The standard room temperature for Delta Hotels is 20°C, so I have followed up with our Executive Rooms Quality Manager to ensure that this standard is being met for all rooms, as well as having the heating system checked for noise every time the room is serviced. I’ve tried to follow up on your file; however, I was unable to trace your reservation based on your screen name. I have since followed up with our Front Office Manager, and have been able to revise procedures for our guests checking in late to avoid them having to stand in line with guests who do not have reservations. We’ve also spoken about blocking rooms based on departure times as well, so that guests arriving late or leaving early receive a quiet night’s rest. Again, your feedback has been tremendous in resolving these issues to avoid them in the future, and we look forward to seeing you again next time!

In the fall and spring it can be more challenging for our automated system due to the fluctuation of the weather in Calgary - you can go through four seasons in a day! We have been trying various proactive solutions to combat this issue with our current heating/cooling system. Next time you visit, please let a Front Desk Agent know if you encounter this problem again, so we can remedy the situation immediately and ensure you have a comfortable stay.
