Ramada Limited San Diego Airport - سان دييجو

Booked a smoking rom but when I checked in they told me they didnt have any not being usedor they were renovating them. Gave me a balcony room and told me it was OK to smoke on balcony. Room was small cramped with fridge and microwave on a cabinet that held TV. If I wasnt so tired after flight and staying only 1 night I would have found another hotel.......

Motel in need of updates/renovations. Nice staff. Clean but old. A bit noisy.

The hotel was in general to our satisfaction value/money. The breakfast was really great compared with same class std. However, it should be noted that the hotel is old (60/70:ies std) and although clean, the hotel gives a taste of wear and tear. But we still we wouuld recommend it for our friends.

Shuttle to airport! Close to great pizzia house Nova!

Don't expect a great deal from this hotel. Saying that, if you want a clean bed for the night, close to the airport, then it is fine. Staff very friendly and room clean. Complimentary breakfast enough to get you started in the morning. The hotel is however very dated and the corridors have a very musty smell. My room was at the front adjacent to the main road and was a bit noisy so be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Very close to the airport, took only a few minutes to get there. Room was clean and comfy. Perfect place to stay if your vacationing in San Diego or if you need a place close to the airport. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. The tv was the only thing out dated. Walked along the boardwalk which is right by the hotel.

wasn't really impressed with this hotel...felt old and had an old smell that was pretty strong. don't get me wrong...it was a place to sleep, but i was glad we were just staying one night. surrounding area was pretty nice...had a denny's close by and a few gas stations to gas up the rental car before we hit the airport. Rental car return was pretty close too. overall though, wouldn't stay there again...not worth what you are paying for this hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was superb. The room was comfortable and clean and the location right by the water and the bus system made our trip to San Diego a do again. Thanks.

I made another reservation and stayed there my last night in San Diego.

The hotel is pretty run down looking, but my room was clean and comfortable. There's a good fast food mexican place across the street. The front desk girl was super nice and helpful and I appreciate the shuttle service to the airport.

I was extremely impressed with this hote and the value. Close to the airport, free shuttle both to and from airport and the room was well maintained and comfortable. Based on the price I paid, I was expecting much less, but the hotel room was as nice, well maintained, and had a very comfortable bed. I only stayed one night and left to early so I am not sure how the breakfast was.

The room was clean and well kept. However the hotel needs some renovation. The lounge was closed, the surrounding area was a little shady. The shuttle to the airport was a major selling point for convenience sake.

good hotel for the price paid, had a slight mix up on price for up grade but they corrected one day for it. They did try to do something about that to make sure to correct to make me happy. That is why I would go back. It was quiet, clean, nice.

I believe this hotel is rated 3 star. At first glance, it is an older looking facility .... nothing special. At the conclusion of our stay, my wife and I are pleased to report this hotel offered exceptional service from the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance and the shuttle driver. All staff were very helpful, friendly people who went out of their way to accomodate our needs. We arrived 5 hours early, but were afforded early check in. We encountered 2 small maintenance issues which were quickly rectified. The room was very clean and had all the basic comforts including fridge, microwave, comfortable large bed, etc. Had modern internet facilities in the lobby. Very good value for your money. Will definately stay there again when in the San Diego area.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were a bit small, however, it accomidated every bit of our needs. AC/heater, tv, free wi-fi, breakfast every morning, a fitness room and a shuttle to the airport. It was a better stay than most.

Straight shot from the airport and to downtown via Harbor Drive. The hotel is right on the bus route, restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was a bit of a maze, but once you got used to it it was okay.

i could hear every bit of activity in my neighbor's room

Stayed for 2 nights in the hotel.Very comfortable and nice staff. Breakfast was good and highly recommended

I found the Ramada to be highly adequate and superbly located. Met all my needs. Thank you.

stayed 2 nights room very clean nicely decorated a bit on small side but it worked. Only down side was the noise i could hear people talking in room next door when they came in at 3am in morning and could hear people walking around uptsairs too. The breakfast was good and the free parking was a plus as most hotels i looked at charged you to park your car and breakfast was extra so all in all i feel i got my moneys worth.

This hotel was decent for the price. Two things that were unexpected: 1.) Rooms with King size beds are extremely small. 2.) The Complimentary breakfast consists of Juice, cereal, waffles, and pastries only. Aside from that, the location is decent and the parking is free, unlike some of the other hotels in the area. For me, it served it's purpose. Extremely close to Shelter Island other attractions: Sea World, Belmont Park, etc.

