First the toilet did not flush. The walls are paper thin, sounded like the people next door were in the rooms main area, as well as in your bathroom. Looks like they upgraded the interior, although bad stains on the carpet and very poor pillows, but the bones of the hotel are not good, large seperation betwen door and door jam, poor outside lighting When talking to management at desk, they did not appologize, attitude just didn't seem to care.

Offered a excellant stay at a value price. Rooms was clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely book again.

The room was nice, but the location of the room wasn't!! My particular room was too close to the hotel restaraunt so it sound like grand central station outside of my room all day and night. And in the next room was a fighting couple whose entire conversation I could hear clearly!!

Overall is very good except wifi very poor signal!!!! Sometime cant join wifi and bath tube is too small.

SOME RENOVATIONS GOING ON, BUT IT WAS A GOOD STAY OVERALL

We stayed for 12 days and found it perfect for our needs as we were at the theme parks every day from 8am-10pm, so it was convieniently located. The A/C was a little noisy, the place had been re-painted and teh rooms were clean and bed was some what firm. The great thing was parking was free, where as some other hotels were charging for. It has two great pools which we used a couple of times. I would recomend this, especially if you do not want to splash out and on a limited budget - this does not mean it is a budget hotel:)

this is where me and my family stay whenever we are in florida, its close to whatever me and my family want to do during our stay, thank you so much for doin all you do to keep us coming back!!

This hotel is a real great place to stay on a budget. The location is close to all, very clean and the staff is warm and happy to see you. Really a surprise. We were there on spring break and there was allot of high school age children running around and being noisy, just what you would expect. They close the pool at 9pm which starts to settle things down. We will stay here again.

Friendly staff and a convenient location made this a good choice for our stay in Florida. I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary airport shuttle, but I still recommend this hotel.

The room was small but clean and comfortable beds. Loved the location. Unfortunately on the first day a man, later identified as an employee used his master key and opened our room door without knocking. He shut the door as soon as he saw us in the room. We asked him who he was and he only asked if someone in our room screamed. We told him no and asked who he was again and what he was doing and he shut our door and left. The door was only opened a couple of inches so we couldn't really see him. Long story short after calling the house keeping mgr and meeting with the hotel security we were told that the employees they hire are mostly Haitian and barely speak english. We were told this happens alot. The supervisor of security told us the employees fail to knock before entering a room and then lie about what they are doing due to their limited english. We requested that no one enter our room for cleaning until we vacated. They were willing to work with us and brought us fresh towels each day of our stay when we called for them.

Bathtube very old with a view of bit dirty. Pillows very small and low w/o options to change. But overall is good hotel.

No complaints. More than I would expect for the cost.

Great room for price. Only complaint was we had to wait 30 minutes to check in at 4:30 was not happy about that especially after driving a while to get there. Rooms were renovated and clean.

Although we were concerned due to the low cost, we booked this hotel as a result of the reviews of previous visitors and we weren't disappointed. It compared favorably with other hotels that we stayed at for more than 3 times the price. The beds are comfy and the rooms spotlessly clean. They even have a mirror with a power socket nearby - at last! In fact the power points in the base of the lamps are a great idea - take note other hotels. The only (slight) thing that let it down was the size of the bath towels but we could live with that. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good value centrally located hotel in Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay. Flatscreen TV, clean, lots of towels and pillows. Only complaint was nothing to do with the hotel itself, but with the amount of unsupervised kids running around outside our window/door late into the night. Very close to Sea World and Universal.

The stay was good the only problem we had was the people next door to us would let their three to five year old run around and scream outside after midnight and the garbage company emptying the dumpster next door at three in the morning. But if you can get the pool view you will not have that problem. The property itself was great.

Much better than I expected. Older hotel but has been renovated. Kids loved the arcade.

Bed comfort and quality equal to 5 star hotels I have sated in. Extremely clean and updated bathand other appointments. View of pool and courtyard. Friendly personnel. Best bang for buck.

Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were small and felt like you were sleeping on rocks.

I have to say for the most part, I was pleasantly surprised. The only compliant that I have is there was long hair left behind from the previous renter or house keeping. I will stay at the Quality Inn again when in the area of Orlando FL.

Hotel was really good for the amount paid. I would definitely stay here again. It is about a twenty minute drive to Disney them parks and traffic on International drive was a little crazy but other than that, no complaints.

Free shuttle service to Universal saves $15 on parking but limited seats and route times so ask in advance! Great location for anything and anyplace in Orlando. Room was standard/average but I didn't visit Orlando to stay in the room! We lived the security guard at the parking lot entrance...no one in who wasn't staying on the property.

Very worth the money. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Would definately stay again :)

The rooms was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. If I had to have a down side they advertised that it was buy one adult meal get one free at the Apothecary Restaurant but the only way you got that was if you bought the package that had the meals included and paid upfront when booking your stay. I definitely will stay there again. It was a great hotel for such a small amount to pay.

The hotel rooms look as if they have been newly remodeled so it was certainly a very nice two star hotel. If you are in the area for a family vacation, it doesn't get much better.

Not so nice....the condition of hotel was run down...in the lobby the couch was in such bad shape your butt sank through the springs..Found a bug in the tub. The room phone was broken would not recommend this hotel. front desk personnel was friendly. I found it odd that they did not enough pillows when I asked for a second pillow...:(

Room was very pleasing and was like eye candy. The rooms were very clean and tidy spacious, had a desk nice size lcd tv awesome modern look. Not like those old style floral rooms.. This was perfect for the price. I have stayed at the hyatt grand cypress and had high expectations from my last stay here in orlando but i was very pleased with everything. The only complaint i could make was that the lobby was very busy and took time to get checked in. Plus getting in and out of the hotel during spring break was not easy with traffic. Other than that greatly recommended.

Definately would stay here again, very pleased!

The hotel is very good,clean,is very good that they have security at the entrance of the hotel,close to everything,i will recommend this hotel to others

Not bad at all.... we only had some minor problems with our TV, but other than that....was a good experience

we have stayed here before and enoyed it both times. The hotel is very clean and the grounds are very neat and well kept. The bar is very nice and we enjoy the company of the bartender (Amador) He is very friendly and remembered us from our last visit. The hotel is at a great location and close to the parks. we enjoy being able to walk International drive and visit the placed to dine and the shops. We will stay here again!!

Great value for your money. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel employees friendly and serviceable. Great value if your looking for an affordable hotel.

Was here for a trade show and it was located within 2 miles of the venue, and was nice to have many food choices in walking distance.

Overall I loved the room. It was clean, had a fridge & microwave, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was our room was on the backside near the street and you could hear traffic from the street late at night. If you can sleep with the tv on, you should be fine.

When we first arrived it smelled like an old fish factory. I asked about it at the front desk and apparently the smell was from the brand new landscaping - must have been some kind of fish emulsion or something. Once we got to the room it smelled and looked nice and clean. The bed was comfy! Was nice to have a mini refrig and microwave in the room! The sink was outside of the shower/toilet area which is nice. The hotel was Very convenient to Universal Studios. Upon leaving, the family I was traveling with said they wouldn't mind staying there again if the price was right! I agree!!
