Best Western Plus French Quarter Landmark Hotel - نيو أورليانز

Loved staying so close to burbun street.

Had a great time, everyone at the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was really convienant. Would suggest to anyone.

I found the hotel room quite nice. The staff was very helpful in mapping out our route to different destinations. Right across the street was the Louis Armstrong Park which was an added feature. We were six blocks from Bourbon Street which was away from the noise and the crowds. I would recommend this hotel!

Conveniently located on the edge of the Latin Quarter but not the best part of town

staff friendly, breakfast very good, hotel could be spruced up. Because of all the smokers around the courtyard we did not feel comfortable using the pool area or sitting out.

We had a great time here! The rooms were clean, the service was great! Not too far from bourbon street or the river!

We enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly & helpful. Would have loved a hot tub to sit in after walking about all day.

Had all the things we needed - breakfast to start off the day, pool for the kids at the end of the day, nicely renovated rooms, walking distance to shops/restaurants of the Quarter.

I have enjoyed my stay at Best Western for the quality of their breakfast and location. Excellent bike rental service nearby. Grocery, bistro and restaurant nearby.the most amazing was to hear that Best Western has lodged and taken care for over 2 weeks of people chased out of their house during Katrina. This statement was made by a lady randomly met on the streetcar. She was so grateful to Best Western. Way to go Best Western. But Best Western in New Orleans was the most expensive in the area, and the only one that we could not find discount for our stay from New Orleans publicity booklet and TouristInformation agency. The room was a bit cramped.

We spent one night at hotel on our way to a family vacation in Alabama. Hotel room is snug but still very comfotable. Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very helpful and directed us to surronding destinations. Very close to major attractions and we were able to walk safely as a family, but would not reccomend walking alone. Breakfast is great, all the goodies you need. Shower was hot and best of all ...nice water pressure. We will stay here again next year.

I found this hotel to be perfect for us it was close to the things we wanted to see and far enough that we didn't have to put up with the noise, the continental breakfast was excellent and a big plus, the room was comfortable and clean, parking was a little tight but other than that I give it an A+ I would definitely stay again

I liked the building because of its historic look. I have also choosen Best Western French Quarter for its proximity of the busy French quarter, and the good breakfast offered. I have enjoyed the courtyard beside the pool. the service has been great and friendly. Everywhere in the area you can find some discount from Tourist Information Center for many hotels and some Best Western in the whole Louisiane but not for New Orleans. It has the highest prices, but still reasonnable.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. One of the best locations in the French Quarter. Great front desk personnel to help you in any way with your preferred destination in the quarter or the rest of N.O.

Very close to Boubon Street, but quiet enough to sleep at night! NIce people, helped us with getting a cab, decent breakfast inthe morning. Very friendly staff.

For the price it was definitely worth the stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a little cozy and beds were small but that was the only downside. The free breakfast was a great amenity and the food was always fresh and a nice variety. The bar located downstairs was very convenient and the pool/sitting area outside was nicer that expected. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to Bourbon St and there was a very nice park across the street.

We will definitely come back. 5 Stars all the way. Nice rooms,great location,wonderful service & all the charm of the French Quarter.

About 6 or so blocks to bourbon st., and about the same to river front. The Hotel itself is a bit older, the front staff and bar staff are friendly,. older hotel, the carpets need steam cleaning, not just vacuuming, they were really dirty, and made our white socks dirty walking on them. Water not very hot at certain times.. Price was good, but quality was fair to low fair. I like to see this hotel have a good Clean Up...Hygiene was poor...

I really enjoy the hotel the best part was the breakfast it was so delicious! close to everything the hotel staff were very friendly the room was nice! the walk back to the hotel was great and safe... I will stay her next time we are in new orleans!

Door to room stuck so bab had to hit it with shoulder to open it. One of the elevators did not work also.

The hotel was as expected (clean), and breakfast was fine. The waffles have a fleur-de-lis. The parking costs $20/day plus tax, but that is fairly decent for being on the upper edge of the French Quarter.

Stay was made very enjoyable because of the courteous and helpful staff.

My and my friend went to sty in New Orleans for the first time and this hotel was perfect!! A five minute walk to downtown ad Bourbon street. Close to Cafe Du Monte and all the local tourist attractions. The room was super reasonable and very clean. We thought this hotel was perfect for us and even the outside courtyard had a French quarter theme. We loved out stay!! Would definitely go back!!!

Very filthy, my white socks turned black when walking inside my room. In two consecutive days my room wasn't made, regardless that I left early for business purposes. Also, very loud, lots of party people as it is not far from Bourbon St. I got drunk people fighting next door at 2:00 AM. Police came to kick them out. With amazing hotels in the French Quarter, I'll never come back to that hotel!!!!

The room was great big clean perfect for a couple. The staff was great showing us around and the bar was nice! Breakfast was wonderful fresh and hot! This will be our only place to stay for any occasion!

We stayed at the Hotel for four nights, the location was excellent. It's close to all the major attractions at the french quarter. you can go out and walk in the french quarter in no time. Our shower was dirty, and even after we asked them to clean it( three times) they did not.so that is the only thing that was disappointing. Over all, a good hotel, great location, nice staff.

Dirty room. A hair clip, straw sleeve, and a pair of children's socks were just under the bed. Water for the shower does not adjust correctly and the hot water is scalding.

Great service, especially from the tall black man at the desk. Would return any day!! Loved New Orleans as well.

very nice room, at very reasonable price. 3 blocks from Broubon street, across from louis armstrong park. the breakfast had a large variety, with cold and hot foods. walked surrounding area at night, and did not feel unsafe, though would have to say would not walk it alone.

Great value for the price. Breakfast is good, hot, many choices. Real juices! Rooms are large and the hotel courtyard is quiet and the pool is inviting. I would suggest that you request a room not facing the main street (Rampart) although there isn't any noise to speak fo during the night. We had 2 room at the back of the hotel overlooking the residences behind the hotel... great location. I recommend this hotel! Short walk to heart of French Quarter and Bourbon streets. This hotel is situated on the fringe of the french Quarter... just a great location!

The hotel is situated on the very edge of the French Quarter. The advantage is that it is very peaceful with an excellent interior courtyard and pool. The disadvantage is that is a fair walk to the riverfront area of the FQ and the immediate area is not very busy or well-lit at night. We walked back, but many may want to take a cab.

Good hotel and great location. Very nice personnel. Some issues with noise coming from adjacent property - dogs barking, very loud air conditioner going on and off - but I think that depends on where your room is located. The room could have done with some better cleaning - there were long hairs everywhere, bathroom walls had some dripping marks and some traces of coffee splattered on wall above the bedside table. The hotel is very conveniently located and at a short walking distance from all major attractions.

The people were very nice, but the room had bad oder and dirty carpets....
