The hotel is great if you have an early flight the next morning out of Calgary. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was very quick. The things we didn't like were the internet was very slow and the room was hot. Becuase it is an older building the airconditioning cannot be cooled down by each room. They did bring a fan to the room. The bed comfort was fine for a night or two, but not a longer stay, they are not pillow top. The rooms still have the old style TV's, not flat screens, which for the cost of the room for each night I felt was not acceptable. It was great to be able to at 4am to walk with your bags right into the check in area of the airport and if we had an early flight again we would stay there.

It was quick, in late out early. Check-in was excellent.

Very late arrival after overseas flight with an early am departure made this the ideal place to sleep. Courteous checking staff and advise on where and she. To check in for am flight made it less stressful and easy. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

The Delta Calgary Airport could not be any better placed for the convenience it offers. A heavy snowfall the day before an early morning flight gave me the motivation to go up the night before, thereby removing all the stress from getting to the airport, which was literally steps away from the hotel's front door. And the flight left on time.

Very convenient for our 8:00 a.m. flight departure time and our return at 11:00 p.m. a week later as we live three hours from Calgary. Reception staff were especially pleasant and helpful.

We like to stay at the Delta at the airport prior to our flights becuase of the convience. Hotel is very clean and comfortable but I think for the cost of a room there should be free WI5. We called the front desk an hour and a half prior to check out resqeusting a bell hop to help with the luggage and no one ever did show up.

Convenient for overnight before a early morning flight. Enjoyed the hot tub and the friendly staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Would choose it again for a relaxing night before a overseas flight.

As a result of a calendar mix-up on my end; I arrived 1 day early for my reservation late at night. Erik at the front desk was completely understanding. Albeit the hotel was apparently full; Erik did find me a room; I was able to get a good nights' sleep and depart for my international trip rested the next morning. I saw others in the airport who had to do the night in an airport chair. Thank You Erik. (I have actually seen Erik at one other venue at the airport which I believe he works part time- and he has also been completely helpful to me. If You travel through YYC regularly; You may have seen him. I will try to grab him a Tim Hortons' coffee when ever I get a chance...Hopefully his manager(s) at the Delta will see this review) MM

Stayed here twice in one week. FIrst time, arrived late so it was really convenient to just walk across the road at the airport, check in and be in bed in a matter of minutes Beds are really comfortable. In the morning, we were able to rent a car and start our trip. Car rentals are very close, just outside the hotel. The second time we stayed there, the cost was about $100.00 less and breakfast was included. We checked our bags and returned to the hotel for a nice breakfast and then went back to the airport. The hotel is quiet and people friendly. Really convenient place to stay if arriving late or leaving early. Can return the car right there and just walk a hundred feet or so to the entrance to the hotel.

I had a very early flight and needed to be at the airport before 4 a.m. Delta airport was perfect for me! I ate dinner, went to bed early, had a wake up call, shower and walked to my flight. Perfect!

Can't beat the location and I'm happy to pay more to stay in the airport. Hotel staff was helpful, efficient and friendly - much needed while traveling. We will stay here again.

I used my Visa card to secure a reservati0on for a friend from Ottawa on the above dates. When she and i arrived at the hotel they were unable to switch the amount to her credit card because as they said, I had paid hotels.com for the reservation! This was very inconvenient as my friend had to give me a cheque. Also I just discovered today that a meal and parking were also charged to my Visa although the hotel had an imprint of her card! I had already paid the parking at the desk in cash so that should never have appeared on the bill. i am very annoyed with this whole thing!! I'd like a reply from you!!

Late night airport stop over with easy access and great check in service. The room and bed very comfortable. The only issue was the wet yellow water on the bathroom floor and the huge wet spot on the carpet by the bed. I threw towels over the offending areas and went to sleep.

Room and carpets definately need some upgrading. Bathroom was very small. Bathroom faucet leaked, wallpaper seams were seperating and very visable - a quick glue would fix that. Overall, quiet, clean and comfortable.

