Not only beautiful but the food was excellent!

Extremely nice room with free WIFI, beautiful lobby and bar, nice people.

Very nice hotel the ambiance is wonderful!! The food in the different resturants has something left to be desired. My husbands steak was over cooked and under seasoned, my bread was hard and my shrimp burger was like rubber. The manager was nice enough not to charge us. The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable. Our only problem was the thermostat wasn't working properly and the TV screen was very dull like it was on its way out although we didnt really need it so we didnt complain.

great hotel. you can walk to very good restaruants and great shoping mall.

Hotel lobby was beautiful great work out room, enjoyed the walking paths and outside areas, very pleased with our stay

One of our newest..and biggest clients is in the Business Towers adjacent to the hotel. There's a path through a botanical garden that connects the hotel with the business towers. It's beautiful setting. A very comfortable, up-scaled hotel. The food in the restaurants were "4-Star", "Big City" quality. We'll be back..and I hope often.

The venue itself could be great but it is not kept up as I expected. The safe in my room did not work nor did the ice machine on our floor. We reported this to no avail. Hallways were very worn. Having said this. Our room was very big.

The manager jeff at the hotel was very helpful in making sure my stay was great. i loved the hotel. the room was big , the pool was great and the food was out of this world.

Staff was friendly. Clean facility.Room service took longer than was stated, but there was a follow up call to make sure of delivery. Food was good. Overall a great stay.

Very reasonably priced! Parking is free, which is very unlikely for Atlanta. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Two older ladies with mobility issues (canes). No valet greeting us in valet line. No bellman to offload our luggage for checkin. Registration desk was very nice. Still no bellman. As we hauled our luggage into the elevator, a hotel exec asked how we were. Upon explaining how we were disappointed so far, he said he would "check into this" and just got off on his floor. He did not even offer to help us with our luggage! Got to our room, and it had not been touched by the housekeeping staff since the last guest left! Girl from registration desk came up and brought us to new, cleaned room. Seems to me there were too many issues for one night stay in 5-star hotel!

Was in Atlanta for hair show didnt want to stay downtown but not too far from Congress Center. Took us all of 15 minutes travel time. Location was great for shopping and great dining. Will make this go to place to stay. LOVE THIS AREA

Everything was wonderful besides the fact that the tub wouldn't drain and toilet seat was broke upon arrival.. we dont complain about nit picky stuff.. the hotel was absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely nice...great price and location!!

the motel was beautiful and the staff was great. The only issue was the breakfast service was a little slow but since it was cook to order it was not too bad.

When I arrived at the hotel, the check in system was down. There did not appear to be a back up system in place, and staff were not very helpful / did not keep us informed about the situation.My room smelt damp, and was in need of redcoration / updating. The public areas of the hotel are nice, as was the breakfast (even if a little pricey).

Room was noisy throughout the night. Valet parking was slow.

I had stayed here many years ago and loved the garden type draw in the lobby area. However, I booked this hotel in knowing there was an indoor pool so that my family could swim. The pool was closed for a "mystery" reason. We were told that engineering was working on it and that it might be open later on that evening. It was closed the entire time and we were all very disappointed.

Unfortunately, only 1 out of the 4 elevator's appeared to be working and the wait to get an elevator was between 10-15 minutes. However, they did give me a free room upgrade to a suite which was very nice.

cleanliness of room/hotel

The hotel was great but the food was not good for breakfast or dinner!

Front desk Chelsea in clerk was very helpful and polite. We paid for the breakfast when we booked and desk clerk that morning would not give vouchers because computer was down. When we finally got to breakfast it was not worth it. Had dinner in La Grato restraunt the night before and it was very over priced and food was not appealing at all.

very nice

My family and i stayed at Crown Plaza overnight and i decided to get a room with breakfast included in the price. Im glad i did because 5 of us were able to eat good for a little more than the regular price of one breakfast. Even though it was a continental breakfast it didnt seem like it. There was a wait staff that sat us at a table, served our drinks and was always so pleasant. Beds were super comfortable, room was clean, the view was great from our room, and there is plenty of restaurant choices and shopping across the road from the hotel. Best thing....Starbucks in the lobby.

Nice hotel, amazing lobby, and great location. Clean room, service ok. Didnt use any of the amenities. Parking is kind of bad but ok.

Most of the elevator's signaling sytems were not working. Standing in the lobby you could not know if the elevators are going up, down, or which one was going to serve your floor. You had to ask the people inside the elevator where the elevator was headed!!! Requested a Bellboy to carry my Luggages to my room, nobody showed up. I took care of them myself. I had to kill a roach in our bathroom. The room not very well insulated for sound. Doors made a vey loud noise when the were closing by themselves.

Stepping into the magic of the spectacular waterfall-scape is beyond description - you MUST experience it to appreciate it!! The quality of staff and accomodations are just as outstanding - the way staff respond from the heart is way beyond customer service!

Valet Service was horrible but the hotel was great! Rooms were nice & clean..will definitely stay again!!!

very nice hotel, great location across from mall, but crossing the street is tough. great service at hotel. we stayed there last minute when we were passing through to go to aquarium. they have a great fully loaded fitness center, hotel breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very business with lots of conferences,etc. we REALLY enjoyed walking outside behind the hotel there was the most beautiful landscaping i have ever seen at a hotel
