletic even which was taking place over the weekend. I went on line to find a clean, centrally located and reasonable hotel. After reading some of the review, I was hesistant but we needed to find a location so I went ahead and booked it. I am very glad I did because it was perfect for our needs. It was spotless, friendly service and the location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

This is an old hotel in a great location.

This hotel does everything it is supposed to, but without much style. The flourescent bulbs in the bathroom were cold and harsh. Like other Holiday Inns, the rooms are large but not filled with much furniture. A major negative is the lack of comfortable seating for reading or watching TV. One expects this from a no-frills operation like MO-6 but Holiday Inn pretends to be on a higher level. Positives were free parking and location in a neighborhood with many places to eat and hang out within walking distance. Within a block of the I-5 freeway and a few miles from Burbank airport.

Quite pricey for what you get

After staying in a terrible Holiday Inn in WIlliams, AZ on a cross-country trip, I was a little worried that I'd booked another Holiday Inn in LA. But the front desk staff (Tomas, in particular) was warm and welcoming, and the hotel was classy and convenient. Free parking (validated) in a 5-story garage, a couple great restaurants within walking distance, and a well-run in-house restaurant serving a small but satisfying breakfast buffet. Kids eat free off their menu. Only beef is a higher-than-advertised on the hotels.com website per-pet fee, Otherwise, great hotel, convenient to I-5! Highly recommend!

Advertised free parking, but as we had a car top carrier, we couldn't fit in their parkade. Were told we would have to pay $30 per night to park on loading dock area. Loading dock is simply a paved area behind the hotel. Other option would be to drive several blocks away and try to find parking in the residential area. Manager was rude and unwilling to do anything for us.

The Holiday Inn Burbank is a perfect lodging point when driving south to LA (e.g., from the SF Bay Area). Close to downtown if necessary, but far enough away if not. The two tower layout is a plus, with great views of the surroundings. The staff is pretty good overall, a few are quite friendly and helpful.

overall the hotel is excellent.good location, staff were helpful. we didn't care much about the breakfast buffet. they didn't have much selection. the gym needs some fixing. the threadmill was not in good condition.

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. It is perfectly located, in a great area with lots to do wihin walking distance. The staff are very polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the garden park. A very relaxing and secluded spot to wind down after a busy day. We plan to stay at his hotel anytime we find ourselves in the LA area. All the major sites and attractions are within a 15 minute drive.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We have stayed at many hotels in the Burbank, L.A., Glendale areas and we have found that this one is the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only draw back of this hotel was the pet fee, we found it to be quite pricey. We surely will recommend this hotel and we will gladly return even with our small pet.

Great hotel and even better location. Was very pleased with the service and the staff. We really loved the breakfast buffet and found that it was very kid friendly (we have a 3 month and a 3 year old).

This hotel was in the center of Burbank, it was beautiful! Surrounded by all kinds of shops & restaurants. Perfect! Will return soon!

My family and I were greeted right away and with a smile!! The people at the fornt desk were very helpful and polite. The service was good and very clean. The best part is that check out is at 12 and not at 11 like in most hotels.The special price (prepaid) was great deal for this hotel!! I highly recommend everyone to stay at this Holiday Inn.

I have request for a non smoking room and when i get in at the front desk, the stupid manger give me a smoking room for me but i am not a smoker and i have ask again for the non smoking room only but he keep say no no non-smoking room and i have discuss with this matter for 3 hrs. still don't get the room yet. So people don't stay with this Hotel the manager here are suck. and no help it a very poor service.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Burbank and was very happy with the Hotel. The employees were friendly, the room was clean and the glass elevators had a fantastic view of the city, especially at night. The location is great, right off the freeway and in an upscale neighborhood. Multiple shops and places to eat were across the street. The drive to Universal Studios wasn't far or complicated at all. We loved our stay and would stay there again. Oh and parking was free which is rare in Los Angeles.

Hotel was in a great location for cruising Burbank. Hotel could provide some complimentary coffee in the morning.

Our stays at the Holiday Inn Burbank-Media Center are always consistant and pleasant. We recommend this older hotel to anyone staying in the Burbank area.
