I had three different rooms for two nights, all were in good condition. I couldn't figure out the a/c in my room so I was kind of warm at night. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. There is a mall across the hotel in walking distance. The hotel was easy to find off of the highway. Nice place, will stay again! Congrats to the newly weds!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional and the facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable. Great breakfast as well!!!

I am very disappointed because lack of communication I was not allowed my points to be added to my club membership. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights my room did not get clean I had to go get clean towels empty my own trash can go get trash bags. I bragged about your rooms to my family and I was embarrassed.

Not far from shopping and restaurants. Close access to the highway.

WE TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN THE SERVICE AND STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT. THE HOTEL OVERALL WAS VERY RELAXING AND YOU WERE MADE TO FEEL AT HOME. WE WILL BE GOING BACK

We were extremely happy with the facilities at the Lewisville Country Inn. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. We stayed in a one room suite, as we have a small child. It worked perfect - we could close the door to the bedroom and the cost was great. Overall, it was a very nice hotel to stay at we plan on staying there again when we visit Texas.

Though this Contry Inn is an older location, it is well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located off of SR-121 toll road, and the indoor swimming pool is a bonus year round for kids or the whole family.

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there anagin. Nice indoor pool. Great staff, very friendly. The breakfast was was wonderful and the coffee was the best. The coffee pots in the hotel were always full and fresh and waiting. Hot cookies next to them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the property was more like meeting place. There were people in the lobby watching tv and having nice chats about where they were from. It was rather nice and relaxing.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good every morning. The only problem was the ice maker was not working all the time we were there.

I liked everything about my stay other than the fact that on the first day, I left the room at about noon to do some things. When I came back the room was still not made up from the night before. As if housekeeping completely skipped over me.

Staff was great. Hotel was great. Location was great.

the only problem was the bed was terrible hard and uncomfortable...i like my plush...and the room was too small when the sleeper was pulled out...other than that our stay was good....

Liked this hotel a lot. Good breakfast, very clean and very nice front desk clerk. Unfortunately she also must serve as a maintenance man as they don't seem to staff a maintenance man on weekends or extra help when they are booked to capacity. Over all our stay was an excellent experience except for our wait check in while the front desk clerk had to do minor maintenance in a room.

Clean, Comfortable, Economical. Can't argue with that.

Not super fancy, but nice staff, hot breakfast and indoor pool. If you have kids, they will love it.

Breakfast bar was skimpy, the food was dried out, or stale, and of low quality. Bathroom had excessive caulking where handle had clearly been broken out of its seat, they did not een bother to make it look nice or put the chrome brackets back on it.

We always have a nice stay at this hotel. The employees are very friendly and hotel is comfortable and clean. Great value!

We had a small bday sleep over at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was comfortable and great for the occasion. The kids had a great time, and they enjoyed the hot tub as much as the adults did. The indoor pool was a bit chilly though, but still we had a great time.

I was received very well by your staff , they were very professional and knowledgeable. The cafeteria was well stocked and clean.

The manager on duty--I wish I could remember her name--was so nice! She was super busy and running back and forth between fixing breakfast and working the front desk. She had a smile the entire time and was always so sweet and accommodating! Very nice to have someone like her working out front.

Hotel looked brand new. Employes were very friendly. Location near interstates and Mall is super.

Satisfactory for my need to be near The Colony and Denton for one day. Breakfast was excellent.

Guys (and gals too) the hotel is walking distance to several very nice bars. The food was good and the watress were Hot Hot Hot.

Hotel a little inconvenient to get to. We were 'upgraded' to a suite because they over-booked the type of room we requested (two queen beds, nonsmoking on 1st floor). Clerk said she didn't have any more rooms like what we requested. The "suite" (3rd floor) had a king bed with a fold out couch and a set of french doors between the two rooms. It was very small and the hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I went back downstairs and told the clerk this was not going to work; I wanted two queen beds away from the stinch of smoke. She (surprisingly) found a room on the 1st floor with 2 queen beds. . . exactly what I'd requested! Not sure why I didn't get this room to begin with! The rooms need to be updated...we had broken floor tile in the bathroom and rusted railing. The indoor pool is extremely small but served its purpose for the kids. I will stay in one of the other hotels in the area next time. I didn't like it that there was a room available exactly like we requested and we were told otherwise.

The hotel has a wonderful staff. The breakfast selection varied each day and included healthy options. Rooms were nice and fit our family of 5. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a very nice stay. The room was very clean & up to date. The hotel had a country style which made it seem more home than alot of hotels which seem kind of stale & cold. The indoor pool was very clean & well maintained. We loved spending time in both it & the whirpool. The staff was very friendly. We will definetly stay in this chain of hotels in the future!!

Would have liked a little more healthy choice at breafast other than oatmeal. Also would have been nice to have a channel guide and cream and sugar with the coffee in the room.

Moved to Dallas and was required to stay in a hotel for a week until our belongings (house) arrived. Spent the week here and loved it! Great people, great rate, and the kids LOVED the pool(s). Walking distance to the area mall and restaurants. The "continental" breakfast was excellent and included more than you typical hotel breakfast...felt like family before we checked out. Good people. If this hotel is booked, you can stay at the "Comfort Suites"...it is in the same parking lot, and is owned/managed by the same people. We had to extend our stay, and had to move to Comfort Suites because Country Inn was full. However, Country Inn is the better of the two...by a slight margin!

The breakfast was terrible. The room smelled and it turned ou the air conditioner was leaking water. They accommodated a move to another room however with a 6 and 1 1/2 year old the first night was uncomfortable.

Country Inn Suites is a great family hotel and feels like a home. Room was clean and lighting was pleasant. Pool was small, but great for kids who just want to get wet. Also have hot tub and fitness center, which were both clean. Free continental breakfast included a self-serve waffle maker and one hot item prepared in the kitchen (which changed every day). They need a second waffle maker and a second person to help out with breakfast service since there were so many families there. I had to wait about 20 minutes in line before I could make waffles and we had to wait quite a while to get eggs and sausage.

The front desk went above and beyond. I had forgotten something and they worked hard to get it for me.
