I knew we were in trouble when we pulled up and there was a big sign on the side of the building (not in the picture in hotels.com) that said daily, weekly, and monthly rates and the daily rates started at $42. We had problems checking in, but hotels.com took care of that quickly. We had to use the air conditioning just to try to kill the funk and try to kill the humid feeling. There was toilet paper on the floor by the bed and the neighborhood just looked unsafe to be in. The first night I stayed I couldn't sleep and it didn't help after I fell asleep the fire alarm went off. The door to the outsided my to that went outside was locked to were you couldn't get out or get in. This to me was a major fire hazard if one happen to break out between my room and the main exit. I really say you shouldn't stay here unless you just have to. I have used hotels.com in the past and had no problem. I really wish that hotels.com would take the motel off their site cause it makes a good company look bad.

This was nothing like described. The neighborhood was horrible so i was scared my car was going to get broken into but little did i know that was the least of my worries. We checked in with hesitation and went to our room and it was the dirtiest hotel room i have ever seen. There was mold or some fungus growing in the air conditioner/heater that you would be breathing when using the air or heat and before we could sit our bags down we heard gun shots coming from the back side of the parking lot. We were out of there in a flash I knew for a fact i would not be staying there one more minute. I told the hotel desk clerk we were checking out and he said ok, i said your hotel is scary and he replied "yes i know". Do not stay here or any other hotel on READ BLVD...it is NOT a good or safe place to be.

before i even decided to stay in this hotel, i also read some reviews about it. every review i read about this hotel were horrible, but when i stayed there it really wasnt that bad. i also know for a fact that its been renovated. although, nothing was wrong with the staff, the rooms were a bit uncomfortable to stay in. the temperature of the room is a bit humid and muggy, and if you turn the ac on, it just becomes clammy. the ac doesnt work that well, so be prepared to wake up sweating. the room also smelt of mildew. thank god i brought an oder nuetralizer with me. that made all the difference. my recommendation would be to bring an air freshoner, and maybe a small fan to put next to your bed.

I don't think I'll be able to forget that smell. It was like somebody put wood and cigarette butts in a grinder and then painted the walls with it. Front desk service was awful, I had to deposit 20 dollars for an ethernet cord and when I came back to return the cord and get my deposit, they had lost the 20 dollars.... It felt like a third world country

The hotel looked like an abandoned building. All of the floors were not operable. Windows on the top floors were broken. The elevator smelled as if it were on fire. My room was on the 2nd floor, upon getting off the hotel the heat and the smell were almost over powering. The room was disgusting, it was very dim. The air conditioner worked but the control handles were missing so you could not cut it off or adjust it. The air conditioner leaked water out onto the balcony and there was mildew on the curtains by the air conditioner. The carpet through out the hotel and the room was very dirty and spotted. The bathroom had a half roll of tissue paper in it. The shower did not work, when I called the front desk about it the guy told me "You gotta pull real hard on it". The bathroom floor was wet the entire time. I dont know if it was wet from the toilet or the bathtub. In the bathroom the paint over the shower was chipped and mildewed. There was discolored splashes of paint on the wall of the shower. The building looked and smelled like the city after hurricane Katrina. I could have slept in my car. It would have been better then the stay at this hotel.

*Outside appearance (not maintained and trash on property grounds) * Bed linens filty (purchased a sleeping bag to sleep in) *Breakfast (cereal was in a cereal dispenser, milk in gallon jug sitting on an unclean table that was puched up against a wall) *No irons or ironing boards inside rooms (with $20 deposit you can get them from front desk) *Advertises free Wi-Fi (do yourself a favor leave your computers at home!) *Odor reaked in hallways

A good value for the money. Next time my grandchildren and I will stay longer.

No wireless internet service, bad cleaning, they cleanned our room only 1 time for 2 days. it's the worst hotel i have stayed.

Hotel desk clerk was more interested in watching TV than checking me in. He was watching some Indian Movie (Dotted Indian, not feathered). Rooms had holes in the wall, and their internet didn't work. They don't have wireless, so I used their wall RJ45 jack and got no internet connection. went to the front desk (still watching his Indian movie) and asked why they don't have internet. He just gave me that look like he didn't give a S*&%. The hotel is in a bad area, and the guest looked like call girls coming in & out with their pimp Daddy.

The hotel was located close to the freeway, that is a plus for me. I will say that the rooms did not smell good at all, it seems that they have not been able to get rid of the smell, it is really penetrated. Breakfast was reasonable I guess considering the price you pay. Overall it was ok like I said for the price that is paid and of course if you dont plan on being in the room for long periods of time, just for sleeping.

I got a very nice room that was conveniently located on the first floor. The continental breakfast was a little skimpy. They ran out of juice for 1 day but that was very minor. The room was very spacious and kept very clean. Every service they mentioned was provided and well maintained.

Don't stay here, unless you absolutely need the cheapest hotel you can find. The sign on the building reads, "INN", and only the middle N was lit. They don't use AC except in the guest rooms. The internet chord was broken, and when we asked for a new one they gave us another broken chord. The first floor was recently remodled you can tell, but I went on the 3rd and 6th floors and they were disastrous. I didn't feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot, even though I have an alarm. The hotel is junk, but if you want cheap its the way to go.

hotel staff was friendly. For the money its was not bad if it was just me. With my family with me is was not a place I would have chose

El hotel esta a unos 15 kms del centro por lo que necesitas coche para desplazarte.La habitacion era muy amplia y tenia nevera y microondas ademas de una cama bastante comoda pero en general estaba bastante sucio,con manchas inexplicables en la alfombra y con olor a tabaco en una habitacion que era de no-fumadores.A las 8 de la mañana empiezan las limpiadoras y ya no te dejan dormir del ruido que hacen.A pesar de tener el letrero de "no molestar"en la puerta,llamaron para ver si podian empezar a limpiar la habitacion y nosotros en pijama...Empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios,con un ruido ensordecedor,que nos asusto muchisimo,salimos rapidamente al pasillo a ver que pasaba pero solo estaban las limpiadoras que se morian de risa. En resumen,si puedes elegir otro hotel,hazlo.
