Renaissance Austin Hotel - أوستين

This hotel could be nice if you have a room with a view. The rooms that over look the atrium feel like jail cells. I will not stay here again.

My job gave me a couple of days off And Austin is my favorite place , this was my first time at this hotel It's beautiful great pool indoor and outdoor I was with my husband and 2 children and we were put in a 1 king size bed and they gave us a rollaway bed , the bedroom was only ok. Not great like what you expect for the star rating overall it a good hotel.

Great hotel centrally located between lake travis and downtown will definitely stay there again

Service fantastic, area beutiful, hotel so nice but the beds were hard as a rock! I could not sleep! Also the $4 water bottle I reached for had been opened and refilled with tap water. I'm not sure that I would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and the service was exceptional. I will be returning in the near future. Make sure to stop by the Roaring Fork located off the hotel lobby. Wonderful food!

Had a great night stay! Bedding was so nice and comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and nicely appointed. The service was excellent. We needed some ice and it was brought right up! Really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent hotel, rooms were spacious and urban remodle, Staff is wonderful

We had activities planned at UT Austin during the day but all University-area hotels were booked, so we stayed here as I was familiar with the area. Hotel and surrounding business (shopping, restaurants) was great, and it was only a few minutes (not during rush hour) from the University. Hotel grounds very pleasant and the service was very attentive. Room could have been vacuumed a bit more carefully, however.

Other than the construction and renovation that was going on the hotel was great. The service was top of the line and everyone was helpful and polite.

Loved this hotel for a conference! Smack in the middle of fine dining and fun shopping! Will definitely stay again. Excellent service and very clean. Newly renovated. All amenities.

There's a lot going on this side of town. It's perfect for families and people who want some distance from downtown, where parking is hard to find and things can sometimes be a little too busy.

Service was great. Friendly staff from the valet to the front desk and bar. Only complaint is the Murphy bed in our room (pulls down from the wall). The most uncomfortable bed we're ever slept on. My back hurt both nights we stayed there. The rooms and bathrooms look like they were decorated in the 80s; however, it was very clean.

I stayed at the hotel in 2000 for a school administrators conference and found it to be elegant but this time the hotel has been refurbished and did not find it as elegant as in the pass.

Service is fantastic! We even got a little surprise from our front desk clerk, Nathan. He's great. :) Everything is nice and clean. The location is one of the best reason to stay here. Close to everything! :)

LOVED this hotel and will for sure stay here again!

We only stayed for one night but the location was great, the rooms were very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I can imagine that this would be a great hotel for an extended stay or corporate event.

Wondeful hotel. The service was fabulous and the hotel was gorgeous.

The only way my stay could have been better is if a room with a view of the green zone behind the hotel.

The hotel kept the personal touch even with a large amount of guest on site.

everything was great except the room service was really lacking. two screw ups, and the food quality wasn't that of a 4 **** hotel.

The hotel was very nice but we had requested a single room with a king size bed. Upon arrival, we were told they were booked up but they were giving us a complimentary upgrade to a corner business suite with a Queen size bed. The bed turned out to be a murphy bed - not quite the upgrade that was expected. So we had a huge living space that we didn't need with an unsatisfactory sleeping arrangement that we did need. Room service was fast though and the food very good.

Was the most memorable hotel experience of my life. The atrium is huge and beautiful. The restaurant was very refined.

the sink in the bathroom had a crack but everything else was fine. staff was extremely courteous and helpful. i would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at this hotel on many occassions and it is lovely without being pretentious or stuffy. It's located in a beautiful wooded area of the northwest hills of Austin, surrounded by a well designed neighborhood of shops and restaurants, many within an easy walking distance from the hotel entrance. Major highways are not visible, but very easily accessible. Hotel rooms and public areas are immaculately clean and well maintained. Staff is efficient and friendly. Atmosphere is luxurious, but relaxing. Rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
