not sure if i had clean sheets ,had a spider in the bed overall the stay was fine

I was there for a conference and I parked my car when I got there and didn't have to move until I checked out. Exactly what I was looking for.

very comfortable & quiet

It's a great place for me because I was having a conference at the Hilton Hotel in a 3-minute walking distance. The staff there were friendly and the building has security lock so I feel safer during the stay. They provide free coffee from 6 am to 10 am every day. Transportation is not a problem. There are several care rental places in walking distance, and there is also a MARTA station (5-minute walk) and that's how I get to the airport ( the transportation time is around 30 minutes).

Good rooms, fine price. Friendly service.

I was worried the location might not be the greatest, but this place is only a few blocks from downtown and the nearest MARTA station. The front desk staff were very friendly and held our bags for us while we explored the city and waited for check-in. From the outside, it doesn't look like much but the bathroom was renovated and the bed comfortable. The only issue was a door that needed to be slammed to close.

Overall very pleased. Would like to have seen basic things in the room such as a coffee pot and blow dryer as well as shampoo's etc... The staff went above and beyond to help with check in and out. Will stay again when we are in the area.

You are right on a loud highway, the air conditioner was moldy smelling, they gave us one tiny bar of soap for 2 people,homeless people acost you entering and leaving

From the beginning to the end, the stay was my worst hotel experience EVER. As I attempted to check in, I was told the incorrect check out date twice and one of the clerk's tried to swipe my card for payment again. In fact, it took me speaking with four different employees before I was even checked in. Upon seeing the room, I decided it should be called a dungeon. There was barely room to move around comfortably and decor was horrible. The bathroom was extremely small and had dingy towels. On the last day, I was privileged to have wash clothes that were torn in several places. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location to the Tabneracle. Free covered parking. Helpful employees. No coffee maker in the room, but everything was great otherwise.

The Motel 6 Downtown is a great place to stay when attending concerts at The Tabernacle. It's an easy walk, less than a mile, to the venue with restaurants along the way. The free parking at the motel makes up for the lack of a coffee pot in the room; however they do have coffee in the lobby. Ben, the night desk clerk, is awesome!!!! He is friendly and super knowledgeable about the area.

Very good location. Free parking in DT ATL is a huge plus! Desk clerk very friendly. Room great. Great price too.

this is the perfect motel if you are on a budget or have limited time to see the city of atlanta. This hotels offers a clean place to lay your head for little money. The hotels does not offer a lot of frills like the bigger chains but the rooms are clean and i felt very safe in this motel. also they throw in free wi-fi and did i mention location, location, location. you are round the corner from everything downtown.... now if motel six can just update the furnishings namely flat screens would be perfect.... just saying....... but all and all great motel for the budget minded travler!!!!!!!

More like motel than a hotel - older & not very fancy - but awesome location near the Hyatt and the Marriott downtown. Would stay there again. Great if you are only there to sleep. Not going to want to spend the day there.

Excellent location, close to Peachtree Center and many attractions in Atlanta. Does not have all the amenities of the big hotel chains but the rooms are clean and the hotel desk staff are excellent with answering any questions. Great price at a convenient location in downtown Atlanta

This is a great deal. Given the location near the heart of downtown, the price is unbelievably low. The accommodations are basic but clean and the staff are very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travelers or tourists on a budget.

The staff was very friendly. Ben was very helpful and friendly as well, For this hotel to just get 3 stars really surprises me. They are in a great location to resturants and the Coca cola center only a 15 min walk. Pretty much a 15min walk to anywhere. The hotel was very clean everyday and the house keeping or staff never bothered you. The best thing about it was the parking your car was always in secure place and you didnt have to pay for valet parking. Loved it. We will def be back.

I was totally, and pleasantly, surprised by the level of service and hospitality from this motel. The convenience factor was great (I could walk every where I needed to go in 10 minutes) and I was treated as though I was staying in a much, much more expensive hotel...and I know, because I've been in much more expensive hotels and been treated as though I owed them instead of vice versa.I commend the manager of this motel. thank you

The hotel was very clean and functional. No frills but we weren't looking for any. Just a nice clean place to lay your head, shower and change. The real nice thing is we didn't have to pay for parking. We were within walking distance of convention activities and restaurants.

