Clean Room, Big Room, Nothing Luxurious however some of the clients staying there were undesirables and getto. I would stay there again if there were no other options however we made it out safe and well the people running the place are nice and I am sure some times you get undesirables in fancy places however this is a last resort type thing.

Coming from just outside London, UK for Wrestlemania 28 on a budget. We got what we paid for. This hotel is good for the price. The location was convenient for the Sun Life Stadium as taxis were cheap within the area. If you are looking for a stay near Miami Beach area, this hotel isn't convenient without a taxi price. We didn't spend a long time at the hotel, but when we arrived back from a day out, the room was always clean and bedding was changed etc. The surrounding area was ok but we can understand the intimidation from people around. The dinning facilities around were very good and friendly including IHOP (international house of pancakes). If we were looking to stay in a hotel for a long period of time, this wouldn't be the first choice. Pay a little bit more for a better experience of Miami! This hotel suited our needs perfectly, we did not use the continental breakfast facility, so we didn't know if it was any good or not! Would highly recommend for a short trip, if your intentions are to spend alot of time away from the hotel itself. If not, go elsewhere!

Everything was fine at this hotel. Very clean, hotel staff very nice. The neighborhood however was to be desired.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and were shocked at how dirty the hotel was. All outside trash receptacles were overflowing and the pool area had standing trash around it. Our hotel room carpet had numerous stains (we kept our socks on) and sections that were ripped up, the walls were patched in areas with mismatched paint, the bathroom was not clean and shower fixtures were covered with rust, and the door deadbolt didn't work properly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Hollywood/Dania Beach area. There are many other options available.

Dirty carpet, linen, towels. First greeter in the room was a huge roach. Carpets are so stained and smelly, walls need painting, toilets are dirty.

My famly and I.had two trips in one there.our first and our last. There pictures look soo much different than what the room looks like in pictures. I hope somebody takes this adive.

Was on a dead end street behind an office supply store, interstate overhead and a train across the street. We had 2 rooms, one was remodeled and the other one was not and was not comfortable to stay in. Would not recommend this one. Extremely small breakfast space was in the small lobby. 2 small tables.

The 1st night the fan in the a/c rattled the whole night and wished it would stay off, but the 2nd night it wasn't as bad but people partying and yelling all night and then wished the a/c would stay on all night so I wouldn't here the party goers....Then my son plugged the toilet, so I sent him to the front to get a plunger, they said they didn't have one. I called the front and asked about what they want me to do then with the toilet and they said they would send someone to the room. Well, you guessed it, nobody ever came. As we were leaving our room for our event, the maid was cleaning a room and we asked her for a plunger. Wa-la!! She had one!! We took care of the toilet ourselves, with no thanks to anyone at the hotel!!! All I can say is...... DON'T stay at this hotel!!!!!!

This may have been the worst place I've ever stayed. The room itself was a complete mess. The walls, furniture, bathroom, floor, everything, was very unclean. The room was not made up while we were gone from 8am to approx 7pm. The hallway smelled bad, the room smelled bad. My key would not work to open the door to enter the building.

The Hotel was hard to find, it was located in a not great area. Large groups of people were partying on the balconies. We got in late from a late flight and checked out early, we never saw the continental breakfast.

The pictures presented of the room were nothing like the room we got. We were supposed to have a king size bed, we got a full size. The mattress was comfortable, however, probably the best mattress we slept on during the several days we were traveling. The carpet was dirty and stained, holes in the curtains and the bedspread appeared to be from the 1980's and looked like the last time it was washed was about then too, we kicked it to the floor. The bathroom was dated as well, with dirty wallpaper with questionable stains on it. All I can say is, if you want a comfortable sleep, the mattress was great, bring your own blanket and wear flip flops around the room. The price was right!

This hotel is located behind a commercial building with very little out side lighting in a neighborhood I did not feel safe in. Cleanliness: There was dirt on the carpet in my room. Hair in the bathtub I don't believe the sheets had been washed. They were stained. Will never stay at this hotel again. Although the foyer was nice.

Pretty much just an average hotel. Pictures are decieving. Hotel is actually in older condition than the pictures let on.

I would rate this minus 100 if allowed. Hotel is in disrepair. peeling paint, ripped carpet, broken doors, broken toilet, room dirty, short in the outlet for the TV, rats in the outdoor garbarge cans, no coffee in lobby when they said available 24 hours. Also, the "free breakfast" is burnt coffee and donuts (the kind you buy in a box). The only thing good is our room did not have bed bugs. The pictures in their ads are not real!

Great Price. Good Room.

