it was ok beds need to be king size

I was very pleased with my most recent stay. The view from our room was what sealed the deal on a great weekend.

Since we were only staying overnight, we expected a good night's rest, but the occupants in the room above us slammed doors, stomped around and continued this periodically between 9pm and 3am. We contacted the front desk 3 times, and they said they would speak to the occupants, but every time we tried to sleep we would hear another loud sound and would wake up. Instead of being refreshed, we were very tired and had to drive to Baltimore the next day.

Overall the hotel was a great place to stay with kids. Location is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We had a few kinks at check-in and also check-out. They initially only had one room of the two we booked, however, they handled that and it was fine. Check out is at 11 and by 10:15 housekeeping was knocking on our door. They continued until 10:45 when we called the front desk to complain; it's annoying to have them knocking at our door every ten minutes while we trying to get ready to check out. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Hotel is older but well maintained. Bathrooms really need updating. Need to choose better window cleaning products. Love the atrium. Pool & hot tubs were clean & perfect temperature. Staff was very nice!

Overall everything was great. Had to have maintenance check the heat in our room twice.

Very quiet. Great view of the ocean. Would have preferred full size pillows, but otherwise, a very good experience. Will return

The was rust in the refrigerator. The freezer was not cold enough. The springs in the mattress was bad. The birds were a little annoying. Everything else was good.

I could have been more pleased with our accommodations. The front desk was quick, efficient and friendly. The view was spectacular from our balcony room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The only down side to t was the bed sinking to the middle. Great location and very clean.

i either forgot my electric razor or it disapeared.

The room need to be updated a little. the room was clean but old. Most of the time in the room was spent on the balcony watchin the ocean that was great. loved the remodeled atrium area very nice with the pond, birds and fish.

I was disappointed in room and a few other parts of hotel. I tried to take into consideration that there is naturally wear and tear from the sea air. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was so old and outdated that it actually gave an unclean appearance with mildew stains and chipped paint etc. The kitchenette was so tiny it was practically useless. The first room we had was completely run down. The staff was nice and gave me a different room which was definitely in better condition. The door to the balcony was broken and did not lock. The pull out couch had rust and crud on the frame visible as soon as u opened it. The hallways were dim and outdated. The elevator was filthy and had a foul smell. The atrium, however, was great. The kids loved the birds and the coy pond. The outside pool area was nice. The inside pool and spa tubs, however, not so nice. The pool was in better condition than the spa tubs. When u looked down from the 5th floor u could see the bottom of the spa tubs and I couldnt figure out if it was dirt or if it was just dated. The view from our balcony made it all bearable. That was fantastic. Access to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. This place definitely fits the old saying that u pay for "location". I asked for a refund or to stay one night and be refunded the next 2 but because I paid through expedia I could not be refunded. I was locked in and had to stay.

My stay was very nice - this hotel is unique and a lot of fun. There are 5 live parrots and big colorful fish in the pond. There's also a bar and cafe in the restaurant which is very convenient. The hotel is right on the beach, with its own access. I went during Labor Day weekend when Ocean City is packed but the beach wasn't very packed at all. I was able to enjoy my time without fighting other people for good spots on the beach. I would come back again to this hotel.

Overall, I"m glad we only stayed here for three nights. We were very disappointed with our room but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was very busy. The door to our room had to be pushed very hard to be opened and then to close it, it had to be pushed so hard from the inside, it didn't always close properly. We were always concerned about the security because the lock didn't work properly either. When we left the room, it had to be pulled so hard that you had to check and double check that it was actually locked. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bathroom was clean but desparately needed repairs. The microwave did not work. The air conditioning was noisy. The room always felt cold and damp, in spite of adjusting the temperature. The whole place needed updating. We didn't find the staff to be very friendly. We did not use the hotel restaurant. We made our breakfast in our room and went to the south end of Ocean City to have dinner in the evening. There seemed to be a better selection of restaurants there. Overall, we were disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at other Quality hotels and have never had an experience like this. If we decided to come back to Ocean City, we would definitely book elsewhere.

When you sign up to stay at the Quality Inn, you tame your expectations. It was fine for a 5 day stay, served my needs, and was right on the beach. What else can you ask for? the beds are awful, but again, this is not the Hilton. The staff was nice, rooms were clean, and had no issues. Would recommend if you're just looking for a place to sleep, go to the beach, and not spend much time in the room itself.

