Omni Berkshire Place - نيويورك

We just returned from a short visit to NYC and the Omni was perfect for us. Outstanding location for shopping, theatre, museums and access to the subways. Our room was roomy by NYC standards, the bed was way comfortable, no noise infiltration, etc. Loved it and will stay there again on our next trip.

Great location! But 2 pities during my 3 days there. We arrived late night, the guy at the reception desk told us self-parking fee is 45, and 55 for velvet parking. We parked the car by ourself at only 35. I am confused why there was a difference with his price. We left 4 paintings at the hotel, and I called the next morning. Unfortunately, they were gone. It was our fault to forget them at the hotel, but cleaning lady can easily find them beside the curtain.

This is our go to hotel in NY, we always go back to the Omni because they never disappoint.

Excellent Service! We are very picky about hotels and service and this one is superb. Will stay there again.

So central to everything. We could walk to Central Park and the Theater District. Mary in the concierge service did a fantastic job getting us theater tickets. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Matress wasn't great.

The Omni Berkshire has a great staff, good-sized rooms and a great location. It is the perfect long- weekend-in-NY hotel.

While the hotel was nice, the room was extremely small with very limited space for clothes, literally no drawer space at all and the cost of the room was very expensive. I think that during the holiday season hotels tend to take advantage of guests.

The Omni Hotel is the perfect location for theater, great food, shopping and taking in the sights like Rockefeller Center etc I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is polite and friendly, and the accommodations are great; but most of all, its location,location, location.

They upgraded our room for our anniversary even gave us chocolate covered strawberries. It was very kind of them to make our time so special. Not many businesses go out of their way to make a common customer feel special but they did. This was our second visit and it was even better than our first visit. We will definitely return. The room was comfortable, clean and decent sized.

Got a very good rate from Hotels.com The housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was always serviced twice during the day. Concierge was very helpful Location was perfect, a few steps from Fifth Ave and Madison street. Great location for shopping. Few blocks from central park (3 minutes jog) and Museums. Few blocks from Times square (7 minutes walk) In front of the hotel there is a good cafe restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner

We have made numerous trips to NYC from Florida over the past eight years. We have tried many different hotels during that time. We have found the Omni Berkshire to be the best place to stay in NYC. Our conclusion is based on the overall condition of the hotel, hotel location, room amenities and hotel staff. We are also Omni Select Guests, which entitle us to additional perks, i.e., free internet, free breakfast drinks and newspaper.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows that I have ever had in a hotel. I never wanted to get out of bed!! Great hotel, friendly staff. Would deffinately stay again.

This is one of my favorite hotel in NYC. It is located few blocks away from rockofeller center and central park. Most of my favorite stores are just few blocks away. The hotel is renovated nicely and the hotel personals are extremely nice and helpful:)

We initially booked another hotel for our stay in the city, but were only able to tolerate one night due to the awful quality of the accomodations. We found the Omni for an equivalent price and we were able to move... into what was FAR MORE than we would have hoped for. 5 star accomodations at a very reasonable price. Excellent room, big for NYC standards, superb quality, service and location. We will definately make this our hotel of choice when we come back to the city! Highly recommended.

first, the good news: great location. recently renovated. reasonably sized, clean, comfortable rooms. now my one complaint - did not like the wifi approach - free if you registered with them to be a "member", but a high per day charge if you didn't want to give them your email address. in today's world, wifi should be free with no strings attached.

We went to this hotel on our 1st anniversary and the staff had place a card and strawberries dipped in chocolate in the room when we arrived. Usually you tell hotels that you're going on a special occasion and they don't really do anything special. The location is perfect without being in a noisy street which is VERY BIG problem in manhattan. Also the walls are super thick so you can't hear your neighbors at all. Room are very well kept. They're not that big but for NY standards it was huge!

The hotel itself is very nice and located in a great spot. However, using Hotels.com will land you in the worst rooms they have in the hotel. There is a reason it's cheap. My shower was luke warm at best, my view was of an enclosed alley and the most special part....the room was directly next to the housekeeping closet where morning, day and night you could hear the cleaning staff talking in the lobby and opening and then letting that door slam what seemed like 10,000 times in the three days I was there. Nice hotel but spend the extra money and book it on your own

Just spent six nights in this hotel November 2011. Great location within walking distance of many attractions and 5th avenue shopping. Lovely hotel with friendly helpfull staff and if i return to New York i would not hesitate to book this hotel.

You can't beat the location. The rooms are comfortable and appropriately updated. There is something happening that you never really got hot water and the elevator and car valet service was extremely slow.

My son and I had a great stay - room was small but very nice and comfortable, location was perfect to shop, look at Christmas decorations, and go to Broadway shows. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Rate was reasonable for holiday weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni, I really sweated this pick, since there were so many choices. We wanted a nice hotel, close to every thing, but wanted to be right outside the action. It was perfect, we stayed for, thanksgiving weekend, great location to see the parade, shopping galore, restaurants galore, bars galore, etc. Hotel was clean & comfortable, we drove in & that was effortless as well. If I had on negative comment, it would be the restaurant, you didn't get much to justify the cost, but there was so many choices, that wasn ' t a problem at all. I would definitely stay again.

Avoid rooms facing Madison Ave! Hotel is poorly noise-proofed, so get a very high room on one facing 52nd St. Room was well appointed and spacious.

The room looks remodeled and although small it was nice and comfortable. Fireplace Restaurant offers good breakfast and friendly service, a little pricey, though!

Doormen, desk clerks, housekeepers, all cheerful and ready to help. We were able to check in early and enjoy the rest of our first day in NYC. The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and quiet. The linens were delightful, loved the chair and ottoman with a side table and reading lamp. The housekeepers were so nice and accommodating when we interrupted their routine by stopping by our room midday. If I had a suggestion...softer toilet tissue. That's it!
