View from Hotel was fab, right over the marina and fort. Room was very comfy with all amenities but quite small for the [full] price.

Beautiful old hotel, with high ceilings and lovely furnishings. Our room was really two smallish rooms (sitting and sleeping), both with French balconies overlooking the Bay of Naples. The staff were very cordial, and sent us to a marvelous, if pricey, restaurant nearby for an unforgettable birthday dinner, complete with plates of fresh porcinis and an ethereal dessert souffle. The Archeological Museum is a must see, especially if you are planning to visit Pompeii or Herculeum; the Museum has a model of Pompeii and the stunning sculptures, decorations and murals taken from those ruins, and seeing them will greatly enhance your appreciation of the homes, achievements and arts of these ancient Roman citizens.

We only spent one night in Naples so we did not doing any sightseeing but the hotel was in a good spot to see over the harbour and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It is also very handy to the ferry terminal and the front desk was helpful in supplying timetables. The taxi rides can be an event in themselves and be careful about how they charge you to get to the hotel.

Very well run hotel

I first stayed in the Hotel Santa Lucia when I was a little boy in 1965. The improvements have been outstanding. Rooms have latest modern comfort with classic fine furniture as i remember it. Service is outstanding, the view is the best in Naples and the whole stay was very pleasant. The only drawback was the expensive use of internet. While in most hotels we visited it was free, in this hotel it was through Vodafone with expensive credit card charges and very slow. Otherwise great stay.

Great location, room was OK by european standards. Asked front desk several different questions always got abrupt rude responses i.e. was tour with english speaking guides was assured they would be then tour guides changed halfway through tour and we had an only italian speaking guide from h*** He took us to places not on tour list because other passengers tipped him and requested the stops we got back 2 hours to late and we had dinner reservations with another couple that we missed. asked to get a cab on checkout because there was a disturbance outside the hotel and we were two women alone and was told to walk around the corner and when I asked if we would get out she said who knows Why have a door man who just watched us go. buffet leaves much to be desired. Maid entered room on last day as we went to buffet at 7 am and check out was not unitl 11. we saw her in the hall said we were not done and when we got back she had moved our things and got room cleaned for other guests. I could go on but you get the picture. there are several hotels along this street choose another one!!!

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. View and location were outstanding. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful but not overly so. Absolutely no real complaints.

レストランが改装中だったのでロビーが狭くなっていましたが、全体的に落ち着いたローカルのホテルという感じでフロントの人もフランクで心地よかったです。 シーサイドビューの部屋だったため、目の前に卵城が望め、朝焼けは夕焼けも綺麗にみれてとてもよかったです。

インターネットがフリーで使えると言うことでしたが まったく使えませんでした。 ハウスキーピングは非常に印象がよかったですが ホテルのフロントは不愛想で印象はよくありません。 リノベーション中とのことですが、５つ星というのなら それなりのサービス・設備が必要かと。 また全体的に塗料の匂いが充満していて不快でした。

Leider konnte auch die perfekte Lage die Mängel des Hotels nicht wett machen. Der ganze Lobby-Bereich war eine Baustelle. Die Hotelbar und das Restaurant waren sogar komplett geschlossen...und das in der Hauptsaison!!!! Zum Glück war der Baustellenlärm nicht störend. Wir hatten ein Standard-DZ gebucht und waren von der Grösse des Zimmers negativ überrascht. Also in einem 5* Zimmer sollt man für 2 Koffern Platz haben.... Dem war aber nicht so. Ziemlich eng. Schade. WIFI-Code war nur jeweils 24h gültig. Auch musste man sich immer wieder neu einloggen. War sehr kompliziert, zeitaufwendig und überhaupt nicht komfortabel.

治安のよいところ、景色のよいところをさがしてこちらを家族で利用しました。オーシャンビューの部屋を予約したのでバルコニーからの眺めは、海も山もすばらしく、満足のいくロケーションでした。 トリプルルームにエキストラベッド（ソファーベッド）をセッティングしたので、部屋は、多少狭く感じました。（価格の割に狭いかも） レストランスタッフは、接客態度も良く、朝食もおいしくいただくことができました。 残念だったのは、フロントスタッフで、英語も通じにくかったです。また、先に話をしていたにもかかわらず、後から来たイタリア人グループを優先させたことは、不愉快でした。 部屋もクレームを言わない（言えない）日本人は、条件の良くない部屋なのかなと感じました。
