النقاط الإجابية: شبكة واي فاي مجانية، خدمة النزلاء كانت متميزة، قيمة كبيرة مقابل ما تدفعه. أما النقاط السلبية: أن الفندق قديم وبعض التجهيزات به لا تعمل ( فعلى سبيل المثال لا توجد مياه ساخنة بالدوش، كما كان مجفف الشعر لا يعمل أيضا).

كانت الغرفة كبيرة للغاية، كما كانت الأسرة مريحة تماما، فقد كنا 4 أشخاص نقيم بها وكنا نشعر بمنتهى الراحة، وقد كان الموقع مثاليا بما يتناسب مع احتياجاتنا، حيث كان بالقرب من سنترال بارك، كما كانت هناك العديد من المطاعم اللطيفة بالمنطقة المجاورة، ولكن الشىء السلبي الوحيد كان مستوى جودة الخدمة، أما العاملين بمكتب الإستقبال فكانوا في غاية الروعة،ولكن حارس العقار كان فظ المعاملة، بل كان عدوانيا!!! لن أضيع وقتي حتى في محاولة إجراء محادثة بشأن ذلك.

كان الفندق مناسبا بصورة مثالية، وكانت هناك تجديدات يتم عملها في بعض الطوابق أثناء مدة إقامتنا، ولكن ذلك لم يسىء إلى إقامتنا، وكان سعر هذا الفندق من بين أفضل الأسعار التي استطعت أن أجدها على شبكة الإنترنت ( هذا بالإضافة إلى موقعه بشارع fifty seventh) وكان هذا هو السبب الرئيسي الذي جعلني أقيم هناك.

لم يكن الحمام رائعا، والمرحاض يكاد يلتصق بالجدار- فهو يحتاج إلى التجديد- ولكن الموقع كان يتناسب مع احتياجاتنا.

Very friendly staff. Rooms comfortable. Elevator fast and smooth. No issues to report!

Enjoyed our stay. Didn't spend too much time in the hotel room. The hotel hosted the meetings that brought me to town. The meeting rooms were very nice and convenient.

The hotel staff was amazing to work with. The hotel felt a little dated, but the staff won us over.

Was surprised at the size of the beds - not seen beds that small in an American hotel room before, especially as there was plenty of room for bigger ones - we had booked the room for 3 adults - two in a bed was cosy!

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to most everywhere we needed to be. The room was remarkably quiet! Would stay there again.

This is a convenient location for Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and all that midtown has to offer. Hotel rooms are big for New York City, and the rates are reasonable for this area. I will stay here again.

Concierge and hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. The hotel dining room gave us our bill with gratuity added and then, after presenting a credit card to them, produced a receipt with the exact same amount shown as pre-gratuity price. This happened both times we ate there.

Great hotel in a superb location. Renovations are underway and the hotel will be much nicer once it is completed. Staff is nice and helpful. Only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

was a reliable, safe place, clean, but bathroom needed to be updated, and shower had poor water pressure. Close to blue line and columbus circle.

This hotel location was perfect for what we needed to see and do -- walking to our destination was a plus and going through nearby areas with restaurants and a variety of shops, etc. was great. Room was clean and suited our needs for the night. The air conditioner did not operate well, but windows opened at night and cooled the room. The restaurant and other facilities at the hotel met our needs, and the price for room and parking was reasonable for NYC.

within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonald's and Wendy's. room was clean, hotel staff helpful. room was nice. had blow dryer. great restaurant food. Alfredo tortellini was amazing. about 1 mile from French school and theatre we took Robert McKee class at. Found it was more convenient to schedule "dial 7" limo service than try to find yellow cabs at night in Midtown.

This is a nice tourist hotel close to many mid town NYC attractions. The staff was great. Rooms are small but OK and could use renovations. A 40" HD TV is provided with HBO but curiously no business channels. (It IS a tourist hotel I guess.) Breakfast is extra but not outrageous in price for NYC. Parking is right next door and a real bargain for NYC.

This hotel is close to Columbus Circle. It is clean and undergoing renovation. The rooms are good sized for NYC, but the beds are small and the mattresses very hard. Bathroom was small and outdated. Service staff very helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel , rooms had two double beds and were spacious, clean and well looked after. Quick efficient check in and nice staff. Hotel has a shop, restaurant ,bar and gym. Each level has either a soda machine or alternatively an ice machine. Location is ten minutes from times square ir ten to fifteen from port authority bus terminal. Rooms have shower/ bath. Filter coffee machine restocked daily. 40 inch lcd tv with 50 channels. Beds are comfortable and there is achoice of pillows.restaurant us nice but nothing overly special. Bar food is good gotham sandwich is really nice and filling. Pluses rooms, location, cleanliness.friendly staff Negatives price of food and drink. Some niose during night as toilet flushes are loud. Best tip Book south tower when requesting room as rooms are being upgraded and south is nearly complete whereas north not starting til jan 14

This hotel was very nice and clean. It was very close to the 59 St / Columbus Circle subway station which made navigating the city very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel and price are fine, but the service and cleanliness left plenty to be desired. When we arrived in the morning, there was a dirty room service tray with old food on it in the hallway. It was still there when we returned to the hotel after dinner and wasn't removed until we called to complain. The hotel staff in the lobby were talking among themselves instead of helping guests and used inappropriate language in front of our children. After we checked out, we realized we left an item in the room, but the housekeeping staff did not help in finding it. Several phone calls were not returned and they were generally not interested in helping to locate it.

Location is very good but customer service is very poor and also staff is not cooperative. Overall service is very very poor

Bed wasn't super comfy and the coffee was terrible but overall it was great. The only major issue was that our 6 year old rolled in her sleep and was pinned between the bed and the nightstand. She got out but was scared a bit.

Checked in like 4am on Sunday morning the clerk was rude and highly annoying. Definitely won't stay there again

This is a decent, clean, hotel with comfortable rooms in a central location to walk to almost anything. I was there for a tradeshow at Pier 94 which was a 10 minute walk. About 200 small restaurants and delis in a 3 block radius.

This is a very well rounded hotel, with great location good staff, decent amenities. It's clean and has everything you could want for a New York stay. The rooms are very big for NYC standards.

I was amazed by the size of the room which was very large for a city room. Plenty of room to store luggage as well as space to leisurely lounge. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room was clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel dining room, which was reasonably priced. The staff were efficient, but curt. Not out to win friends or influence people. Overall a OK experience.

Had a great time. Staff very friendly & helpful. Useful friendly concierge services. Hotel very clean and in a very safe, convenient location. Older hotel, but well-maintained. Just blocks away from Central Park SouthWest corner near Columbus Circle. 5 minute walk to lovely Lincoln Center. About 15 min. walk to Times Sq. 30 min. walk to Penn Station. All walks very very safe, well-lit and well-traveled. There is even a rooftop outdoor pool which we didn't see because we were there in winter.

You get what you paid for. It's a cost effective place to stay in the city, and it works well as such. The location is great since you're a block from the Columbus Circle station and can get anywhere in the city with ease. I've stayed at swanky NYC hotels, which feel great, but if you just need a place to sleep & shower, this is worth it. I'd stay here again if I had a packed weekend where I wasn't planning much downtime.

Great location but in desperate need of an upgrade. Very clean but Bathrooms are awful. Whole place needs a facelift.
