Eldorado Hotel Casino - رينو

I booked a 2 bed NON SMOKING room. My mother got to the hotel well before me and so she checked into the room. They gave her a Smoking room, saying its all they had avail.I get there and walk into the room and knew I could not sleep in the heavy smoke filled room... When I called the front desk and said I reserved a non smoking room the Manager said that since I booked thru Hotels.com the request is just that, A REQUEST and all the non smoking rooms were taken. I then explained to him that I expected what I booked and he cut me off! I will make a formal complaint with Hotels.com . The hotel is fine as far as location and room comfort... Oh yeah, they moved us to a Non Smoking room, after he thought twice about an unhappy woman, at 12:30 AM down at his front desk not leaving without a different room. what a jerk he was.

The Eldorado Hotel has excellent service from the moment you drive into the valet parking, front desk, bellman and all around service.. The staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs throughout the Casino. I have stayed at all the others in the city. Eldorado Hotel is my favorite..

room was better than expected felt like royalty have stayed nearby for the same rate with way less

The room I requested was to have a King bed. The room I recieved had 2 queen beds....a disappointment. Other than that the facility was clean, convenient and accommodating.

I think a Motel 6 would have a better choice that this place! I made my reservation and booked a Non Smoking King. When we arrived we were given a room with 2 queen beds and they claimed it was non smoking. The only non smoking part of the room was it did not have a ash tray. We did not sleep well and felt "dirty" when we left! TERRIBLE

Very nice place to stay, would highly recommend this hotel. Only problem was a very dark large stain on the carpet just inside the door. Other then that everything was nice and clean and service was great.

I must admit that Reno has not always been my favorite place to take off to for a weekend trip. However, staying at the El Dorado has completely changed my mind. The staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was AMAZING in every way, and all of the restaurants and shops were a hit. I definitely plan on going back to Reno within the near future and staying there again. 5 stars all the way.

I requested a king size got two doubles. They keep telling us that are room would be ready in half hour three hours went by no room. Finally a room no sorry or coupons to make up for time lost. The beds were in such bad shape and out the window was a big wall to see. We will not stay at this hotel again.

$9 resort fee that I was never told about just showed up on my bank statement. Also, had little sleep because of the college party going on until 4am in the room next door.

It was hard to find the check in desk. The desk was not in a convinent location. The pric for food at the buffet was way too much for what they served.

I always enjoy my stay at the Eldorado....sometimes i just relax on my trip and sometimes i stay busy with many things to do. I like the huge antique store that is just down the street from the hotel. I also enjoy the shows and food. The rooms are always nice and clean and the service is great.

good water pressure, hot showers, clean rooms with nice sheets and pillows. didn't use any of the other features of the hotel

The description of the room is incorrect. It says free WIFI but there is a $7 @ day charge if you want WIFI. The television does have free limited internet access to e-mail, etc. (no downloads). There is a bridge from the parking garage to the hotel that is very convenient. The parking garage is also secure as there is parking attendant.

The hotel is linked to the Silver Legacy and Circus Circus casinos via interior walkways, in downtown Reno. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and restaurant selection is varied and good. Recommend to everyone.

The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator was not available for personal use. It was stocked with the hotel's mini bar and if we removed anything from it, we would automatically be charged. When I was checking out, I overheard someone arguing that they were charged for something they did not consume. The desk clerk said that someone wws goning to confirm it and they would have to wait. If that would have happened to me,this would be very inconenient for me as I hate being delayed.

A/C thermostat was not operating properly. The room and hotel facilities were very good.

On check in the staff was not very friendly and tried to put us and our kids in a smoking room. The room we did get was too hot, the thermostat didn't work, and there was no remote for the TV. It was a place to stay, but nothing beyond that.

The Eldorado Hotel in the heart of the "Biggest Little City In the World" Reno is a great place to stay. The staff is very helpful and accommodating to your needs. The hotel offers access to the Silver Legacy and Circus Circus to all without having to leave the indoor space and the restaurants under that same roof are good and convenient as well.

I have stayed twice in the last couple months at El Dorado and I have been extremely satisfied with the rooms - huge and so comfy - and the service is out of this world! I stayed during an economy rate both times and you would never know it. I won't stay anywhere else and I have stayed just about everywhere in Reno. It's El Dorado for us and no where else!!!

Upon checking in we were given a free upgrade since it was my husband's birthday. There is free internet. The buffets were reasonably priced with a wide variety of food. You can stay in the hotel and walk to two other hotels.

Got to Reno afer a 7 hour drive.We got checked-in. To our surpraise we had a surcharge of 9 dollars a day after Hotels.com told me our revs. Were paid in full but we let that slide. The Hotel as a whole is nice but they may need to focus on a little more customer service. If your going to gamble great place if you want to take walk and venture outside of the hotel there's not much to see alot of closed boaded up building and a lot of homeless people hang around asking for hand-outs. If that's not enought there was road construction right outside the hotel on 2 sides of building for about a 5 block area. Even our GPS got loss. But for the price it worked for us and we played for most of the 5 day we were there.

Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Reno and makes it a excellent point to visit the rest of the casinos that make their home in the area. The room was ample size with nice comfortable bed and excellent choices for Shampoo and conditioner. The towels are to die for but don't as there are better things to do downtown!! The parking is free you just have to lug your bags from the parking facility across the street to the front desk- good exercise. Food is not cheap but you can go down one block and get yourself an "Awful -Awful" Hamburger as was showcased in Food Wars for a competitive price. There are ample liquor stores in the walking area so you can take beer for the room. Bottom line-Excellent hotel for the price.
