The Enterprise Hotel - لندن

The hotel is in excellent location, but that is the only recommendation. The staff seemed rude and the room was the size of a cupboard. The room was cold and moist and the clattering from the kitchen and restaurant came disrupted sleep every night. The staff did not bother to close the doors from the kitchen to the corridor until asked in the middle of the night.

I wasn't told that wireless internet was extra, and at that was very expensive at 2 GBP for an hour or 8 hours for 10 GBP! In this day and age, internet access should be free with the hotel, especially one that is already expensive to stay in. Its like charging for cutlery to eat your meal with at a restaurant. Other than that, I was given a tiny single bedroom which didn't have enough space for me to open my suitcase. The room itself was warm, comfortable and quiet over the weekend and the bathroom was very modern, clean and functional. Once I got over the initial internet and room size thing, the entirety of my stay was excellent.

Verry close to Earl's Court undergroundstation, good restaurants close-by. Night bus from Piccadilly circus stop ca 200 meters from hotel. Small room, but cleaned every day! Perfect for a weekend of sightseeing and shopping! I recomend this hotel and would stay there again!

Extremely small rooms, not enough room for two people and 2 suitcases. I've stayed in 15 to 20 hotels in London and never have seen anything like this. If you ask for a different room, you may have one for quite a few pounds more per night. Advertised WIFI access, it is available for a healthy fee and works very poorly. Hotel personnel very nice, multilingual, and helpful. Hotel nice and in a good location. It would be fine if you travel with no luggage.

Customer service couldn't be worse. We went to london for new years, hotel staff rude, treated us like we were in there way. Air conditioning was a seperate charge, on top of hotel price, but still didn't work. Room windows wouldnt open properly. Excessivly over priced, AVOID this hotel,

I happend to stay in this hotel for 8 days on a busines trip. Good thing is that it is close to tube station and has decent resturant. Hotel room is very small to Noth American standards and nothing to say luxury inside the room. If you want just to sleep, then it will be a good option. All male staff I found at the reception were ok (at least then know to smile and greet). But found one receptionist (British lady) who was very arrorant in her tone and never bother to greet . I believe she has some attitude issue. So in short if you want a really cheap place to sleep at a low price this place can be considered. Athorwise put 30 pounds more and stay in a real hotel.

It was very nice staying and good clean room.only thing the room is small for a single room. and i advise anyone to get a room not near the elevator.

If you're the kind of person who likes friendly hotel staff, musty rooms, uncomfortable beds, moldy carpet, cleaning service that doesn't really clean, and the SMALLEST hotel rooms ever, then this is the hotel for you. I was very surprised. If you're the kind of person that likes friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, cleaning service that actually cleans, a normal size hotel room with a dresser for your clothes, maybe a couch & some chairs, you know, a regular hotel room......you should not stay at the Enterprise Hotel. Just pay the extra few bucks or whatever it is and stay somewhere else. Believe me! The hotel is in a wealthy and really nice neighborhood, and very close to the tube. With that said, there are plenty of other great hotels in great parts of London.

This is a quiet hotel, well located near the exit of an underground station and a good neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within 500 meters of the hotel and a few groceries. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room sizes- well small- but for UK hotel rooms guess these are not bad at all. Nice small kiosk about 20 meters from Hotel with telephone cards (and sim cards for sale). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the hotel is about 2-3 minites walk from earl's court station. the room and bathroom are cleaned. no aircondition but cfeiling fan. some noise from the cars that pass in the street. staff polite and nice

I had read reviews about the tiny rooms and those people were right. We don't spend much time in our hotel room, but we would like a little more room to move in the room, in the bathroom and in the halls. The front lobby is very nice and the staff were terrific.

