This hotel needs some major improvements, especially new windows and insulation. This was the noisiest place that I have ever stayed. The sound level was so tremendous that it sounded as if someone were dragging a metal dumpster down the street when an electric bus went past the hotel. Yikes!!!! There were some people on the street in the middle of the night and we could hear every word they said. Not cool. My recommendation is do not stay at this hotel if you want to sleep.

Room was small but cozy. Perfect location ..

Everthing was great and an outstanding location if you want to be where the action is on the wharf. Very close to Pier 39 and trolley line. Don't need a car. Use the shuttle from and to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't stay any other place if we went to San Francisco again

Very busy hotel with prime location - if you want to stay at the Pier - this is it. If you want quiet luxury - look elsewhere.

we were on the go and had a wonderful experience staying at the Radisson.

Hotel staff was incredibly helpful with getting us a bigger room and rollaway for the 5 of us. Rooms recently remodeled- very nice. The location couldn't have been better. We parked the car and walked or took a bus to everything we wanted to do. The kids had a great time. If you want to go to Alcatraz get tickets ahead of time.

The location is excellent but they need to do more updates to the property to bring it up to current standards. The price we paid doesn't match the accomodations we expected. The elevators were small and very old. Need to get rid of the sleep number beds. Very uncomfortable and our kids bed didn't even work. The parking charges were outrageous! You would think that if you pay so much for a hotel then the parking should be reduced or free! Plus the hotel charges a tax for parking!! Also we used the phone to order a pizza and was charged for a local call. The front desk said that was hotel standard! If you book them be sure to add about 50% to what you thought you might spend as they charge for everything! Lastly, when you walk into the lobby you should feel welcome. The porter at the door was the only one to greet me. When I got to the front desk the lady acted like I was bothering her. She took my info,gave me my key, and sent me on my way. No welcome, any info about the hotel, fees I may be charged,etc... Bottom line...needs better customer service and more hotel updates. This will be my last visit to this property.

The hotel had a really good location. Public transit was easily available. The only down side was that the knowledge of the concierges was really poor. They did not know anything about local restaurants and while giving us directions to the Exploratorium they failed to tell us it was closed Mondays.

Close to Fisherman's Wharf and public transportation. We had a room with a view of the bay and Alcatraz. Handicapped facilities were very comfortable.

Exactly as labeled. We checked in late (midnight) and the staff was very accommodating. Everything was excellent. No glitches.

The Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf has a great location with associated every-day type restaurants around the entire block. More upscale restaurants are located within an easy walk. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the outdoor heated pool was great fun.

Stayed here for my 5th wedding anniversary. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. But there are a ton of other hotels near by that would probably have been much better. Our room was so small it reminded us of a cruise ship. The bed was horrific and the pillows were so flat they might as well have not been there. Also, our room was basically in the middle of a parking lot - there was a car parked 4 feet from our room window! And they were doing construction down the hall from us. We had to walk through it to get to the elevator. Not very safe considering we had our 14-month old with us! And the ice machine room had a pair of woman's underwear on the floor all three days we stayed there. No one picked it up! And the hotel concierge didn't seem to know the area at all. The customer service was completely lacking. We will never stay here ever again nor at any other Radisson. My husband teased me the whole time that I picked the "ghetto" hotel. Please don't stay here!

This hotel is perfect located due to access to the most well known atractions in San Francisco. The standard of the hotel is a bit lower than a five star, but if you just are looking for somewhere to sleep, this is the better place to stay.

The hotel locatIon is great but it is too noisy. Try to get rooms on the non- street side.

Location, location, location! Everything else was great too!

Perfect location and outstanding staff. Evan from Arizona helped us check-in and he was probably the most friendly hotel staff that I have ever come across. I can't say enough nice things about him and the staff in general. We were upgraded to a corner bay-view room which was beautiful. Will definitely be back. Thank you Evan!

I liked how the lobby looks but there are a few things I dont like. 1. The fact that you need to pay every Night to back at that hotel 2. That you have to pay for food in the mornings, 3. That I found someone else's buggers on the night stand. 4. There communication with staff members weren't the best but responded very fast. 5. The sleep number beds that they had probably haven't been serviced recently. Beds weren't working correctly. I like the location of the hotel next to food and the wharf, Which was a plus.

Room was dirty.

Good service and convenient to Alcatraz attraction. Overall hotel room is clean however I was there for 2 nights and can smell vomit in my room!

the room was incredibly noisy from the street below,. the front desk clerk who checked us in was wonderful!! She shared my excitement at being in San Fransisco and made it even better!

This was the best place to stay it was not only clean and comforting but it was so convenient and close to the pier and shops. Great place to stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Much better than I had expected! It was a great stay with very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place if you're planning on spending any time around Fisherman's Wharf - Pier 39, or to see Alcatraz Island.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Fishermans Wharf. Unfortunately the hotel is under going major renovations and remodeling.at the moment. Facilities were not as neat and clean as I am sure they are usually. Also a pet peeve of mine is not having an easy chair in a hotel room. Meaning the only place to relax is on the bed or in a desk chair. Hate that!