1st off this is a Hotel type (room doors open to central hallway) inn and in that respect is the review. The pros are it had amenities now expected; bed, bath, tv, microwave, frig, wifi, key-card doors & breakfast. This appears to be an older inn, kept up fairly well (some things new or refurbished & somethings in need of). Comfy bed (if you can't sleep why stay?). Breakfast was cereals, pastries, juices & coffee. Cons was the first thing you see upon arrival - the office entrance, don't know if a truck damaged it or what, but it looks bad and detracts from the inn. Next is finding the entrance is hard the first time, easy the next. Last was just a room thing - the patio door didn't close at top leaving a small gap which bothered my wife.

This hotel was a bit run down and the staff was not terribly friendly.

I knew I made a mistake when I had to be buzzed in by the hotel clerk. The building was falling apart. When I turned on the shower it sprayed everywhere and wet down the entire bathroom. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet and was just sitting on the toilet instead. I had a sliding glass door to a porch area but the door handle had been broken off, I was just happy that it seemed to be locked. It was hard to sleep because I was so worried about my car in the lot because the area seemed very shady. All in all I hope hotels.com removes this one from their list.

I was surprise of the cleanliness of the hotel and the space. I didn't pay much and wasn't expecting this. I was supposed to get a Kingbed room but instead had two single beds. The room was bigger and I didn't have to pay more for that. The bed, sheets and pillow was soft, clean and comfy. The breakfast don't have much (different types of small bagels, 2 choices of cereals, milk, cream cheese, coffee and orange and apple juice). No jelly. The juices were not great but it was enough for me. Most of the things I wanted to see were in North Miami so I was close from all i wanted to visit. The hotel is at most 30 to 40 min away from downtown Miami and Miami beach. It's a good spot if you want to pay cheap for a hotel and don't care about having the ocean view and super nice and polite staff. The staff was just enough polite and helpful. Don't expect smiles and them asking if you had a good stay and all that attention.

I know the place is still kind of new because I live in the area. But it couul be a bit cleaner. The bathroom corners of the bathroom and under the sink was dirty. The paint was not neat. And there was gum on the head board which was really gross because I got the room for a stay cation with a friend who was from out of town and I had to remove it myself because I wanted it to look nice. All in all its better than a lot of the motels in the area and affordable. The no smoking rule is awesome because it doesn't stink.

after reading the previous reviews i was scared to stay at this hotel but it was great for the price the room was a nice size everything work except the telephone which wasnt a problem because i just came to party for 4 days they only thing i must say is i wish housekeeping came a little bit later for party guess such as myself but i will stay again i didnt have transportation so we ate at i hop and miami sub which is right acoss the street check in n out was easy like 123

The location itself is nice as it is situated near the freeway and shopping plazas as well as being right down the street from the beach. The worst part is that the room and linens were stained. they were clean but just not a good showing.

If you are not fussy and dont mind putting up with noisy guests late at night then this is the place to crash for an overnighter. Cheap and affordable. Only drawback is the rooms can use finer cleaning especially the windows and balcony needs a good wash. Staff friendly but the guests actually spoils it. Gladly I turned my airconditioner up on high not to hear the midnight noise and went to sleep.

picture on add is not what it is... looks like it was under construction, but never finish. "needs big renovation". Rooms were cleaned. The location is behind a shopping center between old houses. Privacy fence for pool was fauling appart.

Great value for your money. Convenient location, near major highways and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. plenty of parking space.

there were holes on the outter walls, shatter glass through out the parking lot, window blinds missing or broken.. didnt even check in, thats how horrible it was very deceiving from the pictures posted on hotels.com

A great place sto stay and will stay same place again on my next trip

The location is great!! Near the I-95 and very close to mayor point of interest! Hotel can use a facelift cause its a little old! But nice if you are crashing for a couple of nights!

You pay for what you get. It was a cheaper hotel. the bathroom was filthy took a shower in flip flops. the bed and floors were gross. thank god my boyfriend was there because it was sooo scary for a female alone.

Our first room that they gave us was infested with termites so they gave us another. The building is very old and in bad repair. The area around the motel is obviously very depressed. Old buildings - some empty. Small, ill kept homes in the area. Noise from the Interstate. Very poor breakfast - cold cereal and donut or bun was all.

what a terrible experience the hotel was smelly and in disrepair and under construction not helping and the service lousy. the lobby attendent just rude unhelpful all around bad. How are they getting any business? Just making you aware.

decet for the money - a little ghetto and smelly..wouldn't do it again

Friday) the water from the sink was boiling hot but, the shower was cold. The front desk guy did something and it worked. However, the tub was dirty and clogged. Saturday) Housekeeping unclogged the tub and left the hair and limes on the edge, didn’t clean the tub, and forgot to empty the trash. The front desk lady cleaned up everything. Sunday) about 9:30 am, housekeeping just opens the door (no knock) and says they didn’t realize we were still in the room. Finally, Monday) I take my 8 year old daughter to the emergency room for CONJUNCTIVITIS. I wonder were that came from?
