Although a little out-of-town, the room was clean and quiet, the staff friendly, and the access to the Interstate was good. Great value, would return.

Everything was as advertised. Clean rooms, roomy and the wifi was great. For the price you can't beat of.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The only concern I had was the use of the heavy bed spread that you know is not cleaned after each guest and the blanket on the bed was not double sheeted. I did not use either because of my concern for using bedding that had been used by someone before me.

Had great difficulty checking in. Although room had been booked and paid for at least two weeks in advance through hotels.com, the desk clerk could not find reservation. When presented with the confirmation print-out, she then found the reservation but was asking for a credit card. I explained room was already paid but she said she needed to see the card used. I couldn't remember the card that was used so I asked for the last four digits and she gave me three different numbers, none of which corresponded to any credit cards in my name. She did not speak English making the exchange extremely frustrating. Nothing wrong with the room itself although the smell of cleaning products was greatly overwhelming and needed to open the window and air out the room for several hours.

There are no bright lights in downtown Las Vegas,NM. The bright lights are in the Days Inn Motel! I don't recall better or more personalized service anywhere. The room was clean and pleasant. Amenities were top notch for the price. It was conveniently located. The most outstanding quality was the "above and beyond" service at the Front Desk. A stroke of good fortune brought a fine young lady to the Reception Area that made my stay quite memorable. I thought I had left an iPad behind when I checked out! I called Days Inn and the staff person went out of her way to personally look for it including contacting the housekeeping supervisor. She called me in Taos TWICE to report her progress! Despite her extended efforts, it could not be found. Mainly because I had it with me all along! The cover color matched the floorboard carpet perfectly. Especially in the dark! I called Days Inn to let the desk attendant know I had found it and she sounded as relieved and excited as I was. Rooms are rooms are rooms. The thing that sets hotels/motels apart from each other is the service they deliver. This Days Inn made me feel as though I was the most important guest ever. Bravo! Days Inn has my business based on this experience. Your results may vary. Thank you Krystal! I hope your boss reads this.

Some good: Clean rooms, close to highway, wireless internet, comfortable beds, reasonable price, breakfast. Some bad: Strange staff. One was exceptionally nice and friendly, all 3 others we met had the personality of toads and some would consider their personalities quite on the rude side. . They should really learn how to be friendly and warm and welcoming. That is hotel 101 folks!!! They just didn't seem to want to try.

They serve complimentary delicious soup & coffee till 10:00pm. A great way to end the day & slow down while on the road

The hotel was ok for the price paid. It may be worth a little more to go somewhere nicer, though. The tile in the bathroom were falling apart and the shower wasn't all that great. The breakfast was alright, but the cream cheese was disgusting. Other than that, our stay was peaceful and quiet.

Days Inn in Las Vegas, N.M. was a delightful little hotel. easy access from the freeway, and right across the street from a cheap fuel station.

The family running this place is great! Very friendly and took very good care of us. It was a very pleasant stay.
