It is unfortunate when guests bring multiple cars and do not notify the front desk about it because it in turn limits the amount of parking space for our other valuable guests like yourself. We are glad your enjoyed out hotel facility and its many free amenities like free parking, internet, breakfast, HBO/Cable TV, 2 pools, Jacuzzi, in room fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and coffee/tea maker. Our central location is one of our guests favorite things about our hotel because we are close to almost everything in San Diego like 5 miles from the convention center, 2.5 miles from the beach, and 0.2 miles from one of the biggest and most famous malls in San Diego called Fashion Valley Mall. It is good to hear that you had an enjoyable and comfortable sleep in our hotel. The next time you are in San Diego we encourage that you stay with us again.

We do offer 2 pools; one being heated and the other not so that no matter the weather our guests are still able to enjoy our facilities. Thank you for your fantastic review for our hotel! We are glad to hear that you had a 5 star experience with us. Our location is centralized so that we are close enough to all the popular destinations when a person or a family comes to San Diego. We apologize that on your first there were not enough washcloths, but that was due to our last minute washing machine breaking down. Also it fantastic to know that you enjoyed our many free amenities which include free parking, internet, hot waffle breakfast, hbo/cable TV, and microwave and fridge. Dear Celia, On behalf of the staff and I we are sorry that your stay was unpleasant. As you did stay with us 4 months ago a lot of changes have taken place. We have hired security guards that patrol the property and make sure there are no vagrants, we have changed all of the bedding in all of the rooms to enhance the "homey feel" that you are referring to. We do hope you give our hotel another chance in the future.

I would like to note that you did stay 4 months ago and since then we have enhanced our breakfast. They are perfect for couples like yourself who are looking for a romantic getaway. Dear Bonnie, Thank you mam for your honest review. We do place the wash basin out side of the bathroom so it is easily accessible to all the guest in the room. We do apologize that you experienced a problem with the bathroom door (Sometimes if the lock button on the inside is clicked and then the door is shut then the door does lock) It is a simple mistake that can be made accidentally all the time. We have enhanced our breakfast mam completely which includes an assortment of teas and coffees, fresh fruit, fresh hard boiled eggs, fresh hot waffles, cereal, orange juice, and hot cocoa.