My new husband and I stayed for one night in our comfortable sleep number beds. Everything was great. However, I got sick with a cold and we decided to stay in and watch a movie on the nice flatscreen. I felt a little robbed but really wanted to watch a good movie since there was nothing else to do. They charged us 17.99 to rent a new release. I could have bought the DVD for that much. The words did not match the actors (at first) and we could not pause or rewind the movie. Other than that we had a great time!

The hotel was under construction so the elevator to the 3rd floor was not open to guests. However, it was accessable, guests just could not use it. Good location - close to Pier 39.

GREAT LOCATION..FRIENDLY STAFF..KIDS LOVED THE HEATED POOL AND FIRE PIT..

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The proximity to Fisherman's Wharf was perfect. Rooms were good and clean. They were doing a renovation while we were there, and I'd like to go back on my next visit to see the updates.

excellent location

I loved the location of the hotel adjacent to Fisherman's Wharf....The main problem I had with our stay was the fact that our neighbors were smokers and had to go outside to appease thier habit and the hotel doors are heavy and when they would exit their room at all hours of the evening the door would slam and it was very disturbing.

Good location, close to Piers and Embarkadero in SF. Poor quality of rooms and outdated equipment, building looks as from 60s

We had a great time over New Years. Great location and service was excellent. The only two minor problems were that they didn't tell us that we had to additionally pay for parking, which was another 45 dollars, and we had no trash can in our room. Like I said only minor problems, but it is in an amazing location and we will be back there again.

There's only 1 positive about this hotel; its location to Pier 39! Rooms, hallways, & doors are so small (less than 32" wide!), it feels like you're in a small cruise ship cabin! The little pool is a joke. The concierge dressed unprofessionally (sloppy) & consistently smelled (flu/vomit)! Bell-Hop help was non-existent. This hotel is terribly outdated, in poor condition, & several decades beyond badly needed renovation or demolishment! For their escalated price of a room, one can only wonder why, just a smidgen of profits have not been reinvested back into this property!? DO NOT accept a room over the road (tracks).....trolley cars will scare you out of your bed/sleep every 7-10 minutes! And the lobby coffee-stand lady can't communicate/understand a single word of English either! And the airport pick-up shuttle arrives late also. And;;;;;;;

WE WALKED RIGHT OUT THE DOOR ONTO FISHERMANS WHARF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BEST RESTAURENTS & BARS

Whilst this hotel has slightly dated decor, the staff re helpful and the location great. Right on fishermans wharf you are close to restaurants etc. It is only 4 blocks from the main tram stop making it really easy to access union square or china town. The staff gave good directions, wifi was free and they booked a cab for our early departure that arrived on time. We had a great stay.

the hotle was ok but the noise at night was frietful since the hotel put us on the traffic side of the hotel, beach street it was very noisy.

We arrived around 10pm. We found the room in clean condition. Parking was far away from the room,no bell service was offered,the bed was extremely hard,the water/coke machine was out of order as was the ice machine. I guess what really offended me of was the $37.00 to park my car in the lot. I have stayed right across the street at the Wharf Inn for less money and no parking fee. I WILL NEVER STAY IN A RADDISON AGAIN. Unfortunately for me the Wharf was full.

relatively small hotel that is near to pier, food etc. but the location is great and convenient and also service is rather good. toilet is abit small, room is clean, only problem is that the aircon is a little noisy, room do need a uplift, but still okay, as the maintenance and housekeeping is pretty good. car park is rather pricey, but this is for the whole of SF.

WANTED TO STAY IN FISHERMAN'S WHARF...IT IS NEAR THE CABLE STATION, PIER 39, SHOPS AND THE FAMOUS BAKERY FACTORY. THERE WAS BIG CHRISTMAS TREE, AND WE HAD RAIN WHEN I WAS THERE, IT WAS NOT VERY BUSY SEASON AS SUMMERTIME ,BUT THERE WERE STILL MANY TOURISTS. HAD WONDERFUL TIME THERE...

This hotel felt more like a motel than a hotel. For the price paid, it was extremely disappointing. The furnishings are bare minimum, giving it that motel feeling. From the parking ramp I saw standing mattresses lined up like books in the 4th story windows. Also, I expect a hotel to have a decent restaurant that offers room service. This hotel has nothing onsite; if you're too tired to go out after a day in the city. your only option is to order in from restaurants in the area. I've rarely been so disappointed by a large hotel chain.

Great Location for all of SF! The room was comfy! Great Parking too....There was a loud party up late so I didn't get the quiet sleep I was looking forward to. Not sure if they had any room not facing the pool area...that would have been better.