I read many reviews on this hotel and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. We had 3 people, and asked for 3 single beds...so maybe our room was a bit bigger than some but was still small. We had room for our luggage along the wall, the bed/bath was clean. It was warm, but there is a ceiling fan and we opened the window at night. Reception staff were efficient, not overally friendly but always did whatever you asked. Less than 5 minutes to the underground station. Grocery store just down the street to get water/fruit/etc. Did not use wifi and their internet in the lobby was 2 pounds for 30 minutes so not cheap. Had no issues with noise- although the ceiling fan helped to add white noise to the room. The room was very clean, and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on food/price of that. Overall we were very pleased. We knew the room would be small, but it was clean and we only used it to sleep anyways. TV wasn't great...only a few channels but again for the short amount of time we were in the room it really did not matter...able to get the news and a movie or two.

I would recommend the hotel for its centrality and service. Do not under any circumstances stay in any of the rooms that are not "superior" or above because of their smallness. Our air conditioning was anemic although we were lucky to have hit on rainy cool days. When we came in at night, there was no one to take our bags or open the room. The neighborhood looked terrible but in fact it is a highly diverse and fun neighborhood. cvi

For the rate we paid, we were not happy. The room was extremely small - there was hardly anywhere to put our suitcases so we were tripping over them to get to the bathroom at nights. Also, the floor was not level which made it worse. The beds were not comfortable either. We paid for 10 hrs of internet service and were frustrated each night to get on as we found it very slow so we ended up using 2 hrs of our time, of which only about 1 hr was productive time.

Only good thing to say about this hotel: it is in walking distance from Earl's Court tube station, You can get to any tourist part of London in 20-30 min. Area is safe and vibrant with many pubs, restaurants ans so on. Hotel is a dump. Tiny rooms, cracked paint, no A/C. If you go in summer prepare to be fried in your room like in the owen. We stayed in triple-room. There was barely enough space to move around. I have seen single and double rooms. Your broom closet at home is larger - no kidding. There is an Indian food restarant on the ground floor. Ventilation pumps cooking smell into your bedroom. There is no escape day or night. Good if you like indian food, otherwise - nightmare.

I was very excited to stay here because it was exactly the location I wanted in London, and it seemed very nice based on the pictures on the website. However, the rooms themselves are not that nice. I got a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and dust. Plus, the bathroom had an even worse smell. It was clearly a cheap 2-3 star hotel based on the rooms, with not-so-comfy beds and not a lot of space. However, the location was exactly what I wanted - a 2 minute walk from the tube. So hedge your bets!

hotel staff was not helpful in answering questions about events in London. Would not make a phone call about Theater tickets. Internet is not free, we had to pay to print our boarding passes. No smoking outside hotel, however everyone does and our room was above entrance so all the smoke came into our room if the window was open.

Great location. Room was small but fine if you are planning on being out and about most of the day. It was a good choice. My only complaint pertained to being charged over 50 pounds for one local mobile phone call. It was not a long call (under half an hour) and for that cost I could have actually taken the person out to dinner.

This hotel is a very short walk from the Earl's Court Underground station. It was extremely convenient. Lots of restaurants, etc. close by. The rooms are tiny which is okay, no complaints there, but the bed in our room was horrible. Not only was it small, but the mattress seemed to be very old, hard and uncomfortable. The bed was not stable, it moved all over the place. I'd stay again if I knew they had new beds, otherwise I'd pass on this hotel and choose another from the plentiful selection in the area (at least 5 on this street).

Just got back from a stay at the Enterprise Hotel. It is in a very good locaiton - right across the street from the Earl's Court tube. The room was tiny but very clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor of rooms, so we had a balcony. The people at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if I ever return to London.

At first glance the hotel appeared to match the descriptions and the photos, with a newly refurbished reception. However, the rooms were tiny with no room for suitcases, the bed was very small and uncomfortable, the staff were rude and not service-minded, the breakfast was WAY over-priced, and you could hear every little noise from your room. Especially the "entertaining" karaoke on saturday nights took the prize, as you could hear everything from the room. The TV was tiny with bad sound, and the door to the bathroom was in dire need of WD40! The extra charge for internet and breakfast made the experience difficult to business travelers. The only good thing about the hotel was its location.