I did not arrive at the hotel until 11:30'ish on the 9th. The walk to my room was a trek. I was on the 7th floor, 759, the farthest room to reach. I was exhausted and this really wore me out. I had reserved a room many many weeks ago, so, I thought the room might have been a bit more convenient. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

WELL SADLY, WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. NOT WORTH THE PRICE EVEN WITH THE HELP OF HOTELS.COM ALWAYS’S A PLEASURE BOOKING WITH YOUR COMPANY. BUT FOR BEING A DELTA WAS SADLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE STATUS OF THIS HOTEL. FOR BEING A CANADIAN COMPANY I EXPECTED MORE FOR THEM. IM NOT SURE THE STANDARDS OF THIS HOTEL BUT THEIR FRONT DESK WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL.

This hotel is directly accross the drop off zone for departures at the Calgary Airport and is very clean & comfortable with good service. Have stayed the night before an early morning flight several times with a family of 6 and always works without a hitch - even able to get side-by-side rooms with access door between for family convenience.

Great location, right at the airport, no shuttle required. Ver pricey!!!!!!!

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The main reason was the close location and access to the airport as I was just an overnight guest catching an early connecting flight in the morning. The service at the desk was #1 and my room was very clean and spacious. Thank you for this great service to people who must stay overnight for that connecting flight!

Our air conditioning didn't work... the room was really warm, so we turned it on and went to dinner but it didn't cool down by the time we returned. I called the front desk, and they did offer to change rooms (too late - 1 person already sleeping) or to bring us a fan.

I found the hotel convenient as I came into Calgary with an overseas flight and wanted something close. It is practically part of the airport, and was very convenient also to pick up the rental car the next day (the rental car office is also next to it). It's overpriced however, so if you don't have many time constraints look for something else.

Clean, comfortable room, great bedding, helpful staff, perfect for an early am flight. Two small issues: (1) Our room refrigerator wasn't cold (possibly not plugged in, but we weren't about to pull out the fridge and root among the cords stuffed behind it) so we lost a sandwich that was going with us on the flight, and (2) the light bulbs were so dim we could barely read. We were so tired we never contacted the desk for help, so no real complaints. A warning for passengers to the US: you'll go through US Customs in the Calgary Airport prior to boarding a flight to the US. We were in the airport for our 7:45am flight by 5:45 am. Lines were already long and it took nearly an hour and a half to clear customs and security. This hotel just outside the terminal sure makes the morning rush a lot easier. They even gave us the customs form we'd need the next morning when we checked in.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed - a quiet, comfortable room right at the airport. It was so convenient for late and/or early flights, when you don't want to deal with the hassels of rental cars and shuttles. You can walk right to the hotel from the terminal.

I thought they should have provided breakfast based on the room rate. I felt that the 40$ extra charge for the other 2 adults was excessive. Rather than pay the 35$ for 1 night parking we just used the park and jet. Rooms were quiet and they upgraded us at no cost to queen beds which was appreciated.

Extremely convenient and clean.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room - the perfect hotel for our overnight in and out of Calgary.

This hotel is literally in the Calgary airport and there fore has a wonderful location. It has a large atrium and if you ave a room facing onto this central area, the noise filters up into your room. Their pool is located here and so you could hear all the children playing in the pool. Also, very very expensive for an ordinary hotel room

I was amazed that I heard NO PLANES in spite of the fact that the hotel is attached to the Calgary Airport. My room was exceptional. Thamk you for a quiet, restful night.

The hotel location is very convenient, the pool was cold and breakfast should be included in the room fee. Michael

While the location was OK for those seeking a night close to (right at) the Calgary Airport, this would be a good choice. However it is overpriced and in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The window mechanism in the room was either full open or closed, and this combined with the totally unadjustable temperature setting resulted in a real challenge to get the room comfortable for sleeping. I probably would not stay there again.

Better than expected

We were so happy we booked a night here. We arrived fairly late and were exhausted from a very long day of traveling. When the receptionist found out we had been in transit for over 24 hours she upgraded our room to a beautiful spacious suite. I had never been so happy and so grateful. The room was beautiful, the service was great and the breakfast the next morning was delicious.

This hotel is very convenient for airport travel but the hotel is tired and in need of some upkeep. It is unfortunate that the pool and hot tub close so early.

I t was a short but great stay at this hotel. We really liked having it so close to the airport as we flew out very early the nest morning. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
