We spent our honeymoon at this hotel 38 years ago and they haven't missed a step. The rooms are pretty much as I remember them, but not run down in the least. Recent remodeling has kept the place updated and classy. Stay here. You'll like it!

The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff was nice. The rooms are tolerably clean but nothing to brag about. There was a dirty towel under the sink in our room which is a no no. The food was TERRIBLE in the restaurant. I cannot stress that enough. It was super salty and very poorly prepared. All in all, this place is a great resource you are driving, tired, and need a clean enough, safe place to stop. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying there. Forget about eathig there unless you get something that is impossible to mess up like scrambled eggs or Toast. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to ruin that. Just fast or bring your own food.

We really enjoyed our stay here, from the comfortable lobby, hepful desk clerks, beautiful restaurant and grounds, to the large comfortable room at such a good price. our first time with this chain..we will look for other of their hotels.

What a wonderful surprise. Wish we couls stay longer. Large room, elegant bedding, comfortable bed. Ate dinner in the newly remodeled dining room. Had Rocky Mountain Trout. Excellent.

Excellent on-site restaurant, gift-shop, and coffee house. Beautiful resort; very reasonable price. Only drawback were lots of mosquitos in the area, but not much can be done about that by the resort.

The room had a funky smell, but was otherwise clean. My son spilled baby formula powder all over the floor and after I called housekeeping, they were quick to come vacuum it up before it got all over even more. A little disappointed the pool wasn't open, since that's why we chose to stay there, but it was still a nice stay.

This was an overnight stop from Denver Airport to Custer State Park. Great Hotel and Location, very helpful staff we arrived late at 1:30 am due to delayed flight. No problem, lovely breakfast, highly recommend.

Little America Cheyene was nice,however our room needed updating. I peeked in the room next door, and it was worse - had a "country" theme; little flowers pattern on the bedspread. We were in the lodge close to the golf course - very quiet. The bathroom mirror had streaks, but the rest of the room was cleaned well.

Very nice hotel. Relaxing. Nice flat screen tv but would have been nice if you could order movies. Wanted a coke and had to go to three machines before one worked. All else was great. I would go there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and well organized. It would be a perfect 5 if they provided any kind of complimentary breakfast, but that was the only concern I had. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

This was our second stay at this hotel and both times, the service was great, the food was excellent, the rooms were large, the bathrooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. If and when we visit an area where there is a Little America chain, we will definitely stay there again.

When I made reservations a month out from my stay, I reserved 2 rooms (one with 2 beds & one with a king bed) and my debit card was debited the night I made the reservations (very unusual). Upon arriving, I was told that there was only one room on my reservation. The hotel clerk stated that the hotel was booked, but they had one room available that was under maintenance that they could give me for a reduced price. I had already paid for the rooms. We were told that new wallpaper was being hung but we could have the room. We reluctantly agreed. Upon opening the room we had originally reserved it had one king bed (one of my original reservations). When we went to the room that was under maintainance it had 2 queen beds. Makes one think that these were the rooms I originally reserved and they screwed up. The hotel staff was NOT very courteous acting like we made a mistake. No amends were made nor any apologies. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. I deserve my money back for their error and attitude.

Pleasantly surprised and then disappointed. Good room for the price. Stay away from the bar/restaurant if you are hungry or thirsty. Got to witness argument among staff for about 30mins straight. Apparently, it was more important for them to hash out thier problems than to serve customers. Witnessed everyone in bar have to track down bartender to get drinks, food or even the bill. Once they got her attention, there was another ten minute wait b4 she could actually take care of them. The room was great tho.