My family stayed here for 4 days . The positives were the good location (very near to Tube, good restaurants/Shopping, tour bus pick up points ..) and decent food. I would give thumbs up to the room service for tidying up the room well, especially when you have kids who really mess up the room. The negatives were primarily the bathroom (which was small even by European standards and looked old and dated), expensive internet and facilities – made us feel that we have gone back in time (for a three star, expected a coffee maker, microwave..stuff we deem indispensable here in US , I have seen those in other hotels in Europe). A dated TV with poor programming and lack of cheerfulness at the lobby rounded out the overall perception. Considering European standards I would give a 2 star rating (in US , I would have given a 1 star)

I was really delighted to how close it was to the Earl's Court tube station. The staff is always available in the Lobby 24 hours a day. They were exceptionally professional. I would definitely stay there again. The WIFI is not free, but that was ok. The only strange thing was when you leave your room the power shuts off. Its a green approach to saving electricity. But apparently this is common in London Hotels. I got a double room and it was much bigger than the last place I stayed at. I will be booking with Enterprise on my next business trip to London.

Room stayed in was substantively smaller than the rooms displayed in the pictures. The reception areas and lounge are quite nice but room was small and bed was smaller than a standard double bed

As others have said, the best thing about this hotel is its location; we walked a lot and enjoyed the area, plus the tube station could not have been more convenient. Our stay was for four nights and we had a twin-bed room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the street, yet we slept soundly every night. There were not a lot of amenities at the hotel, but the room was cleaned and there were fresh towels and toiletries, as well as coffee & tea makings each day. We were prepared for the small size of the room so it wasn't an issue. (The hotel does have extra storage for luggage for a small charge.) I've stayed at 5-stars in New York that weren't much bigger. However, If you are staying a long time and expect to relax in your hotel room, this is not the place for you. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed both meals very much. Our only complaint about this hotel might be the unpredictability of the t.v. service and wi-fi service, but other than that, we would go back if in that neighbourhood again.

OK Hotel, in good location very close to the tube station. The rooms were clean, however tiny, even the "deluxe" double bedroom. There was hardly any space to move or open suitcases. The hotel is in great need of refurbishment. Only the reception looks good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a block away from the Earl's Court tube station which was very convenient!! The lobby is nice and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was TINY!! But it worked for what we needed. I was traveling with my friend and there was not much room for two people, two suitcases and all of our stuff all over the room. We had to get ready one at a time. The room also got hot but that's because the space was tight and we had hair dryers, curling irons, etc on... I would recommend this hotel for people on the go, not spending much time in the room. I felt safe in the area and there was a lot to eat around as well!!

This is a good hotel when you're a student traveling on a budget. The rooms are very small but pretty clean. The staff was not friendly, but they were willing to change our room when we had some problems (our room was next to the elevator so it was very noisy). Just be warned, nothing is complimentary (not WiFi, not breakfast). There are a few pubs in the area with free wifi though. The location was great. Very close to Earl's Court underground station, good neighborhood restaurants and a grocery store. I felt safe in the neighborhood at dark too. Again, I recommend this hotel if you're on a tight budget and don't mind some inconveniences.

Very close to Earls Court and underground. Easy to get to the city of London. Much too small room with too hard beds. Just a little tiny window too high from the floor, we were not able to see anything of what happened on the street below. Thanks to the fan mounted in the cealing, there was some nice air, even during the night. But overall it was an acceptable hotel.

The hotel is in a central location and the reception and restaurant are very nice. Our room however was small by European standards and tiny by American. Although our room was very clean, the hair dryer didn't work and twice the reception staff forgot our alarm call. On balance I think it's a great cheap base if you want to see London, and to stay somewhere central. A yes for families and singles, not sure it's a great choice for romantic couples.

I stayed in a single room with a double bed. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I imagine that it could be quite warm in the middle of summer because the air conditioner was not very well located, but in April that certainly wasn't a problem. The location is convenient and the price was very reasonable for Central London.