When I was booking a hotel for Atlanta, my concerns were that it be close to the world of coca cola and the Georgia aquarium but not high priced! While scanning other hotels I found 99% of them charged to park your car! Not only was the parking free here it was also cheaper than the other chains! The only small issue I had was that my girlfriend and I didn't fit well on the full size bed. We are skinny people but I felt like I'd fall off if I rolled over! It was a very quiet room on the second floor considering I-75 was a few hundred feet away! If your just looking for a place to sleep that is close to the attractions and won't drain your wallet, then this place is for you!!

ben the check-in clerk was so friendly and helpful. room was clean and secure. free parking was a plus! convienent to everything we wanted to do in atlanta. would definately stay there again.

Considering its price and location, this motel is excellent. Its very simple, and the room is small, but if you don't have a lot to spend, it's a great choice. Very clean and really smoke free.

Staff is very pleasant especially Ben. Would really love to see them open up the pool for the guests. This would be very welcome especially during the summer when I visit for the Nationwide Tax Forum every year. Also, maybe a few more smoking rooms available. Thanks for a great stay.

This motel was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and we never got bothered by anybody. The only problem I found was that they only change the bed linens every three days, so you are taking a chance with sleeping on the sheets. Other than that, I would stay here again if I were on a budget.

Pros: 1) Great location downtown 2) Cheap 3) Wireless comes with the price of the room. You have to get the username and password from the front desk. Cons 1) Very very basic 2) Older hotel which hasn't been remodeled for a long time 3) You get soap, aniron and ironing board, but no shampoo. You can buy it in the vending machine 4) Cameras in the lobby, monitoring the parking lot, doesn't give you a warm sense of security Bottom line, if you need a cheap place to sleep right in downtown then this is your place. If you have higher standards then do not book this place.

This hotel meet my expectations. I was in town for a conference at the Georgia Conference Center and saved about $150 a day by staying here instead of the Omni. It is about a mile walk but a pleasant one and lots of restaurants and bars to stop by along the way. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel for the person who is okay with decent/competent accomodations, a big savings and friendly staff.

Me and my parents stayed one night (two rooms). Both rooms were very clean: the bedding and the bathroom. The building was old and needed maintenance, but had a good location — in walking distance from the aquarium and coca-cola museum. The personel was very welcoming, too. Overall, I was very pleased with it and would recommend it to someone who's trying to save money. However, I would not want to stay there longer than one night.

Close to downtown, easily to go there by foot, a lot of homeless people in the whole downtown area and some are hard to get ride of - all over video observation makes the hotel and parking garage relativly secure. Elevator is out of date, but our room was in good condition. If we stay in Atlanta again, we will come back, cost are very fair to performance and location.

BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND DESK PERSONNEL ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOM WAS QUIET EVEN THOUGH WE WERE NEXT TO BUSY FREEWAY. CLOSE ACCESS TO MANY ATTRACTIONS.

This hotel was located very conveniently for the attractions in Atlanta. The free parking was an extra bonus. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

I came for a concert, and the price was perfect for a room I probably wouldn't be spending much time in...which is a bit sad because the rooms look newly renovated and it was one of the nicest motel rooms I've stayed in recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for Atlanta from now on.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are comfotable. It does not serve breakfast. The staff is very helpful and was able to move me to another room when the room I requested was not available. They also know the area. The rate is lower than most hotels in the area

Although the Motel 6 looks crappy from the outside it was an okay stay. The staff, particularly an attendant named Cheryl, was EXTREMELY helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I could find my way around Atlanta. The bathroom was very nice, newly renovated and the room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent hotel for the price, location is close enough to the convention center. Conciere was extremely friendly and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the CNN center. Never felt unsafe at night, it is Atlanta but definately neighborhood improved from the last time I was there 5 years ago. It is a budget hotel so if you are looking for upscale, don't go, but I would absolutely book there again.

I was in Atlanta only for 1 night. No frill hotel; no amenities. 3rd floor was hot but room cooled down after running AC. Very quiet to get good night sleep. Toilet was periodically draining; probably stopper needs to be replaced. Enterprise car rental in front & Marriott and Hyatt a few blocks walking distance. Uncertain about safety if walking around surrounding downtown area at night by yourself; seems dark, isolated and lonely. Not bad during day time.

we had to ride around for about an hour looking for the red roof inn because they had not changed the name on the sign on alarm clock no microwave no refrig. the room was small one head of the bed was located next to the bathroom door. would not recomend it to anyone will not stay there again even if the room was free.

This is an older hotel. Outside appearance is not the greatest. Free parking was great. Parking lot well lit. Room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, better than expected. All staff was super nice. Will stay here again the next time I have to be in downtown Atlanta.
