good value

We were all happy with the clean rooms, good price and great location off the #1 highway. Were in town for a wedding and it was a great location to connect with the trails, etc.

Nice motel met my expectations. It was located on the west side of downtown, so I was able to see Banff without going thru traffic. Clean, comfortable large room. The worse thing was a lack of elevator, but I managed. I would stay there again if I'm in the area.

The hotel is convienently located and was kept neat and clean. Staff was nice and potile chatted up a conversation with my 3yr old son while he ate his breakfast. Would defiantely recommend it as a nice inexpensive place to stay.

Stayed here for two nights in March. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, although it is a little confusing figuring out how to get off and on the highway and into the hotel roads. The area can be a little bit rowdy at night, but it's mostly boisterous students and overall I think it's a pretty safe neighbourhood. The room was nice, with the sink located outside the bathroom (always nice when there's a bunch of people sharing a room), and there was a fridge and free wireless.

One of the cheapest options in Calgary. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but for the price it's great. Great location, very convenient to downtown on the C train, close to university, buses. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Good room size too. The first room they gave me (non-smoking) still stunk of tobacco from previous smokers. When I told the front desk, he quickly changed me to a non-smelling room. The service at the front desk is polite and friendly, but not much more.

In Motel Village Calgary. Convenient location but noisy - busy 16th Ave, trains very close, doors/walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbours moving about. But fine for the price. Staff was helpful, cheerful - which makes a big difference. Note very small breakfast area.

modest Complimentary breakfast although I did not require any. Maintenance could be improved, but it is a reasonable accomodation for the price.

This hotel is great if you're just looking for a place to sleep. It's cheap and clean and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint would be that we were supposed to be in non smoking rooms and we were put in smoking rooms, but we didn't request to be moved so I don't know how accommodating they would've been.

It is a two star hotel , staff were extremely helpful , breakfast area was the check in office , but again food selection was excellent with variety of fruit , muffins , coffee etc . Good continental breakfast. Room was compact and cleaned well ,daily. Staff were friendly and made you feel welcome.

This is an old style motel but very clean. It had a fridge and microwave that was very convenient for those who don't want to eat out all the time or want snacks and drinks. The only complaint was the air conditioner that was very noisy and did not cool down. As we had only one warm day, it did not matter much. They supplied free newspapers and there was coffee, muffins and fruit that was appreciated. If you want a comfortable room, this is it.

I found the motel to be in very poor condition from the beds to the bathroom appliances (Toilet, sink and bathtub) The air-conditioner was very loud however it did work.
