The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was good, but if you plan to sleep two people in one of their double beds - think again!! We went to Portland as a family - 2 adults, 2 kids - and planned for my husband and I to have one bed and the kids to share the other. We were miserable! There's not enough room for two people to sleep in one bed - not even two kids. Maybe two 4 year olds, but not a 10 year old and a 12 year old. My husband and I couldn't move without almost falling off!! We thought they would be as big as a full size bed, but they're somewhere between a twin and a full. A very weird size I've never seen before. After the first night, we ended up paying for a second adjoining room so we could each have our own bed and get some sleep.

The Hotel is is pretty good condition, clean and comfortable. Only negative would be that it did not include continental breakfast.

At the right price, this one is a no-brainer. Recommend the breakfast.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Older hotel so cannot fix that. Lounge was good for watching football.

This is a great hotel chain at a good business value - leaving the traveler with little risk or worry about having a place to get some rest...

Room is a bit dark .Otherwise,very comfortable.

Don't let the drab outside fool you - this is a NICE hotel in every way! Modern fresh interiors, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great staff, very nice restaurant and bar - totally 5 stars on every account. i have stayed in hotels that cost double this hotel and not been as nice.

Nice clean rooms. Front desk staff was helpful. Lobby coffee machine was acting up but otherwise a nice place. The attached restaurant was pretty good.

The staying was good the only thing that I did not like was that my room window had a gap on the seal and with the wing blowing it make the sound of a motor in other words it was too noise all night Italk to the person in front desk and she said she cannot do anything about it so I am not satisfie with it I will not stay there any more thank you

The bathroom floor was filthy, with bits of toilet paper, hair, and dirt. We called the front desk and asked to have it cleaned and it never was.

It was ok. Basically a medium rating or feeling from it. Nothing over the top but the room was very clean. Restaurant was ok.

Very small room, with one queen bed, ground floor adjacent to parking. People could peek inside room if the wanted to. poor service and old hotel.not satisfied at all with the hotel, or the service.

My grandkids loved swimming pool & hot tub, Staff was helpful, only stayed one night but was better than expected from reviews on internet. Any store you could think of was within close proximity to hotel. The hotel did have a Resturant but we didnt eat there. We had pizza delivered to the room. Id stay there again.

Convenient and safe location. Close to I-5 which was great! No complaints at all except that they didn't have a continental breakfast which would have been awesome!!!

We thought the hotel was great. The hotel and rooms were modern and very clean. The pool area was very spacious. Even though there was a large group there for ball games the room was quiet. The only negative was the man that checked us in. I booked the room through hotels.com and we had the option of paying an extra $10 to include breakfast. We had our grandson with us and had to get him to an early baseball game. We knew it would save time to get a bite to eat in the hotel. The man that checked us in was annoyed and said, "At this price it does not include breakfast." My husband showed him the reservations. He said, "Fine I just want you to be happy." Then he said, "I need to call hotels.com and tell them they made a mistake." He gave my husband three vouchers. We had to go back the next day and go through the conversation again. This time I was there and I was surprised that he was so annoyed. You would have thought the breakfast was coming out of his paycheck. We paid $10 and we got breakfast for 2 adults. If we had paid the normal price it would have only cost us an extra $8. Our grandson was free anyway. Other than that everything about the hotel and room was wonderful.

I will definitely stay here again! The room was clean, the hot tub was great. I paid extra to include breakfast and had either choice of the hot buffet or a dollar amount off anything on the menu. Since I had my family of 5, it was very much worth it! My only complaint was that the room had 2 DOUBLE beds instead of 2 QUEENS. If my kids had been any bigger, we would not have fit in the room. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay, and I look forward to staying there again.

This is a very good to great hotel, especially for the business traveller requiring room service, internet access, and workout facilities. Food quality was excellent, staff extremely pleasant, and rooms have been upgraded with big LCD TV and modern urban look. The internet speed could use some beefing up, not streaming quality, but good enough to send emails and get general business work done. Will stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving night we were supposed to begin our stay but the hotel had lost power and we could not check in. When we checked in the next day they gave us free breakfast coupons-after some prodding- for the rest of our stay, which was the right thing to do. The pool and hot tub were surprisingly nice. The restaurant food was good, but the upholstery in the booths is torn and worn out so it gave it a quite shabby feel, given the rest of the accomodatioin. We were traveling iwth our 3 year old son and had requested a cot and king size bed, initially on line and even called to confirm this. Upon check in, they tried to charge us an additional fee per night for the cot-possibly trying to make up for the huge loss of revenue from their power outage Thanksgiving night, but I found it to be poor business practice to hide that fee and then attempt to add it on. They quickly removed the fee after we voiced our concerns. Lobby employees are not that friendly and do not greet you when you enter the lobby. NO big deal. I would stay there again.

This hotel is located Abetweem outlet and washinton square. It's also very close to Costco. We are from Seattle and were there for shopping. The location of this hotel is perfect to us. Room is clean, staffs are nice.

Beds were way to small and room was also small no room for the 5 of us to move around.

If there was anything I didn't like it would be the fact that I paid extra for the breakfast and I only received a dollar off my breakfast. The rooms only had fulls and not queen beds as expected. I had to rent another room with a King bed (there were four of us) so we could all fit.

The hotel was not in the cleanest condition when we arrived. There was a glass sitting outside the door upon arrival, appearing the previous guest had not been picked up after...small table beside armchair still had ketchup stain on it from prior guest. Not impressed at all. The rest was alright, but the room was fairly small.

This is a nice hotel in a very nice area of south Portland. There's even a Costco right across the freeway. The room was VERY clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. This is a little gem that we will visit again!

This hotel is centrally located to all good resturants, great shopping, and activities. It is not very far from the tulip festival or wine tasting areas. Very comfortable place to stay and would stay there again!

We picked this hotel because it looked nice online and it was newly renovated. The rooms were small. For a family of 4, the only rooms available were 2 doubles or 1 king. A tight squeeze in my opinion. There is NO sofa bed, unlike what is advertised on some sites. We asked for a rollaway bed when we checked in but it had not arrived by after dinner. Had to call down and ask for it again. The bathroom floor had stains on it and there were no towel rails to hang wet towels. How are we to reuse the towels and help our environment? You can also hear the highway traffic at night. The fridge in the room also had an intermittent annoying rattling sound. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The Holiday Inn in Wilsonville, OR was friendly, clean and nicely appointed. The pool was wonderful and very much enjoyed. They have done such a nice job that the spa was too busy for me to experience although we did take advantage of the workout equipment! Located immediately off of I5 we could not have found the hotel more easily yet the rooms are so well insulated that we never even heard anything outside of the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. While we had paid for a room with a King bed and sleeper sofa for three adults and one child we were informed upon arrival that the reservation had only been made for the King and no other rooms were available. A rollaway was provided, unfortunately it sank to the floor with any weight and felt as though only a blanket was over the springs even though it was a thin mattress.

This hotel is great location, got north to Downtown Portland and go south to the Woodburn Company Store Outlet within15 min driving, 1 mile from Family Fun Center, 3 min to Target and Panda Express.....got everything we want and no need to worry about any traffic issue..... Only thing confused us is their breakfast coupon...but the food is good though.....

Der Nachteil an diesem Hotel: es liegt "ziemlich" außerhalb ungefähr 30 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
