The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport - إيرفينج

We got the room at a discounted rate and it was very nice.

My wife and I spent a nice friday night here while I was on business. It's a nice Westin and has everything that you would need. Unfortunately our bathroom was a little dirty on arrival but that wasn't too bad. Their isn't much within walking distance from the hotel but that is expected from an airport hotel. Overall just average. The 3pm late checkout however was excellent.

First of all, I cannot believe I've never stayed at a Westin before this visit, it is wonderful! The bed was great, the bathroom was a good size, the T.V. was good. We went to the gym and it was fantastic - I've never seen a hotel gym with free weights, but they had them here. To me though, the best part about the hotel is the staff's level of service and the free breakfast. This was a fantastic breakfast too, not just a few pieces of fruit and a bagel. I'm talking omelets, bacon, potatoes, smoked salmon, various smoked meats, including what I think may have been spec (an italian smoked ham product). If the other Westin's around the country are as good as this one, they have won a lifelong customer, because this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Thanks to the staff and the management for making this an experience that my wife and I will remember for a long time!

Very pleased with ALL of the staff. From Front Desk to Room Service to Dining (which we has contact with all), everyone was spot on. Room was VERY comfortable and large enough to easily accomodate our four (myself, wife and 2 kiddos). This was a spontaneous trip for Mother's Day and EVERYONE we came in contact with wished her ("Momma") a GREAT day. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Only con was the hot tub was currently out of order. That being said, it was a GREAT stay and will definitely consider staying here again!

Stilla very nice hotel. What is the deal locking an empty fridge?? Very clean. No premium movie channels included.

Hotel was clean however was on the small side. Nothing else to do in the area, as it is close to the airport. Free shuttle to airport. All up not bad hotel would stay again if I was goin to stop over in dfw.

When we arrived to our king suite, we pulled out the sofa bed and it had not been cleaned. So we called the front desk and they said they would switch rooms for us. About 2 minutes later, we get a phone call from the manager on duty (Ms. Partney). She apologized and came to our room to give us the new room keys. She walked us to the new room and gave us a $25 voucher for free food. The services we received from Ms. Partner and her staff were first class. We will stay here when we visit Dallas / Arlington area.

Stay was great. Nice hotel.

Nice location, clean, and comfortable but will not stay there again. We were up 3 to 4 times after bedding down at 10pm. A noise that seem to in the walls kept coming on from time to time. We called down to be told that it might be pipes. They gave new room down the hall but after a few mins. the noise was there to. The noise quit at around 12:30 AM but started up early in the morning. Too tired to fuss but told the person on duty. Would like a free night stay DFW somewhere else in the future. Thanks

This was a 4-star hotel? I think not - 16 Wedding Anniversary get-a-way. Folks that come to this hotel are obviously milking their expense account - not a romantic get-a-way....more like a step up from staying the night at the airport itself. Obvious stay for DFW airport travelers - maybe rename the hotel to DFW Westside.

It was a wonderful experience. We had awesome room service and everyone was so friendly adn the room was exceptionally clean! Def recommend it to everyone. The gym was perfect and the pool was on the rooftop, it gets me everytime!

Was put in a room on second floor above restaurant n bar. Lots of pipe noise n chair noise ..was okay but for the discount we got..not so much

We were looking for an affordably priced hotel close to us for a getaway and this was it. Good staff, good price, good location.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It is very nice and clean, convenient to the airport and also close to places to shop and eat. Oh and it is easy to get places from this location. The traffic on the loop is terrible and this hotel is located in a place where it is easy to get around without going on the loop, Will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westin with the exception of the night staff when we checked in. They were not very helpful and acted like we were an inconvenience. The next day we went to the front desk and a lovely lady was very friendly and super helpful. I gave their customer service a 2 on the scale of 1-5 because of the two men that were working night shift. Room could have been a little cleaner and the bathrooms are very small.

beds were very comfortable. It was just an overnight stay before a flight out, but was very satisfied with the hotel. Will stay again

Good stay. Beautiful hotel. Restaurant was unexpectedly busy . We paid $40 taxi to go to another restaurant . Would had preferred to dined at hotel. We did not have wash cloths . But, no big deal. I picked this hotel because it had shuttle service within 5 miles . However, when we inquired it was if the shuttle was not busy picking up from airport . Disappointing since in town for one night and would have loved to seen a little of the area and maybe not pay $40 for a cab .

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I thought the lobby and room was very nice. We had a problem with placing a breakfast order the night before when we had room service. Never got our breakfast, we had to fly out so we couldn't wait to get something sent up to us. The front desk was very nice about it and took off our room service bill. The other issue that happened. The frig that was delivered didn't work and we had to get another one. The mantaneince guy was very nice and brought us another one right away.

We stayed for an overnight layover and the hotel was simply wonderful. Comfortable, quiet and all the necessary ammenities.

Perfect for what I needed - just wish I'd had more time to stay and enjoy the area.

Overall I was pleased with the stay at this hitel. the one complaint that I have is the there was no refriderator in the room. The location is great for convenice to and from DFW airport, but not really close to places to eat. It was still a great place to stay.

It was fine, except we had no instructions on the hotel bus. We were told at the airport that they usually pass by. It was 45mins to an hour before it came by and it was freezing that evening. I went back in the hotel to see if there was a hotel phone to call and check and see if it was coming by but there was no hotel phones. Ended up checking in at 1:45 in the morning and had to be at the airport for 6:45. but found out the buses only leave every 30 mins which got us to the airport a little late for our check in and there were already 300 hundred people in line. I think the symantics of the bus schedule were really dissapointing and caused further delay.

We were stranded in Dallas due to winter storm. Nice upscale hotel with free shuttle to and from the airport (close to airport). Restaurant was good.

Been staying there one weekend a year for several years now. Never disappointed. Nice people. Nice location. Nice facility.

There is no refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Evens small hotels have them.

Very clean, comfortable, high-end. Wasn't AT the airport, but close-by and their service to pick me up from and take me back to the airport was excellent! Just call them when you land and they'll send someone to get you.
