Embassy Suites Perimeter Center - أطلانطا

Our air didn't seem to be working properly. It was very hot in our room, and the air could not be adjusted. Everything else was wonderful.

We had a one-bedroom suite booked for 3 adults and 2 small children...we were upgraded to the Executive Suite which was a two-bedroom/two-bathroom suite and it was amazing. The place was clean, the amenities were awesome, and we had more than enough room for our family. The kids wanted to stay another night actually. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices and in a nice atrium. The location is very nice as well - seemed very safe and semi-secluded in a nice part of town.

I was inconvienced and was somewhat frightened when I arrived to check in. There was a large crowd of men gathered right ouside of the entrance smoking and talking loud. I am asthmatic, but I had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. I reported the incident to the hotel clerk, but was told that there was nothing that could be done. The telephone did not work. There was a huge red stain in the carpet. No pillows for the pull out bed. It was 90 degrees outside and the air conditioner was not cooling off my room. This is the first Embassy I have stayed at where the breakfast was horrible! Most of the staff had a bad attitude!!

Great all around the only downside was the lobby was ice cold all the time and I had no hot water one morning.

It was wonderful. I alway enjoy my stay at Embassy Suites. Nice location with plenty of store to go shopping. Love the breakfast just out the door of your room.

convenient to planned activities

Everything was great..but your waiting too long for an elevator.

My stay way great and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. There are a ton of stores, including the mall is nearby and has some excellent restaurants to choose from.

Not being from Atlanta, I had some questions regarding the best way to get around the city, using the Marta and hotel transportation. Front desk staff appeared to be condescending and would say "if that is the way you want to do it" without offering another option. I really needed good advice, instead I was met with a non caring attitude. Breakfast was a nice experience. I would stay there again...but find another place to get any information I needed.

The A.C. unit only work at 60 degrees, otherwise it was hot! We had to asked the front desk to bring us towels because the cleaning crew didn't forgot to leave clean ones. The comfort of Bed was ok.

It's a little thing but the remote control for the bedroom tv was not working so I went down to tell them and get it replaced. It never did get replaced even when I reported it again.

Very cold throughout hotel, very cold pool, buffet breakfast not stocked well.

Stayed there on way to FL. I would not stay there for more than one night. Comfortable rooms but sitting area and bathroom furniture shows ageing. Toilet got clogged. Pool smells chlorine and musty so strong we did not let the kids use it. Breakfast staff overwhelmed with number of people staying at the hotel, quality of food so so but hey, it's "free"! Great neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shopping around. Overall a good deal for the price. Very nice staff. Quiet location.

Very nice hotel and staff. Only problem in my room was the thermostat was very inaccurate. It was about 12 degrees off. We had to turn the air conditioner to 62 degrees just for cool suite to blow out of the unit. That was hopefully an isolated room issue. Once set we had a very comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 year old. Needless to say we were quite disappointed. The rooms were very very loud, smelled of mildew, and came with only one trash can in the entire room. My son slipped and banged his head in the tub due to the lack of any anti-slip protection. The music from the lobby was pumped in all night making it impossible to sleep on the sleeper sofa. And the free breakfast seemed to be free to the entire neigborhood as the line was 20 minutes long, not really doable with a 2 year old who is hungary. Over all thumbs down!

I was shocked there were not bags in the garbage cans and when I called and asked for some I was told they did not have any. The bed was a little hard as well. The man at the front desk when I checked in was a bit rude.

hotel hard to find floors were nasty,the same trash stayed on floor the entire stay,after showing front desk personnel. long lines for omelets&bacon at breakfast.

The comfort of the room is great! Except I can hear next door banging their doors at night few times! The breakfast is good but have to wait for a long time. The condition for the swimming pool is old, need to repair some details. Overall is a good stay.

Top notch facility with great service!

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it! I really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. My cousin and I were in much need of a kid/husband free vacation. When we walked in the hotel it absolutely sucked us in! The cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, lounge area and the comfort of the bed was all we needed. Excellent surrounding mall and other shopping opportunities. We will definitely be staying there again on our newly founded annual mommy weekend getaway.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Hotel in Atlanta and it was wonderful. We had a mix up with the rooms when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved. The room was nice and cozy. I loved the breakfast buffet and the indoor pool. I will make reservations at the Embassy Hotel again on my next visit.

All, I can say is that this hotel was very clean and the service was OUTSTANDING!!! And staff members there was very POLITE.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in this hotel. It's right next to the Perimeter shopping center, so you can find anything that tickles your fancy, and it's just north enough of Atlanta proper that it doesn't feel congested. Breakfast was great, the room was wonderful, the employees were very curtious and helpful. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the bed, it was as hard as a rock and terribly uncomfortable.

