Great historical hotel experience. Not generally my cup of tea, but it was a nice change of pace. Comfy beds and great service. They clearly take pride in the hotel. For the price, they need to upgrade their technology package in the rooms (more plugs, usb chargers, etc.)

Very nice place to stay.

The Omni was a great stay. i was pleased with the staff and hotel patrons. The hotel had great attributes, and is in a great location to all of downtown Boston. When I come back I will be staying at the Omni.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Historic hotel located in the heart of the freedom trail.

Rooms smelled, bathroom was pretty dirty. Cleaning wasn't great, towels not replaced, water bottles not refreshed, tv a bit faulty. Faded hotel past its sell by date, needs upgrading. Wouldn't stay again

The small room was very small - not a problem for a single traveller on a 3/4 night trip, but could be a problem for couples / longer stays. Very comfortable bed and well looked after room. Free wifi for loyalty scheme members a nice bonus, and breakfast was large and good value

I loved my stay here it was no less than perfect. We really enjoyed the location, the staff, the perks! Everything about this hotel is great I will definitely be back!

Outstanding!

Excellent service. I was told the double bed was almost the size of a queen; not quite. We upgraded to 2 dbls so we could have a good nite sleep. The staff was very accommodating. Needs updating, but then this was a good deal.

Fantastic, historical Boston hotel, walking distance to historic sites, restaurants, etc. Staff and comfort were wonderful; hotel was maintained beautifully. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend, will stay again

We had a very pleasant stay in a well appointed room my only comment is that the room we had was very dark. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lounge area that we used a lot. We also ate at the Parker bar which was good value and nicely casual. The hotel is very well located in the old part of towm and very convenient to parts of the Freedom Trail.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was very heplful. However, the room was really tiny for a 300$ a night...

The Omni Parker House hotel is a grand old hotel. As others have noted it is slightly tired around the edges, but not seriously so. It provided most things I look for in a hotel. The staff were invariably helpful and provided a qood quality of service. Their were several options available for food onsite, with many other options available within easy walking distance (and the subway quite closeby). The in-room safe fits a laptop computer. Again, as noted by others, the rooms are small. For one person, this did not matter much as the room was well appointed, with several accessible power points, a good sized desk and adequate bathroom. Free wifi is available in the lobby, or by joining the hotel club, which is free. All together, I was entirely satisfied with my stay at this hotel and thought it provided good value for money.

Was very very pleased with our stay the Omni Parker House. Absolutley,beautiful hotel! Our room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The beds were soft and the room was spotless. All the amenities you need. The location was superb! They even left us cookies and milk at turn down. We will definatly be going back to the beautiful city of Boston and staying at the Omni Parker House again!

I Would sum it as good experience could have been excellent as there is no breakfast service to the room and wifi is not free considering the amount you pay per single night ......still ok with front desk

Just what i needed--some class and history, visually stunning architecture. Best value in Boston by leagues. Highly recommended.

lovely hotel and close to all the must see sights

The service was excellent and the hotel is very beautiful. We found the room and bed were very small for the cost.

We always try to stay at an Omni hotel because of the great service. This time we did not have a good experience. The room was not ready at noon and didn't let us in until 4pm. The room was fine and the location is hard to beat but there was a party in the room next to us that went on all night even after we called the desk at 2am. The desk forgot our wake up call and we almost missed our flight was the last straw..You pay up for Omni and you expect more.

This hotel was right in the heart of everything. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

The room is very small. Even no space to sit in front of the table. Internet was not working in the beginning...Try to change the room, they told that it's economic rate (I booked a lot of hotels,never heard about it!) and it's last one. OK. That's fine. Never come back again!!!

The room was kind of small , but with a nice bath. They nickel and dime you on Internet and parking.

They were so accommodating - allowing us a few extra minutes (two hours) before we checked out, offering extra towels, etc. I would definitely try to stay again. The lobby and bar look a bit shabby.

I had a great experience and will definitely repeat when in Boston next on business. Centrally located, very clean, friendly staff. I felt like I stepped back in time, which as a big fan of U.S. history, was fun.

Comfortable room for adults and kids. Great location, central to transit.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel.

Clean, well designed room. Good Service. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Boston. However, patrons should be wary about using the hotel's Wi-Fi internet access, they might get charged extra for it.

I was expecting a more quiet room. I like pet friendly hotels since the friendliness does not interfere with guests, witch was not the case. Also very noisy in the morning as soon as cleaning started. Full size bed should not be sold for 2 guest, really is a single bed.

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown. Close to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, TD Garden, Boston Common and many other boston sites.

We were very pleased with the service we received at the Omni Parker. The location was perfect, and the staff was very accommodating. We requested a late check out with no problem and we also checked in early with no problems. Looking forward to returning to the omni Parker!!!

Very nice- only comment was the cable tv kept coming in and out.. not great connection ..

It was a very nice place to stay. Not overly friendly but not unfriendly.

Very elegant and luxurious feel. Really convienant, close to Freedom Trail and a few bars and restaurants are nearby to grab food and drinks.