The lobby and entrance area of the Enterprise is quite impressive ... modern and chic. The greeting was officious and perhaps a little on the cool side. The first room that was given to us had an insect occupying the bed. I trapped the intruder and took it to the desk. Another room was assigned. The room was very small, with no place in which to open a suitcase. The bathroom was very tight, the shower a little like cleansing oneself in a casket. If you like kareoke, I recommend a Saturday night stay at the Enterprise. The relentless bass sounds rang throughout the hotel into the wee hours ... beyond annoying. The location is really quite good with interesting restaurants nearby, and the Earls Court tube stop only minutes away. Give or take the bug in the bed, the place is clean, but it is in no way comfortable or user friendly.

The Enterprise Hotel in London is conveniently close to Earl's Court underground station in a relatively quite street. The room and bathroom were small, but clean. The towels could do with replacement, but it were clean. Wireless Internet at a cost was available in the room. A nice budget hotel that I shall use again.

The room (154) was kind of small, but we were prepared for that. And we didn't go to London to stay in the hotel room. The sheets were changed every day, we had tea and could make it in the room, with boiled water. Over night, it was a bit cold, but not so disturbing as to complain. Good shower and barthtube, very tiny sink - could not shave properly. Overall, very good location for the price, clean room and nice people.

2 minutes from Earls Court station, friendly service, clean, recently renovated. BUT! - very small room. I had a single room. Probably the smallest I ever had (and I've been to many), The bathroom door hits the bed. No room for my suitcase. WIFI unreasonably priced. It is a good choice for someone who just need to have a nice place to sleep at - but does not have to spend any time (except sleeping) in the room.

Clean, close to the Tube station, helpful and attentive staff. I will stay there on my next visit to London.

This was my third stay at the Enterprise. It is an excellent location close to Eal's Court Tube, there are pubs, restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. There is a coin laundry on the block, which is very convenient if you don't want to pack too many clothes. As long as they keep the prices down, I would recommend this Hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and many, including mine, were recently renovated. In London, I don't spend much time in my room other than to sleep, shower and get dressed so it suits me fine. There is a restaurant with breakfast on the first floor; a bit overpriced (like most hotel breakfasts) but convenient and tasty. It is sometimes risky to book a budget hotel as you never know what you will walk into but the Enterprise is a fine place with a friendly staff and decent appointments and facilities. They offer wifi (for a fee) which was serviceable but occasionally unreliable.

The room we got was really small, witch we at first just thought of as cosy, but it e´went a bit too small when we had nowhere to put our suitecases. The room was clean, and had just been redecorated, had a new paintjob, new carpet etc. It´s a quiet area, and there were no noise from the outside. (We had a fasade view, very nice) They were renovating other rooms on the floor, and they startet this work early...much noise, and the doors are paper thin, so we could hear everything. The service of the personel had it´s up´s and down´s. The male staff was a bit more friendly than the female, but overall they are not that service minded. No smiles, nothing extra. I would recommend the area, takes one-two minutes to walk to the tube. I think the Enterprise hotel is a bit to expencive considering the room and the service. I would recommend it if it´s just for a few nights, or if you like a clean room. :) If you have lots of luggage, no way!

This Hotel wasn't as good as expected. The entrance and lobby look very nice like the pictures. The single room i got althogh wasn't alike. It was an very tiny and old fashioned room wich wasn't worth the monex i paid at all. After a reclamation i got a better one. On Saturdays there is a disco in the basement - the problem is you can hear it in your room! Quite well. The only good thing about the hotel is actually the location.

A basic hotel which we booked for the convenience and not the luxury. Earls Court underground station is at the end of the street, so Piccadilly Circus is just 20 mins away. We never ate at the hotel - it seemed expensive, and the food in London is so irresistable these days. We left at 0800 each morning, and got back at 2300 each night, just using it for sleeping and showering. Our room at the back of the hotel (room 412) was rather tatty, and below our window was a noisy cooling tower which intermittently came on the whole night. The room was small, and the bathroom extremely small - just one person at a time. I would use the hotel again, but ask for a different room, and try and get a better rate!

The location is great just 100-200 meters from the station. The public areas are fine, as well. But the room I had was very tiny. There was only a few feet on two sides of the bed and the bathroom sink had no room for any toiletries. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor with my clothes and bath kit and only had space to hang my shirts and pants.

Worst hotel experience ever!