Very clean and location a plus. The only negative thing I can say is that you have to pay for wireless internet use.

This is a great location. The hotel was great and the service was excellent. If I come back I would stay here again and recommend to any of my friends and family.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Location great for riding MARTA into Atlanta tourist locations. And conviently located near numerous shopping locations. Will try to stay at this hotel again.

Our room was very clean. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I loved staying in the Perimeter area near great shopping and restaurants.

We loved this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and modern. Two complaints: Breakfast was so-so. The eggs were sitting in water or some other sort of mystery liquid. Also, it was an epic battle to find somewhere to sit. But, hey, it was a free breakfast. The disheartening concern I had was with how overbooked the hotel was. Apparently their sales team keeps over booking their hotel through websites such as this. We lucked out and got the very last non-smoking room despite having a valid pre-paid reservation. The woman behind me in line wasn't so lucky and had to suffer with a smoking room or try to find another place to stay at 10 PM at night. The second night of our visit I overheard the front desk clerk tell yet another couple they were overbooked, and they didn't have any rooms remaining. Just be careful when booking, and try to arrive as early as possible to secure your room.

This hotel was really nice. Its an inside hotel and it has a glass elevator that is really nice. They also have complimentary breakfast. A full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes, fruits. They aslo have a omlette station where you can specifically order what you would like on the omelette. Another thing that I really liked was that they had a free happy hour between 5 and 730 that night. You could go and get free alcholic drinks within that hour. I thought that was really unique. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub area. The pool was not as big as I thought it would be and it looked kind of murkey to me, but people where still in it. They also have a fitness center as well with tredmills in there. I ordered room service and got their hamburger and grilled chicken. The food was pretty good. Nothing extravagant. IT didnt take long for the delivery. IT came fairly quickly. The noise in the hotel was very low for an inside hotel that has the lobby inside. The rooms were really spacious and the beds where comfortable. I would really reccommend anyone who would like to stay in a nice hotel to stay here. It is also a good location and nice area to stay in. The perimeter mall is right down the street and there are other stores around the area that you could wallk to and shop at. Also the Marta is not far from the hotel and you could easily ride that if you needed to go to the city.

Had a great time. Everything was very nice and a lot of places surrounding the area to visit.

I always try to stay at the Embassy no matter where I go because they are know for service & cleanliness. This time those qualities were not a problem but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable ones I have had in a long time. The pillows were too soft and the bed was unyielding. At the happy hours reception, the bartender says he could not do mixed drinks , only single alcohol drinks. I thought this was a bummer since I like a goo Long Island Tea. Overall the stay was a good one.

The hotel was great but the staff at hotels.com was terriable we were supposed to stay in down town embassy suites but were place at dunwoody ga i try to talk to staff with no luck thet were not willing to make good on there mistake i will never use hotels .com again and will tell everbody i know and come in contact with not use there services

We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is perfect- there were a lot of stores that are convenient to our needs. We enjoyed the full breakfast bar. The only thing that i will complain about is the pool- the hotel was full bcoz of the conventions- but it needs to be cleaned more often. The water got murky and my 2 kids mustve swallowed some of the pool water coz they got diarrhea after that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay there and I look forward to using the other locations.

This hotel is not easy to find. Its hidden behind several buildings and a parking structure. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything and we were on the 9th floor ( it has 10 floors total). The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were runny, the potatoes were hard in the center and the sausage was not browned. This is the only Embassy Suites that makes their omelette on a grill instead of at an omelet station. The cook seemed to not know what she was doing. I always stay at Embassy Suites. This time the Centennial Park location was booked. I will never stay at this location again.

Great property. Great and accommodating staff. Loved the experience!!!

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AT THE BREAKFAST, LONG LINES AND RUNNING OUT OF COFFEE AND IT JUST WAS A MADE HOUSE. WOULD PROBABLY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE MY NEXT TIME IN THAT AREA. THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THERE ARE MOSTLY LARGE GROUPS, PUSHING & SHOVING. THIS IS NOT FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE. LOTS OF NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG. IT WOULD BE A 2 STAR RATING FOR ME.

The hotel is lovely. The glass elevator is amazing and the rooms are very nice and clean. If you order drinks, though--beware. They are strong! The indoor pool is also nice but was crowded when we went.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The rooms were big and beautiful! The whole hotel was great and I will be staying here again in the near future! Loved it!