Hotel offers shuttle service early in the morning to late at night. Very clean, comfortable, shower had nice stream of water and lots of hot water. Loved the bath products provided. Priced better than other close hotels.

Decent hotel in an ideal location by the marina and fishing. Easy to get to and nice restaurants. Hotel room could be better, especially soundproofing the room from the entrance door to room. Could hear everything that occurred outside my door and in the corridor. Bed was way better than the ones at Holiday Inn Express I was just in.

Excellent front desk and shuttle personnel. Very clean room Modern attractive decor and furnishings Standard breakfast fare with fruit, breads, juice, coffee, cereal, and make your own waffels 3 miles to San Diego airport Free airport shuttle with final run at 10:30 pm

I was quite pleased by my brief stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were cheerful and efficient. My room was a tad small, but had a very comfortable bed, table with uphoslstered chairs, a TV with a zillion channels, and a large bathroom, with lots of amenities. It also had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and ironing board, all the comforts of home. Unlike some hotels, you could open the window and enjoy the cool evening breezes. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes from the airport and all the car rental returns, and the street its on, Rosecrans, is on all the maps. I did not have time to eat their breakfast, but it smelled delicious. They did not charge me for local calls. The hotel is right across the street from the harbor; if you get up quite early you can walk over there and see the boats unloading catches and taking the sports fishermen out. Its remarkable busy.

This was the perfect hotel for me. I was in San Diego to attend a convention and didn't plan on doing anything but sleeping and showering in my room. It is in a safe location with a good neighborhood so as a single woman, I felt safe. The bathroom and shower were clean. The shower had good water pressure.....important for washing my long thick hair. The pillows were not what I like but I always bring my own so that was minor. The tv is small and not flat screen but I wasn't there to watch tv so that was also minor. I didn't like the funky old type of hotel bedspreads that you know are not being washed between guests. The staff at the reception desk were very sweet and friendly. I would stay there again for the purpose of sleeping and showering and then out and about.

The staff was horrible. We had a problem with the room above us having a party and the manager said there was nothing she could do about it. We finally had to call the cops ourselves and the people were kicked out. The room was OK for the rpice and the location was good for what we needed. Not the greatest hotel I have stayed in, but it worked.

rooms are very small.. water flow was awful . breakfast was un organized and AC was very loud

this hotel isn't a bad option. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable, but you could tell the room could have used some minor touchups. The hotel isn't close to any attractions so if you don't have a car you will need to have a taxi to get to the local attractions. There are a couple of food establishments within walking distance of the hotel, but no grocery stores. The airport shuttle service has limited hours but if you plan ahead with the hotel you should be able to work something out.

They fail to mention that the Complimentary Airport Transportation isn't 24 hours. Be prepared if you're arriving or leaving really early or really late.

We complained about some pubic hair on the bathtub. We left at the time someone comes to clean it. We got back at night, and the same pubic air were at the same place on the tub. The manager offered us another room, "clean as mint" she said. But....there were also pubic hair on the tub. Finally, since was late, we slept on the original room, did not shower in the morning and got a $ 25 refound for the inconvenience. I'd rather got a clean bathtub!!!!!

The web shows beautiful pictures of the hotel. You will be in for a shock if you book based on that. The building is old and there are not even signs for room nos and we had to go to the reception couple of times to get her to show us our room. The cleaning is horrible. You will be better of not cleaning the room. They use the same plastic broom for, I am not kidding toilet bowl, sink and the floor. Disgusting ! The only positive is that this is near the Airport. Stay at your own risk and only if the alternative is sleeping on the road!

The room was old - can't expect much for a two star accomodation. The room had a larger than normal fridge and a microwave which can be convenient for most. An on the wall AC unit comes with the room which can cool the room rather quickly. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust vent, just a window than can be opened. The only thing that bugged be about the room was the light at the vanity area - it's set to motion and always goes off when movement is not detected every 30 seconds. Location was convenient enough to be close to the harbor/downtown area. Service was pleasant. Although I didn't have much interaction or need for service except for checking in and out. Continental breakfast was ideal for a family - which can be a big savings. Comes with cereal, pastries, bread/bagel w/ condiments, orange/apple juice, coffee, yogurt and instant oatmeal.

The room was on the small side, but other than that everything else was great.
