The rooms themselves were dingy, stained carpet and rundown bathroom. My room smelled of Marijuana. I would not stay there again.

It was a 90 degree hot day. When I checked in at midnight my room inside was extremely hot. I turned on the air conditioning unit High but it did not work. It made a horrible loud noise but the air coming out was not cold and the room was so hot all night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Within walking distance to almost everything we were looking for. Would stay again.

It was very pleasant. Everyone friendly, quiet rooms. Overall I would stay there again.

it was very good thank you

Second time i stayed here and love it again, I definitively will come back again. Very convenient location, close to the freeway and next to several stores and restaurants.

I booked a room for my wife and daughter for a volleyball tournament in Spokane. The front desk would not allow my wife to check in because it was under my name, even though we all have the same last name. It was absolutely ridiculous and required me to call Hotels.com and have them call the motel.

Clean and quiet

Was in town for a volleyball tournament and just needed a clean inexpensive place to stay for the night prior to the tournament. On a main street a block off the highway and close to the sports venue and traditional retail services. We stay here once a year for this volleyball tournament.

It wasn't to shabby. The bed was a bit hard for me back, but I've had worse. I didn't go in the hot tub because it was inside an enclosed kinda small room, so it didn't a ppeal to me. The breakfast was not too bad either, eggs, biscuit and gravy, sweet rolls, fruit, cereal, etc. I'd probably come back in the future if the price was right.

Nice motel. Would stay there again.

The breakfast was slim pickings, however I was really encouraged to see the quality of the staff I encountered. our room was located across from the housekeeping laundry service on the first floor, and whenever I stepped in and out of my room they always smiled and took some time to visit. My highest rating goes to the housekeeping staff.

The front desk personel were very nice and helpfull. Disappointed in the room. Probably will not stay again.

Room floor carpet was very dirty and old. Bed was good. Doors were old and jammed. Rooms are not equiped with microwave.

Easy access, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Great value for a quick overnight stay.

Very nice clean hotel. Nice breakfast provided. Will definetly book there again.

Overall enjoyable. Breakfast nothing much to write home about. Juice and coffee watery. very little protein offered. staff friendly and helpful.There was an unfortunate glitch in the smoke alarm system that woke us all up at 4am and then again at 5am.

Enjoyed my stay and will make this a regular facility that I will continue to use.

The heating unit in our room the first night did not work, however we decided to stick it out for that night. Beds were comfy with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The next morning the desk clerk came up right away to check on the unit. He said it was likely the heating coil so he offered to move us to another room. I don't know if they resolved the issue, but the heater in the other room was newer and worked very well. A little more variety at breakfast would be nice, but for the money, we have no complaints.

I thought this was a very good value place, close to the mall and other shopping areas.

When Tammy give a room after, I requested online for non-smoking room, she put us in there in room 115 which I was suffering was not able to go to sleep but only 2 1/2 hrs. went to the front talking to Scott, told me wait until 11 (talked to him at 6:30 AM) here I am suffering with that room as I did not able to sleep plus was tired from our trip. Went back to the room came out again cuz can't suffer the smell of the room. I saw Lucas & talk to him and he let me check the room 113 just adjacent to our room and it smell good so, he transfer us there right AWAY & did able to breath good and sleep good.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the amenities were very good- considering the price paid.

My stay was great, and like I said above, the staff went out of their way in the friendliness department, not only to me, but in my observations to all the visitors that I saw interactions. Would certainly go there again!!

Clean, great location close to lots of shopping friendly staff and the rates are great!

Bathrooms need general upkeeping, like grout and caulking. This time the sink dripped on the carpet with every use. I left a note. It is a simple, clean hotel with a morning buffet that is satisfactory. Good location and easy access to freeway.

The hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful. The price was very reasonable.

We got a good deal on a website for the room. Unfortunately, the room wasn't worth what we paid. It was smelly, super outdated, and stained everywhere. I thought we were getting an inexpensive room. We got a cheap, nasty smelling room. We had to go buy febreeze to be able to sleep in the room. I will never stay here again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Quiet location. Room was very clean and shower was hot. Bed could have been a little softer but overall will be back to this hotel again.

Other than a very hard bed the room was good and no elevator. Our room was on the second floor and I have trouble with the stairs. There wasn't a room on the first floor. The staff were wonderful. Great location. We will stay again.

The price was definitely in my budget and a good value. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Spokane Valley Mall. The room was clean and decent sized with 2 queen beds. I must compliment them on their showers, as the water pressure was great, the tub was spacious, and the shower nozzle was high enough for me to wash my hair without bending over. I was disappointed in the TV channels that were available. I'm a big football fan, and on NFL Sunday, none of the early games were broadcast on any of the channels available. They didn't even have ESPN, they had ESPNU. Sunday nights game was also not available, so I had to go to a local sports bar to watch the game. The front desk employee also gave us directions to a restaurant we had heard about, but we came to find out it had gone out of business. We could have saved time driving around had they known that. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Our stay was great but the toilet fixure is toooo low especially for a room that was for handicap guests

This was a two night business-only stay.When I checked in the young lady was courteous and professional, but a few minutes later I could not get a phone response from the front desk for a wake-up call. I walked to the desk and asked. She did set up the phone as requested. But this was a "first". The next day, The coninental breakfast was well done. Afterward, I asked the male front desk man if he would bring an additional small table in my room please, since I would study there for a day. I tipped him. Please note that there was furniture missing from room 107 compared to other rooms. I looked. There was only the small desk next to the refrigerator and it was covered with phone, motel, and eating data, and it was small. I saw that other rooms had a table in front of the window also. The desk man came to my room and said they had no small tables. I put my notebooks on the top of the beds. But this is really poor service. In all that motel there was not a small or medium table i could use? Really. The room cleaning service itself was adequate enough for me to leave a tip. Other staff were friendly. All were verbally courteous. It was quiet. The AC was good. The shower was great. Coffe superb. Fix your service.

We have no complaints and will be pleased to rebook again when we come back down.

My Wife and I are on a road trip around the U.S. I chose the hotel because of the location and price. Spokane Valley is a bit closer to Billings than Spokane. The service was good and the room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I felt a bit uneasy parking my car in the back of the hotel, so I parked in the front. The continental breakfast included boiled eggs, pastries, and fruit, but no bacon or sausage.
