Very satisfied overall. Met our needs for an overnight stay for a cruise the next day. The setting wasn't that great--not a good place to walk around if you have free time, but that wasn't really that important to us. Very good continental breakfast, with more variety than most. Shuttle from airport & to port was very much appreciated.

The hotel was close to 95 and airport. Although the beds were so uncomfortable, the single night we stayed was almost a waste...

I was not happy about the situation once we arrived at the hotel. It did not offer free shuttle to Port of Miami, even though HOTELS.COM stated so at the time of booking. It was non-refundable so we had to arrange shuttle service on our own. I give the hotel itself a 4. They tried very hard to satisfy me. My complaint is with hotels.com.FYI There is no hotels in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood that offers free shuttle to Port of Miami!!!

My room smelled bad. The hallways smelled bad. The sheets had OBVIOUSLY not been changed. Nor the blankets.

Better than average continental breakfast--- comfortable room--- transportation from airport, & to port was much appreciated--- Setting not the greatest, but it didn't matter to us b/c we were just there for the day before the cruise-- All in all a good stay, and we would recommend it---

My stay at the days inn was a pleasant one. I was well received by the staff and felt at ease coming in to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed in this hotel only one night before cruise. staff are very helpful. room is very clean. free shuttle bus to fort and free internet and breakfast.

We stayed here for one night prior to our cruise out of Miami. This is an older hotel just off the highway. There is not much around the area, with very little choice for restaurants.

good value: breakfast, clean, nice, staff efficient, etc...

The hotel is clean. but our bed is little bit uncomfortable.

We were pleased with the hotel but not so much with the room. Although we booked a non smoking room, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. I wanted to get in the shower and get out as fast as I could. The location was not very good - far from anything to do or any nice places to walk. The Breakfast was fairly good variety, but mostly refined carbs, so not very healthy.

Amy at Days Inn was really nice and helpful we will be staying in this hotel again next year it was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was older and could use some updating for sure. We should have requested non smoking. We received a smoking room and you can tell it was smoked in, still had the "reak" of cigarette smoke. On the other hand it was right next door to a Denny's which the service was excellent! The hotel shuttle service was also great, no problems and friendly staff. It gets extremely busy during cruise days so we when arrived early Saturday morning they offered to stow our luggage while we toured the city of Miami while waiting for our room to be ready. Overall I would stay here again for convenience.

very good to get from the airport or to your cruise, prepare it is a busy hotel lobby when cruises are leaving, clean place and friendly staff. Nothing around to walk to except the Dennys next door.

We stayed here on an overnight to Orlando and were satisfied overall. Good location but less than sterling service. rooms smelled a bit musty at first and had to change twice before reverting to the original, which became more tolerable once it was aired out. breakfast was excellent and although there isn't much within walking distance in the neighbourhood, it was conveneintly located within a five minute ride of the airport and the oakwood, Hollywood area.

I went to several hotel sites before booking our room for a one night stay. We needed to be early for a cruise. It was very convenient to the airport and the port. Great place for just overnight.

I was a little concerned when the cab brought me to the hotel as the area looks a little rundown - but nothing to worry about. It was completely save - I walked up to the Denny's by myself at midnight. Other than not being able to get a shuttle to the hotel because no one answered the night arrived, I thought it was because I came in late, but it wasn't, they just didn't answer cause they were very busy at that very late hour. The shuttle to the cruise boat was late but that was of no concern because I was extremely early in getting to the boat, which was only less than 10 minutes drive from the hotel, plus it was free so no complaints there. I thought the entire staff was very friendly even the over stressed night girl who had some "crabby" customers kept a smile on her face.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was very conveinently located to everything we needed. I would reccomend this hotel and would stay there again.

We chose this motel because it was close to airport and cruise port and there were smoking rooms. We were a little apprehensive after reading some of the bad reviews. We found it to be a fairly nice place, okay breakfast. Good for an overnight stay. Lots of cruisers taking advantage of the shuttle.

Room was clean and functional and rate was reasonable; location is good near FLL and I95 and park'n fly option is excellent. Will be back.

