My stay was ok, the room ok in spiet of the one wash raug for two people, they king bed, the bed was very bad, around the edge of the bed on your knees flet row iron.

The hotel was located close to the falls and other sightseeing spots. The room was very clean, the mattresses were comfortable and the service was really great. Thank you. I will stay again.

For the most part this Hotel was just fine. Would stay here again.

Really clean hotel, which is super important. Had a nice heart-shaped jacuzzi suite- very reasonable, but only used jacuzzi once because the pool and hiot tub were so great. Went off season- had the pool to ourselves whenever we went down. Staff was super friendly- one helped us by recommending local hot spots that were cheaper than the overpriced restaurants on Clifton Hill. She even printed us a map for an excursion to Toronto since our gps refused to work in Canada. Hotel is really close to Clifton Hill and a really nice walk to the Falls- we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside to hotel was there was a parking charge daily and the tv remote was horrible. But small price to pay, really.

I would recomend this Hotel to anyone. The staff were very attentive and courteous.The location was within walking distance to most everything

The employees at HJ were excellent--very helpful and friendly; room quality (e.g., beds, distance to the falls, etc.) was about as expected for a hotel with this price; Pool not overly large (when can't use the outside half) and only "attached" restaurant is a Pizza Hut / Baskin Robbins (you have to go outside to get to the Denny's)

When I booked my room - It listed 2 queen beds and a sofa bed My confirmation also listed 2 queen beds & a sofa bed When I got to the hotel - - I did not get a room with the promised sofa bed - - so I had two spend $10 more per night to rent a roll away bed - - and it made the room too crowded and uncomfortable The hotel would not make it right - ie give me the promised room with two queen beds and the sofa sleeper - - They just said I had to take it up with Hotels.com

Can't beat the price for the location. Very central to everything, and a really nice room. Clean and comfortable.

nice hotel. room was as described. we got a good rate for the days we wanted. staff was very nice and wanted to help. we would stay again.

It was a nice room but it was very noisy at night between neighbour's talking in the hallway and waterpipes running making noise. Jacuzzi was cozy but the lack of hot water was a downfall. OK for the price other wise

The Hotel was decent and the staff were nice and helpful. Had issues with people in the hall making noise during the night and the hotel staff took care of it immediately. The only thing is the pool area. The main pool was kinda cold and the "hot tub" had too much clorine and was burning our eyes and we were just sitting in it, we weren't even under water. Otherwise, there was no issue with the place and it's a great location to the main strip. Deny's right next door is also great. Lots of great food options nearby. Would stay there again with my family.

My kids loved the pool and that's about the only positive. Don't you hate when there're charges you didn't expect? My parking was $8/day and having an eight pound dog was $20.00 per day. No micro wave, no fridge & rooms were small.

Very clean, and professional surroundings. Have stayed there many times, the stay is always as to be expected. Zero complaints what so ever.

We celebrated my spouses birthday with two friends of ours. The room we stayed in as a couple was attached to the room that the other members of our party stayed in. It was very convenient for our group. The location of the hotel was within walking distance from clifton hill where most of the attractions are located. HoJo made our weekend a great weekend.

Hotel is convieniently placed in a great location!!! It is right near Clifton where all the action is, and within walking distance to the falls. Hotel staff is very welcoming! Room was well kept!

we just love the location,all you need is there,restaurant, falls,casino if you like to gamble a little bit,games if you have children.and more

The business that you allow to sell your room for you had stated that you do not have a fee for parking or for pets. When I arrived I was surprised with the extra costs of both of the above items. I would hope that if you are allowing these businesses to sell your rooms that they should be made better informed of your policies. I would like to be compensated for at leased these extra costs.

This is old hotel with alot of mold. As soon as u walk in u can feel the mold in air . I was coughing like there is no Tommorrow , the only good thing about this hotel it's the location.

Good size rooms. The pool had a waterside for the kids and a hot tub and sauna for the grown ups.

No room service available. No bar fridge. Charged an extra $8.00 for parking which should ;be included with the hotel stay.

EVERYTHING WAS POOR QUALITY,CHEAP,HOTEL HAD A BAD ODOR,WAS NOT HAPPY.WILL NEVER RETURN.

It was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, slept good. Wish the water slide was big enough for an adult.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very frindly and helpful. We wre right by Clifton Hill andonly a 15 minute walk to the falls. It was totally awesome and highly recommend. Will defenitly stay ther again.

The hotel was conveniently located near Cliffton Hill and shopping.The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are quite comfortable.The only thing I would change is that they maybey monitor the pool a little better.There are some times when people act without regard for others and the kids that are trying to enjoy the pool.

Stayed there for one night, reasonable price, great location, very convenient, walking distance to everything.

The hotel is in a great location; Clifton Hill and multiple sights and attractions are minutes from your doorstep. The old Casino is walking distance as well. Walking to the Falls only took about 10-12 minutes. The hotel itself is rather old, the finishes are worn and dull. However the hotel amenities are great with a steaming hot sauna, indoor/outdoor pool and we had a heart shaped jacuzzi in our room! The food court is open until 2am on Saturday which makes getting Pizza Hut a late night "must have" snack! All in all, a great place to stay. Not for those that need to be surrounded by beautiful finishes like plaster crown, granite, large trim, etc.

The only thing that was really bad is they put screaming kids in the room beside the honeymoon suite :( We left our baby for the weekend and ended up having to hear the one in the next room scream

it was very nice to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. Got a free upgrade because pets have to be on the second floor. Only real negative was that a fire alarm went off at 7am based on a heater in the basement and the staff did not really seem concerned about the inconvenience. The staff recommended the Dennys next door. Don't go there, the prices are easily 3x the normal prices at Dennys.

Keep in mind that pets are allowed, We asked for room change and given one because of barking dog.

While the room was about average (some aspects a little run down, but quite clean), the staff was what stood out the most ... very helpful, outgoing, great humor, knowledgeable. Proximity to Niagara Falls (easy walking distance) was very good. Felt safe at any time, even walking late into the evening. What was most disappointing had nothing to do with the hotel ... obnoxious over-commercialization of the streets leading to the Falls; sadly conflicts with the beautiful nature of the Falls. 69662465

my boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend and the first room we stayed in smelt like old smoke. But the front desk workers were extremely helpful and right away offered us a new room right away. The hotel was really clean and had vending machines for late night snacks... Denys was right next door but was rather expensive so i do not recommend it! The hotel was only a 3 minute walk to clifton hill and 5 minute walk to the casino. We will definitely be going back next time we are in niagara falls

Overall experience was very good. Nice swimming pool the children really enjoyed. Close to the falls, restaurants and various fun places. A good place to stay. I did not know I was to pay for the refrigerator and microwave brought to my room until checkout.

Close to all the attraction. You can park your car and walk.

Very impressed with for the price we paid for the room, nice touristy location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk to the falls. no complaints
