Bradenton-Days Inn Near The Gulf - برادينتون

Very cheap but distant from beaches and decent restaurants.Ground floor rooms require you to keep curtains closed for privacy as no net curtain thus perpetually dark. Decent pool, clean and sunlit. Warning signs everywhere hint of danger.

It was convenient to Manatee Fairgrounds and Convention Center (Palmetto). But the neighborhood was creepy and the lack of cleanliness had a lot to be desired (except the beds which were clean and comfortable). We were there as vendors for a show, so it served our purpose. But next time, I'd be willing to pay more (though it's not in our budget during Fla's. high season) for something that feels safer and not so run down.

Ewwwww... grose. I can not find the words to explaing how old and dirty this place was..... just knock it down and start over

I found mold behind my mattress.... BLACK Mold. They did however change my room... that one was clean.... but i just felt uneasy.....

Overall, it was satisfactory stay. When we arrived the door to our room could not be opened with either our key card or by the attendant's card on duty. We had to wait for maintenance to come with the emergency equipment. Attendant commented that a basketball team had stayed there previously and did some damage. Not a major inconvenience since we still needed to go eat dinner. Upon our return, all was fine. There was also damage to the drywall inside.

Not too much to say...Standard hotell, plenty of room, no major issues Little bit noisy perhaps.

This hotel is tired and beginging have a "run-down" feel about it. The room needed a completed update. We discovered that the peculiar cloying smell was something that had been put in the Air Con system.(Turning off the air-con solved that problem) We have previously stayed in some great Days Inns, This is our first disappointment Although we paid very little for the accommodation we would have been prepared to pay more for a fresher room, better decor and comfort.

I wanted a very low cost hotel and got exactly that.

It is really old. Inside smells like mold, maybe smell coming from the carpet.

The outside was mainly clean just too many pieces of trash around the parking lot. The room was comfortable just the bathroom was not too well done. The paint was peeling from the tub and the door frame was rusting through the paint. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub as well. Will not spend another night there with the kids.

VERY SHADY PART OF TOWN. ONE BED WAS NOT EVEN MADE WHEN I CHECKED IN AND HAD TO GO TO SERVICE DESK AND REQUEST IT BE DONE. HAD TO CHASE DOWN HOUSEKEEPING DAILEY TO GET ANY TOILETRIES OR TOWELS iNJURED MY ANKLE GETTING OUT OF BED AND HIT IS ON A 2 INCH STEEL PIPE STICKING OUR FROM UNDER MY BED AND WHEN CALLED THE ANAGER HE EXPLAINED OH THEY USE THOSE FOR SUPPORT UNDER THE BED AND IT MUST HAVE SLIPPED OUT..GUESS THEY NEVER HEARD OF A "BED SLAT" AND FOR SOME REASON THOUGH A ROUND STEEL PIPE WOULD PROBABLY BE GREAT SUPPORT AND STAY SECURELY IN POSITION AND SHOULD BE CUT SEVERAL INCHES LONGER THAN NECC ...JUST FOR GOOD MEASURE!!!

The hotel was ok but I did not like the area at night. The room was confortable and clean though.

We stayed at the Days Inn during 4th of July weekend. Honestly, this hotel is not BAD and its not GOOD. It really is an AVERAGE hotel. Our room was small and we had one bed and the shower and AC worked great. Of course, the hotel should be better, like Breakfast and WIFI that actually works. But honestly, Im not saying this hotel is bad. We paid 46 a night. Honestly I think the price for this quality is ok. The location was great though, minutes away from a Walmart and the Beach, and good locations near a mall and lots of food around. Overall, I would say this hotel does an average job of satisfying its guest. I would reccomend this hotel if you literally just sleep and shower in the hotel and spend the rest of your day OUTSIDE the HOTEL.

Two words describes this place " THE PITS"! I wish I could load pictures of the room and bathroom. The room smelled like something sour that died in there. I will be contacting Days Inn directly. I was worried for my daughters health in this place. We only stayed because we could not get a refund and didn't want to lose our money. It wasn't worth $10.00 a night. Don't stay here. Oh and the place was full of ladies of the evening working.

the first night we had to change rooms due to a leak in the roof, our second room had a light out in the bathroom and also the microwave didnt work. the staff acted as tho i was a problem to them, i will never book this hotel again, nor will i recommend it to anyone

we chose this hotel because it was in our price range and relatively close to our destination. For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it. First of all it is a Days Inn and I was not expecting the Hilton but I was not expecting to sleep in a hot and dirty hotel. I have traveled around quite a bit and stayed in some questionable places but this place takes the cake. The primary reason I am complaining about this place is the Air conditioning. The ac unit was set on a timer to run for 1 minute and then off for 4 minutes. No matter what setting. We called the front desk and they said they could call maintenance but they never did. It is all in the name of saving money on electricity. It was annoying and hot trying to sleep with no air and a noisy ac unit kicking on every 4 minutes. My children slept horribly as well as my wife and I. I would not at all recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely not stay at a Days Inn in the future.

My stay is always pleasant. My room is clean and comfortable. Having a microwave and refrigerater is a plus for the low price that they offer. It's very peaceful when I stay. I always stay every time I come to town. The service is great.

There were absolutely no amenities at the hotel. They charged additional money for a non-smoking room at check in over and above the hotel.com price. they refused to provide me with a receipt upon checking out. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing!

This was an older motel and what you would expect for the price.

Because of Hotel.com and Brandeon hotel I lost two nights. When you call each keep transferring you to the other until you lose all hope.

Not in a great area but within a 3-5 minute drive is everything you need.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, from spring 2009 to fall 2010, to attend to personal business. I have found: The beds are Very Comfortable. The hotel is Quiet. The shower is Hot. The air conditioner is Cool. The TV gets plenty of channels (for me). There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, & safe in the room. The cleaning staff does only OK - they could pay more attention to detail - but overall, the room is clean enough. They take care of the obvious. (maybe I'm just a nut for the corners) This hotel satisfied my need, a place to sleep, for a very reasonable price. I will stay again.

from the beginning it was great we got there 2 hours befor check in time but they went ahead and let us check in so we could rest after our long drive! we walked into the room and you could smell the "clean". everyone was polite the pool was clean and it was just so quiet! this is our new favorite hotel

Stay away. Spend more and really get a place near the gulf. Carpets dirty. Busy area. Miles from the gulf and downtown. Machine stole my money.

Was (at least) as good as any other Day's Inn I've visited. A good value for the money.

The very first thing we saw when we got into our room was a cockroach!

Because the hotel is attached to a little pancake place it does not serve a continental breakfast which we weren't aware of when we arrived. We had some problems with the sink not wanting to drain the water because the stopper didn't work properly and it was unpleasant having to reach into dirty water to pry it up. The towels were not anything approaching soft and there weren't enough of them. When we went to the front desk asking for four more after the children had been in the pool we were told they only had two. Lastly, someone must have set the fridge in the room on defrost because when my sister opened the freezer compartment a small flood of icy water came out soaking the floor. Considering what we paid for the room, however, we got a fair bargain. The hotel was convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the city, the room was clean and comfortable, and the children had a great time playing in the pool. If you're looking for budget accommodations this place will fit the bill.

Our 4 day stay was very comfortable.