Decent price for basic amenities, central location, easy access off highway. Good variety for continental breakfast, changed daily. Free Wi-fi, mini fridge in room. Roaches in room, iron burn in carpet, cigarette burn in sheets, room in floor with pool hallway reaked of chlorine. Parking at night is an absolute nightmare, not enough spaces and spaces very tight if you're lucky enough to get one, car could be towed if you park at neighboring Denny's.

Missed a flight and needed a safe, clean, and cheap place to stay overnight and this hotel definitely fit the bill. Don't expect luxury accents, but it was a good, solid option. Pluses: front desk was helpful and cheery at check-in and in getting the airport hotel, the room was clean and spacious, towels and sheets clean and comfortable. Negatives: the TV has premium channels but not all were sharp, the bathtub took a while to drain, the sink was outside the bathroom, and except for the Denny's across the street, there is nothing else to walk to. It is not exactly next to the airport, but there is an hourly shuttle.

This is a nice hotel to stay in. I would recommend this one if your going on a cruise. Only thing is that they shuttle you there but you do have to find your way back. Cab can run you, 25-40. But still cheaper that parking at the docks runs you around 15+ a day. We left our car there and had no problems. There are police driving around regularly and everything is safe in the area. Things are quiet in this are no nightlife. They are right off the Interstate easy to get to and out of. Rooms are big and nice. A ***** 5 STAR breakfast. Fantastic. There is a resturant right next door which you get a discount at.

We used this hotel for a one night stop over and one night when we returned from our cruise. The hotel was very clean, the staff were just excellent and went out of their way to make our stay very satisfactory. There were 19 if us going on a cruise and we all had rooms. The continental breakfast was excellent. A far as all of us were concerned if your going on a cruise this is the place to stay. The shuttle servicer to the port was excellent.

I am from the Miami/Hollywood area, but moved to Orlando 8 years ago. I often go down to hollywood to visit friends. I ALWAYS stay at this days inn. It is always very clean, well maintained, dennys across the street makes for a good meal any time of day. The location is easy in and out, gas station right across the street. Not a hectic area at all.

We specifically asked and rechecked when I made the reservation, that the shuttle would take us to the Miami port, even gave hotel staff name of ship when making the reservation, at check in and next morning at check out. However, they do not. We did not find this out until the shuttle that we were told to wait on arrived 45 minutes late and informed us they only go to fort lauderdale port. When I explained to front desk staff what happened, all they could say was "oh yeah, we don't go to port in Miami", then offered to call me a cab for would have cost an additional $80-$90. We got ourselves to port and checked in with only minutes to spare...not how we wanted to start our vacation. The customer service was terrible and the poor response to their lousy service just made the whole experience worse.

The hotel was conveniently located, confortable and clean. we just spent one night there as we needed to fly from FLL airport early in the morning. We would not use the place for an extended stay as the surrounding does not offer much.

Every time I come down to Hollywood, if this hotel has a good ddeal, i try to stay here. I love the location, easy on and off of 95. Clean. And very close to everything you can think of! Love having a 24/7 dennys across the street. The hotel staff is friendly and hotel was very clean.

The hotel overall was clean, it served its purpose. It was a place to shower and sleep for a couple of hours, I would not stay more than a day or two. The breakfast was very minimal.

We were moved from room 313 to 415 because it had roaches. Room 415 carpet was dirty. I would have changed hotels if I could have gotten my money back. That is one of the disavantages of using Hotels.com. They have your money and you are stuck.

From the moment I checked in the service provided was outstanding. The staff members are very knowledgeable with the surrounding area and are very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast could have been a better selection of hot foods but it was good overall. I stayed on the 6th floor the room was very nice the bed was a little harder than I would have like but we made it work.

After driving for 2 hours in a torrential rain the Hotel was very easy to find from the freeway. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs , biscuits and gravy , and everything a mre expensive place would have.

The staff working the front desk were very helpful and really great. We needed shuttles to and from Port Everglades and the Airport and they were most accomodating. The drivers, Jean in particular, were very chatty and quite friendly. All in all a really great crew. the hotelwasn't amazing but it's continental breakfast in the morning was tasty and the room was quite clean with good water pressure. Those are the two things we look for first in a good hotel. For a quick stay in Fort Lauderdale this hotel is recommended very highly.
