Great front office staff

The Radisson Hotel in NYC is centrally located and I stayed there several times. The staff is friendly and tries to accomodate all ones requests. For my purposes, staying in the Radisson is always the place I look for first. I reccomend the hotel but one has to specify what kind of bed you want and that requires a phone call. Better ads in Hotels.com will solve this problem.

Very comfortable hotel, I spent one week there. So comfortable and close to all atractions. Friendly people at front desk. Very recommended.

The oner person mini rooms are very good value, but do not bring much luggage as there is no where to put it.

Very central location with good service all around, the junior suite i stayed in was quite well equipped and furnished.

I chose the Radisson Lexington for a quick weekend in Manhattan, as I got a good last minute deal and the location was ideal, just a short walk away from Grand Central Station. As I was staying alone, the small room did not bother me, it contained all I needed. The bathroom had some wallpaper that was starting to peel and a loose towel rack. The bedroom was nicely decorated, but also started to show signs of wear. The thing that bothered me was the noise, in two places. I was on the fourth floor, at level with some kind of ventilation system just outside the window. This ventilation was making a dull but constant noise every few minutes. The second source (and most surprising) was that a night club was located nearby. As I visited the lobby for free wi-fi, friday and saturday night, it litteraly shook from the noise. And still at the fourth floor, I heard the base thump until a long time into the night. So, if you simply need a room and are not a light sleeper, this hotel is fine. If you are looking for a more comfortable stay, I would go for a more expensive room in the hotel, or a different hotel.

The my second time staying at the Redisson on lexington ave. I happy with this hotel & that is why my friend and I came back for the second time. Our room 333 was way too small for 2 ladies. The location is just perfect for us. Having the eating restaurants, club downstairs made our travel more enjoyable. However, the front desk staff might need more training when it comes to service. The phone rang too many times & I had to call twice to get somebody. They should apps be train to handle some conceirge general local questions if they have gone home for the night.

I had no real complaints about my 2-night stay - had a comfy clean small room - EXCEPT for the roar of the water going through pipes behing thin walls! This probably wouldn't bother a sound sleeper, and maybe not all rooms are adjacent to the rushing water... but it was startling. Housekeeping had some lapses re towel replacements, but that's pretty standard fare everywhere these days.

We stayed on the 5th floor and the bass from the nightclub at the base of the hotel was VERY loud at 1am. There were other hotel guests complaining about the noise at the front desk. Finally they moved us to a higher floor where the noise was not noticeable. As long as "Club New York" is on the premises, I will not be staying there again. Friendly service, and good price for NYC.

hotel is in good location, but the room is small, and very noisy. couldn't get a good sleep during the night. tried to move to a quiet room, but still very noisy.

I actually changed hotels because the accomodations where not what I had asked for but they said they would refund. However, Hotels.com has not refunded me yet even though the hotel assures me the money has been returned. The hotel was very nice about it and I did recommend it for my sister who ended up having a great room. I would suggest to stay there, it is close to everything and the Hotel is very old world charm which is a bonus.

This hotel is quite convenient to Grand Central station (but in a nicer area) and is also close to many good restaurants. The rooms are small, but well appointed- my tiny room had a large screen tv, a desk, and a marble bathroom. It was perfect for me because I wanted a nice, clean space to rest in while in NY. The downside? The ice machine area was a mess, with broken ceiling tiles leaning against the wall, and dirt and dust on the floor. My ice cubes had small black flecks in them, and one large black chunk of I'm not sure what. Ick! I tossed the cubes and let the front desk know about the situation. To their credit, they apologized, and immediately brought 3 bottles of water to my room, and offered to get me ice from another floor.

The Hotel is comfortable and centrally located. My room was clean and quiet. The staff aims to please.

Good hotel at a great location. Close to the Subway as well as Midtowns best Burger resturant on West 49 / 3 Ave. The room we stayed in was very small as well as the bed but there was no problem for two people to stay in the room for one night. I recommend the hotel for people who will stay in NY for a night or two.

Convenietly located, Staff is friendly and helpful. Asked to move to a less moisy room and they tried their best to accomodate. Hotel was full

At midnight the night before I impulsively decided to see some friends in NYC for the night. The Radisson Lexington fit the bill perfectly in terms of price, location and services. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and staff did amazing job to get us the room that was perfect. Perfect place to stay and great price. We will be back:)

Due to cosmetics and up keep, in addition to the extremely small room( single queen hotel room), I felt uncomfortable. All of the staff was courtesy and professional at all times. The hotel was in the great location and walking distance from many places, Times Square, Empire State Building, Grand Central Station and tons of shopping.

Great location. Clean room and a Starbucks in the Lobby. Would stay there again.

This was my first time at this hotel and it was outstanding. The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. The room was warm and clean and had everything you needed. I recommend everyone to stay here if your in the city.

Ok stay and close to 5th Ave/Grand central station

The hotel was modern and clean, the room was extremely small and cramped. The staff was not helpful at all in providing advice on attractions and dining etc, the staff also refused to provide an extra blanket when the room got a bit chilly

My recommendation would be to find another hotel. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to call maintenance at 10 pm because the toilet wouldn't quit flushing (i'm talking industrial toilet with the handle I push with my shoe), and the dresser drawer wouldn't close. The room was so small that I couldn't get around the bed with the dresser drawer permanently open. Not a good experience.

Rooms are small, worn out, and my non-smoking room smelled like urine and cigarettes.

I was able to walk to Grand Central Station every day to take the train to my customer site. The proximity to everything is second to none. Interesting amenity set up with the hotel space but all was pleasant.

i took an order of three days firstly ,but i want to stay in NY longer ,then i took another tow days order when i sit in the lobby of radisson. i asked the manager whether i need to move to another room and i did not want to move , they told me:" no ,you needn't. "" are u sure" i asked again and given by the same answer. But when i came back to the room in the next evening ,somebody i don't konw open the door and told me he moved into the room in the morning. i worried about my Luggage ,but Radisson didn't sure where it was ,cause they could not connect with the cleaner with the key of cleaner's room. The old lady i didn't konw her name did not show patience and made me little angry.I had to move to another room ,and tole them give me a toothbrush. they said ok ,but no one gave me that before i call them again. The next moring ,the cleaner gave me a lardge plastic bag full of my goods,but there was a pair of socks not belong to me,the sock with smell, wow! how lucky i was! a pair of sock with smell.

Had to make a last minute reservation in NYC, chose this hotel for location and for price. We found the staff to be very helpful, we were upgraded to a larger room which we appreciated. It was clean and comfortable.

This is our second time at the Radisson and hopefully it will not be our last. The location is great for us - easy to get downtown, uptown and to the West Side either walking or public transportation. The staff is very pleasant and helpful., The room was small but that is NYC! There is a great Chinese restaurant in the hotel as well as Starbucks in the lobby.

These matchbox rooms are okay if you won't be in there much and are solo. The Full bed would be tough for two used to a queen or better. Easy walk to Grand Central for Shuttle to Times Sq. Or you can walk 3 blks North for lines unavailable at Grand Central. Staff generally friendly.
