The room is clean and big, I like the room we had, 3 queen beds. Amazing!! Location is great. I hope that they will use fitted sheet as opposed to flat sheet to cover the beds. Fitted sheet is better. Guest toss and turn during sleep. By morning, the bed is almost striped because they used flat sheet. Other than that, I'm glad to stay and will stay again in the same hotel if ever i need to stay over night in the area.

We found a great deal with the Travelodge, Bonaventure. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna made it worth the money! The rooms were well maintained and clean. It's not a 5* but it was perfectly fine for a very nice getaway.

All the necessities, friendly staff, great pool, great breakfast. For the price I paid, no complaints at all!

When we arrived to check in we waited for over 10 minutes to have anyone come to the check in desk. There was a bell on the counter that visitors are asked to ring for service, but the staff member could not hear the bell because she was also on duty in the kitchen washing dishes. When we did have the attention of the one staff member, there was a problem with our online reservation which the staff member had obviously not been trained to solve. The staff member was very pleasant and was doing their best to provide a good experience, but very obviously OVER STRETCHED.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was easily accessed from the highway. It was also close to stores and restaurants and was very reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean and affordable. It was good if you just want a clean and affordable place to sleep. Its quiet too. we didnt have enough interaction with the staff to say anything bad or good. I would recommend it to anyone whos on a budget and wants a clean and quiet place to sleep. The only draw back is that its so far from the falls that we had to drive to the falls find parking for 2 days. If I knew that its that far and we needed to pay for parking I would have just paid more for hotel and saved on parking, cause when you think about it its basically the same amount. It was okey.

Front desk lady help us out with less stairs to clinb,,, to bad for us the whirlpool was down!

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always been very satisfued with everything from the extremely pleasant staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, and everything in between.. This time we definately noticed a few changes since new owners: our first room had an old well used mattress so we asked for a different room. The second room had remnants of food left from previous guests and spills on the furniture that had been missed by housekeeping. Once brought to their attention it was cleaned up immediately. The building itself has not been cared for as before. Still is a nice friendly hotel that I would definately recommend to others.

Looks great on the outside, tidy, clean and well kept. Rooms are large. The room rug, mattress, boxspring, pillows, and bedding are old and stained. The cleaning staff do a great job given the challenges.

The surrounding area has lots of stores and restaurants, so no problem there. Close to the falls within 10 minutes. The hotel internet came and went every few minutes and forget about sending emails, the upload never worked. All I asked for was a clean place to stay and working internet. This hotel barely made it.

I found a dirty cup under my bed as well as my room was right beside the ice machine which made it difficult to sleep at night. Other then that my stay was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

nothing special, just some place to stay. the continental breakfast was pretty pathetic, and the rooms were kind of dirty. it was not horrible and we had no problem staying for 2 nights, but i would rather stay closer to downtown

We recently stayed at Travelodge Niagara Falls with our young kids. This hotel met all our needs: clean; indoor pool; breakfast; and the location was "close enough" without being in the middle of the tourist hubub. We were pleased with the room and the amenities at this motel. I would recommend this property to others.

The hotel is a bit older so I can't say the condition is terrific, but it is just a place to shower/rest. The room is spacious but the beds are overdue for a change. Some of the towels have been washed to the hilt and should be displaced to the rag bin. Our room doors were accessed from the parking lot/balcony, so the carpet upkeep could be addressed (we used 2 rooms). Breakfast consists of dry cereal, toast, plain bagel, muffins & hard boiled eggs - not too bad though. Has outdoor & indoor pool plus jet pool that was a nice addition. Staff was very nice. This hotel is on a street with many other hotels and is 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls. All in all, it's good for the price.

Average value for money, beds are not comfy, matresses are probably too old to be good, carpeting could use a good cleaning. We dd not use the pools, so no opinion there. If you are looking to stay closer to the Falls, this location is a 1 hour walk from the Falls, so...think again.

We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes prior to their check-in times and they gave us our room keys without problems. Once in our room, I turned on the A/C and it was like a BLAST CHILLER. It was really cold and made our stay in the room great. The pools - indoor and out door - were clean, except for the odd hairball in the bottom which, if you've swam in pools, is pretty normal. The spa was super hot and clean. The only real drawbacks I could pinpoint are: - No included breakfast. - No refrigerators in rooms, desk said 5$ per night if available. - Not all rooms have balcony's. Aside from the above mentioned, everything was good. The people are friendly, though our interaction was very minimal. We asked them for directions, they provided them with a smile. Their big breakfast is about 8$ + tax and tip, but, on the up side, there are about 100 different fast food places which can fill that gap for less or equivalent, aka: Mcdonalds, Harvey's, Subway, Arby's, Domino's, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, etc. You name it, it's within a 3 minute drive. All and all, recommended. I'd definitely stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were ok , we used the outdoor pool it was dirty there were a lot of bugs in the pool and the TV wasn't working well.