Got to the hotel early at 11 so couldn't check in yet- hit the beach and the outdoor pool for pina coladas. Watched our kids swim in the kids pool and check out the fish and tropical birds. The room was fantastic overlooking the beach! The next day hit the beach and checked out but still had access to all the hotel amenities. Hung out at the indoor pool when the rain came in and used the indoor shower/bathroom for all of us to get ready before dinner. Loved the two days there!

We arrived to a nice, clean room. We had trouble with the hosekeeping not coming to our room, we had to go and find them to get new towels, trash emptied, etc. But other than that the hotel was nice, we have stayed there once before and the kids love the birds! We would choose this hotel again.

Absolutely great !!! Extremely family friendly ,clean and bueteful loby .I will always stay at this lication from now on.

Great stay. Excellent room... but the appliances are a little dated. Very clean plenty of towels!! The resturant food is limited . Great for families. Close by excellent eateries!!! Loved the stay!

Great location, friendly staff. Could have been cleaner (pools, pool restroom). Vending machines not well stocked.

THIS IS NOT A SMOKE FREE HOTEL PEOPLE WERE SMOKING ALL OVER THE PLACE , I ENTERED MY ROOM AND THERE WAS A DIRTY RAG IN THE BATHROOM , I DID NOT NEED A CARD TO ENTER MY ROOM IT WAS ALREADY OPEN, I REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM IT WAS NOT MUCH BETTER I FELT THE NEED TO DO A BEDBUG CHECK ON THE BEDS GLAD I BROUGHT MY DISINFECT WIPES TO CLEAN BATHROOM AND KITCHEN AREA. POOL WAS NOT SO CLEAN, THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AT THE BAR DRINK CALLED PAIN KILLER

The location is awesome. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. Walk to eat, play, sun. Awesome! Just a little pricey, but what isn't these days.

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT AND VERY CONVIENENT TO BEACH AND NOT FAR FROM BOARDWALK. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

When we arrived, the elevator was not working so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights. The beds were not comfortable at all and the room was outdated. The view from the room was wonderful though. It was nice to see the ocean from bed. However, the first of the two nights we were there, a drunk guy was banging on the door next door to us for 3 hours straight. We got very little sleep. The next night, the same guy hit the door several times next door before becoming confused and hitting on our door and pushing it. We talked to the front desk and they said they did not have security. They would call the police if needed. I didn't feel safe here, especially traveling with a young child. Our door entry/locking mechanism also broke. With the amount of money we paid to stay here...I would think hotel would be better and have security. It is in a nice location...but that is about it.

for the money we spent on the room the bathroom should be clean and the faucet free of lime scale. carpet looked kind of dirty. ice machine on 2nd floor broken. my 7 year-old son loved the atrium-birds, fish, a little "bridge." it was very nice that they had fruit for guests in the lobby. i do have very high standards for cleanliness so most people would probably be okay with the level of dirtiness in the room/bathrooom. beds were pretty comfortable; bedding looked clean.

I thought the hotel was in excellent and pristine condition, especially the room. Several accomodations in the room were extremely convenient and nice to have. The atrium was beautiful and made the whole experience one I will never forget! The customer serivce was excellent and I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the number of "extras" that I did not expect . Even though Expedian promised me an ocean front room, we did not have one nor could Expedian even book on that side of the hotel..anyhow , the balcony over the Atrium was a great place to hang out as was the front balcony facing the pool !! (Maybe someone should speak to Expedian about that !!) ..... Our room was always cleaned !! One suggestion is that the "smoking area" be somewhere away from the hotel doors /lobby. As with hospitals and public facilities, smoking should be an area designated away from the building , so that the smoke is not drawn back into the rooms. I will definitely love to come back to this hotel . !!! Kudoos !! Staff was warm and friendly !!

It was exactly as advertised, so I can't complain. Beach front with nice balcony, plenty of space in the room. It was kind of a dated facility, and the common areas were not in the best shape, but the room was clean and comfortable enough, the price was very appropriate and I was very satisfied overall.

Adequate hotel when what you want is the beach. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Family friendly. good location.

It was very pleasant. Other than the coffee being not good. Everyone was nice and the room was comfortable.