I have sent a complaint the hotel staff was friendly but the conditions of the room were disgusting The chairs carpets lampshades walls were stained and dirty dusty. The beds were cleaned if i hadnt already been charged for the room i would have tried really hard to find some other place to stay .

got there late and asked about incoming calls told no problem - 5 minutes later my husband called numerous times and no one would pick up at the desk to transfer it to my room no air con in the hallways only one out of 4 lamps worked coffee maker wouldn't work

room was ok, the breakfast left something to be desired though.

This was our second time staying and we love it. Having a mini fridge is great so that you can keep a bit of milk in the fridge and have other cold drinks as well as leftover don't go bad. My son loves that there is an indoor and outdoor pool. I love that it is so close to the Outlet shops. It is a SWEET spot to stay and staff has always be very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Travelodge Bonaventure, particularly the spa and sauna were nice. Free wireless internet at the room was great and helpful. Breakfast needs little improvement though. Though room specific requests were not received by the reservation desk, so contacting the hotel's reservation disk was necessary to confirm availability of special requests.

We visited Tavelodge on Lundy's lane on Easter weekend and I must say, it was a nice hotel. The room was clean except for the carpet which can do with a nice shampoo. The beds were comfortable and the proximity of the hotel to the outlet was amazing, you can walk there. There was an italian restaurant close by which was packed so it must have been good and there was a Tim Hortons a block away. The price of the room was amazing.

Overall rating with our stay at Travelodge Niagara Falls, Bonaventure is not at all satisfied. Towels looks worn out, bed room not so clean, swimming pool is down the whole day and we're not able to use it, there's only one (1) microwave in the whole hotel and we have to walk all the way to the receptionist to get our food heated. TV or cable reception is very very bad, we're having difficulty with internet connection, we are so disappointed with our stay with them and we will never ever come back!

Good quality for the price, good service from front desk, and all around pleasant stay. On busy weekends, the breakfast area needs to be expanded. Only disappointment for the kids and I was that the pool was under repair and that was not listed on the website...kids were looking forward to a swim and hot tub.

This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel, beds were nice and the room was larger than many more expensive hotels. Our family was there for a dance competition and found this hotel to be a great value for what we needed. We were disappointed that they had closed the pool due to a repair , and we had chosen this hotel so our kids could enjoy some swimming. The morning breakfast was as typical for continental offering and more than enough choices. Overall , we were happy with this hotel.

Pool wasnt up but a good place to go

We were very happy with the room choice as we had our 2 granddaughters with us. They thought it was great that we got them a room filled with Teddy Bears. The breakfast buffet was good (just no one to clean up, we put our own plates on tray others just left the stuff on the tables). Front reception was very helpful. I have stayed at the Travel lodge before but not this one.

Better than i expected for the cheap price i paid for. The staff is very helpful for letting you know where the best local/cheap places are to eat. Hotel was very clean, except when the shower was turned on it smelled like urine, maybe it was bleach?? Only problem was our phone didn't work, but they came and fixed it right away. It's a great place to stay!! We will be back in the future.

Although we did not stay in our room for a long time, it was quite evident by the room that your establishment needs a renovation. The dressing area outside of the bathroom has a discoloured sink. The Hairdryer - did not work! At least we discovered that the plug that the hairdryer was plugged into did not work at all! The faucet spout on the bathtub stuck out of the fixture to the point that it looked as though you've had problems - in fact when running the shower, the faucet also leaks. We also made the mistake of opening up the door which would adjoin rooms only to have alot of difficulty in closing the door back up. Do not anticipate staying at your establishment again.

We have been staying here since 2006. We are very dissapointed with the up keep of the hotel, the rooms are dirty, the bathrooms, are very dirty, we were here last year a few times, and the pool area was dirty, we went to go outside to the pool, and it was closed, as it had been 3 weeks prior to our July visit. So we will not be returning, as we feel there has been a change in management, for a hotel to change so dramiticaly in 4 yrs?

Our Family liked this Travelodge very much. It is just 5 miles from Niagara Falls. My kids loved the indoor pool and spa facility. I recommend this hotel to all.

Forced to take a smoking room when a nonsmoking room was booked. The room smelled terrible and obviously had not been vacuumed very well - dirt on the carpet along the walls and especially in the corners. Nightmare!
